Claims (14)
- タイヤの内側ライナと、第1および第2のタイヤビード領域からタイヤトレッド領域にそれぞれ延びている第1および第2のサイドウォールとによって画定されたタイヤキャビティを有するタイヤカーカスと、
所定の半径方向位置でタイヤカーカスウォール内に形成された環状の空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝と、
前記空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝内に配置された、前記タイヤの回転軸に平行な方向である軸線方向の空気通路を有する空気チューブと、前記空気チューブに沿って配置された入口装置と、を有するポンプ組立体と、
を有し、
前記入口装置は、前記空気チューブと直列に揃えられた内部空気通路と、少なくとも1つの入口開口と、有する筒状の入口胴体を有し、前記少なくとも1つの入口開口は、筒状の入口胴体内に空気を流入させるように該入口胴体を貫通して延び、
前記入口装置は、さらに、該入口装置の前記入口開口を覆う空気濾過スリーブを有し、
前記空気濾過スリーブは、前記筒状の入口胴体を少なくとも部分的に囲んで前記筒状の入口胴体と同軸の関係にある、筒状スリーブ胴体を有することを特徴とする、自己膨脹タイヤ装置用のタイヤ。 - 前記筒状スリーブ胴体はセル状空気濾過材料から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記筒状スリーブ胴体は、前記入口装置を前記空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝内に保持するように前記タイヤカーカスウォールに係合する外側凸部手段を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記筒状の入口胴体は、互いに分離されている周方向パターンで前記入口胴体を通して延びている複数の前記入口開口を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記入口装置は、前記筒状の入口胴体の対向しているそれぞれの端部に結合された第1および第2の筒状の結合部材を有しており、各前記結合部材は、それぞれの空気チューブ端部に結合された外側の端部を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記ポンプ組立体は、前記空気チューブに沿って配置された出口装置をさらに有し、該出口装置は、筒状の出口胴体と、前記空気チューブに直列に揃えられて該出口装置から前記タイヤカーカスウォールを通して前記タイヤキャビティへの少なくとも1つの出口通路チューブを有する前記軸線方向の通路と、を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記出口装置は、前記空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝内で前記入口装置の実質的に反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記出口胴体は、前記出口装置を前記空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝内に保持するように前記タイヤカーカスウォールに係合する外側凸部手段を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のタイヤ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記出口通路チューブは、前記出口装置から前記タイヤカーカスウォールを通して前記軸線方向の内向きに延びていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝は、カーカスタイヤビード領域の近くの前記タイヤカーカスの下側部分内に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記筒状スリーブ胴体はセル状空気濾過材料から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記筒状スリーブ胴体は、前記入口装置を前記空気チューブ受け入れ用の溝内に保持するように前記タイヤカーカスウォールに係合する外側凸部手段を有していることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記筒状の入口胴体は、互いに分離されている周方向パターンで前記入口胴体を貫通して延びている複数の前記入口開口を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記入口装置は、前記筒状の入口胴体の対向しているそれぞれの端部に結合された第1および第2の筒状の結合部材を有しており、各前記結合部材は、それぞれの空気チューブ端部に結合された外側の端部を有することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のタイヤ。
