Claims (15)
- 2次ラインパージシステムであって、
対象物に供給されるガスのフローに加圧するよう構成される送風装置であって、出口を持つファンに接続されるモーターを有する、送風装置と、
前記送風装置で又はこの近くで、前記ガスのフローの第1の圧力を測定するよう構成される第1の圧力センサと、
前記出口に動作可能に接続される対象物回路であって、対象物インタフェースにおいて前記対象物の気道に対して前記ガスのフローを伝達するよう構成される、対象物回路と、
前記送風装置及び前記対象物インタフェースの又はこの近くの前記対象物回路と流体連通状態にある2次ラインと、
前記2次ラインにおける前記ガスのフローの第2の圧力を測定するよう構成される第2の圧力センサと、
1)前記2次ラインから前記送風装置を分離する第1の動作モードにおいて、及び2)前記ガスの加圧されたフローを用いて閉塞の前記2次ラインをパージするため、送風装置から前記2次ラインの間の流体連通を可能にする第2の動作モードにおいて、動作可能であるよう構成される弁システムと、
前記第1の圧力及び前記第2の圧力に基づき、前記第1の動作モード及び前記第2の動作モードの間で前記弁システムの動作を切り替えるよう構成されるコントローラであって、前記第1の圧力及び前記第2の圧力の間の差分が閾値を超えることに応じて、前記弁システムが前記第2の動作モードに置かれる、コントローラとを有する、システム。 - 前記第2の圧力が、前記閾値分前記第1の圧力を上回ることに応じて、前記弁システムが前記第2の動作モードに置かれる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記閾値が、5cmH20である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁システムが、ソレノイドを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁システムが、患者吸気の間、前記第2の動作モードに置かれる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 2次ラインをパージする方法において、
対象物に供給されるガスのフローに加圧するステップであって、前記ガスの加圧されたフローが、出口を持つファンに接続されるモーターを含む送風装置により提供される、ステップと、
前記送風装置で又はこの近くで、前記ガスのフローの第1の圧力を検出するステップと、
前記送風装置及び前記出口に動作可能に接続される対象物回路と流体連通状態にある2次ラインにおける前記ガスのフローの第2の圧力を検出するステップと、
前記第1の圧力及び前記第2の圧力に基づき、1)前記2次ラインから前記送風装置を分離する第1の動作モードと、2)前記ガスの加圧されたフローを用いて閉塞の前記2次ラインをパージするため、前記送風装置から前記2次ラインの間の流体連通を可能にする第2の動作モードとの間で弁システムの動作を制御するステップであって、前記第1の圧力及び前記第2の圧力の間の差分が閾値を超えることに応じて、前記弁システムが前記第2の動作モードに置かれる、ステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記第2の圧力が、前記閾値分前記第1の圧力を上回ることに応じて、前記弁システムが前記第2の動作モードに置かれる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記閾値が、5cmH20である、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記弁システムが、ソレノイドを有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記弁システムが、患者吸気の間、前記第2の動作モードに置かれる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 2次ラインパージシステムであって、
対象物に供給されるガスのフローに加圧する手段であって、前記加圧されたガスのフローが、出口を持つファンに接続されるモーターを含む送風装置により提供される、加圧する手段と、
対象物インタフェースにおいて前記対象物の気道に対して前記ガスのフローを伝達する手段であって、前記伝達が、前記出口に動作可能に接続される対象物回路により提供される、伝達する手段と、
前記送風装置で又はこの近くで、前記ガスのフローの第1の圧力を検出する手段と、
前記送風装置及び前記対象物インタフェースの又はこの近くの前記対象物回路と流体連通状態にある2次ラインにおける前記ガスのフローの第2の圧力を検出する手段と、
前記第1の圧力及び前記第2の圧力に基づき、1)前記2次ラインから前記送風装置を分離する第1の動作モードと、2)前記ガスの加圧されたフローを用いて閉塞の前記2次ラインをパージするため、前記送風装置から前記2次ラインの間の流体連通を可能にする第2の動作モードとの間で弁システムの動作を制御する手段であって、前記第1の圧力及び前記第2の圧力の間の差分が閾値を超えることに応じて、前記弁システムが前記第2の動作モードに置かれる、制御する手段とを有する、システム。 - 前記第2の圧力が、前記閾値分前記第1の圧力を上回ることに応じて、前記弁システムが前記第2の動作モードに置かれる、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記閾値が、5cmH20である、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁システムが、ソレノイドを有する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁システムが、患者吸気の間、前記第2の動作モードに置かれる、請求項11に記載のシステム。
