Claims (10)
- 充填媒体およびペースト状媒体の計量供給用バルブであって、
計量開口部(37)を有するバルブ要素(2)と、
前記計量開口部(37)に対して横方向に移動可能であるとともに、流れ開口部(36)を有するバルブゲート(1)と、
を備え、
前記バルブゲート(1)が、往復振動ストローク運動(61,62)を行うように構成されるとともに、その運動の過程で、前記バルブゲート(1)の前記流れ開口部(36)が前記バルブ要素(2)の前記計量開口部(37)と一時的に揃えられるバルブにおいて、
前記バルブゲート(1)の前記流れ開口部(36)が、前記バルブゲート(1)の前記往復振動ストローク運動(61,62)における前進ストローク(61)時と、後退ストローク(62)時と、の各ストロークの途中で、前記バルブ要素の前記計量開口部(37)と揃えられ、
前記バルブが、内部に圧縮キャビティ(40)が形成された弾性圧縮体(42)を有し、前記圧縮キャビティ(40)は、前記バルブ要素(2)の下流で該バルブ要素の前記計量開口部(37)と流体連通しており、
前記圧縮体(42)の弾性により前記圧縮キャビティ(40)の容積部が縮小されて、前記圧縮キャビティ(40)内に投入された計量供給媒体が、該圧縮キャビティ(40)と下流で流体連通するノズル(15,46)を通して押し出されることを特徴とする、充填媒体およびペースト状媒体の計量供給用バルブ。 - 前記バルブゲート(1)の前記流れ開口部(36)が前記往復振動ストローク運動(61,62)の途中で前記バルブ要素(2)の前記計量開口部(37)と揃えられる際の、前記バルブが開位置となるまでの間に介在する前記往復振動ストローク運動(61,62)中の位置に前記バルブゲート(1)があるときに、前記バルブ要素(2)の前記計量開口部(37)が、前記バルブゲート(1)によって閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計量供給用バルブ。
- 前記バルブ要素(2)の前記計量開口部(37)は、前記バルブゲート(1)が前記往復振動ストローク運動(61,62)の過程における2つの死点のうちの一方に位置するときに、前記バルブゲート(1)によって閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の計量供給用バルブ。
- 前記往復振動ストローク運動(61,62)における2つの死点の間での運動の途中で前記バルブゲート(1)の速度が最高速度に達する、前記バルブゲート(1)の各ストローク運動(61,62)中に、前記バルブゲート(1)の前記流れ開口部(36)が、前記バルブ要素(2)の前記計量開口部(37)と少なくとも揃えられることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の計量供給用バルブ。
- 前記バルブ要素の前記計量開口部と、前記圧縮キャビティ(40)と下流で流体連通する前記ノズル(15,46)と、の間において延在する前記圧縮キャビティ(40)の容積部は、その容積を縮小させるように、前記計量開口部と前記ノズル(15,46)との間において、媒体の流れ方向または流れ方向に対抗する方向、または、前記流れ方向に対して垂直方向、のうち少なくとも一方に圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の計量供給用バルブ。
- 前記バルブが、前記圧縮キャビティ(40)の容積部を縮小させるように該圧縮キャビティに対して少なくとも間接的に作用する少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(7,12)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の計量供給用バルブ。
- 少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(7,12)が、前記圧縮キャビティ(40)の容積部を、前記計量開口部と前記ノズル(15,46)との間において、媒体の流れ方向または流れ方向に対抗する方向、または、前記流れ方向に対して垂直方向、のうち少なくとも一方に縮小させるように、前記圧縮体(42)に対して少なくとも間接的に作用することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の計量供給用バルブ。
- 前記圧縮キャビティ(40)が、弾性ホース(52)によって形成されるとともに、その容積部を径方向に縮小させるように一つ以上のアクチュエータ(12)が作用する、または、
前記圧縮キャビティ(40)が、弾性泡状構造体によって形成されるとともに、その容積部を、前記計量開口部と前記ノズル(46)との間において媒体の流れ方向または流れ方向に対抗する方向に縮小させるように一つ以上のアクチュエータ(7)が作用する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の計量供給用バルブ。 - 前記バルブ要素(2)の前記計量開口部(37)が前記バルブゲート(1)によって閉鎖されるときに、少なくとも一つのアクチュエータ(7,12)に前記圧縮キャビティ(40)の容積部を縮小させるように構成された制御電子回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のいずれかに記載の計量供給用バルブ。
- 前記圧縮キャビティ(40)の容積縮小に対抗する少なくとも一つの復元要素(6)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の計量供給用バルブ。
