Claims (3)
- 水平な基準面と、
該基準面を含むように配されたボディと、
前記ボディを鉛直方向に貫通して前記ボディの上下面を連通させる貫通孔と、
前記ボディの側面に配されて前記基準面が含まれる第1及び第2の開口部と、
前記ボディの上下側の空間をそれぞれ覆う上ボウル及び下ボウルと、
該上ボウル及び下ボウル内にそれぞれ配された上側フィルタエレメント及び下側フィルタエレメントと、
該上側フィルタエレメントによって仕切られた前記上ボウル内の上外側空間及び上内側空間と、
前記下側フィルタエレメントによって仕切られた前記下ボウル内の下外側空間及び下内側空間と、
前記貫通孔とは別に前記ボディを貫通して形成されて前記上外側空間と前記下外側空間とを連通する連通孔と、
前記下ボウルの下端に開口して設けられたドレン孔とを備え、
圧縮空気が流通すべき流路として形成され、前記第1の開口部から前記貫通孔内へと延びて前記ボディ内に形成された主流路と、前記貫通孔内から前記上内側空間へと延びる上内部流路と、前記上内側空間から前記上外側空間へと延びて前記上側フィルタエレメントを通過する上内外流路と、前記上外側空間から前記下外側空間へと延びて前記連通孔を通る連通流路と、前記下外側空間から前記第2の開口部へと延びて前記ボディ内に形成された副流路とを有し、
さらに圧縮空気が流通すべき流路として形成され、前記貫通孔内から前記下内側空間へと延びる下内部流路と、前記下内側空間から前記下外側空間へと延びて前記下側フィルタエレメントを通過する下内外流路とを有していることを特徴とする圧縮空気用フィルタ装置。 - 前記ボディの上側には、前記連通孔に向けて傾斜している傾斜部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮空気用フィルタ装置。
- 前記上ボウルは、前記下ボウルと同一形状で形成されていて互いに交換可能であり、
前記上側フィルタエレメント及び前記下側フィルタエレメントは同一形状で互いに交換可能であり、
前記ボディに対して前記上側及び下側フィルタエレメントを取り付けるための上側及び下側アダプタは同一形状で互いに交換可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の圧縮空気用フィルタ装置。
