Claims (13)
- 植物を生育するための栽培槽と、
前記栽培槽に灌水路を介して栽培水を供給するとともに、前記栽培槽から引水管を介して栽培水を吸引するための水槽と、
前記水槽の上部に連通する空気貯留部を有する集熱部と、
を備える植物栽培装置であって、
前記集熱部は、太陽光を受けて前記空気貯留部内で暖められた空気の圧力で前記水槽内の水面を押し、
前記水槽は、前記空気によって押された前記栽培水を、前記灌水路を通じて前記栽培槽内に配置された培地材に上方から給水し、
前記集熱部は、暖められた前記空気が前記太陽光の減少により冷やされることで前記水槽内の前記水面を引き上げ、
前記水槽は、前記栽培水の引き上げに応じて前記栽培槽の底部から前記引水管を通じて前記栽培水を吸引する、
植物栽培装置。 - 前記水槽から前記栽培槽に供給される前記栽培水の逆流を防止する吐出用逆止弁と、
前記栽培槽から前記水槽に吸引される前記栽培水の逆流を防止する吸引用逆止弁と、
をさらに備え、
前記吐出用逆止弁及び前記吸引用逆止弁は、下方に向かって細くなる錐体形状を有するとともに前記栽培水より比重の大きい弁体と、前記弁体の形状に対応して下方に向かって細くなる漏斗形状を有する弁座と、を有し、
前記吸引用逆止弁の前記弁体と前記弁座とが重力によって面で接するとともに、前記集熱部により前記水面を押された前記水槽内の前記栽培水の圧力が前記灌水路内の前記栽培水の圧力を上回ることによって密着することで前記引水管が閉鎖され、
前記集熱部により前記水面を押された前記水槽内の前記栽培水の圧力が前記灌水路内の前記栽培水の圧力を上回ることによって前記吐出用逆止弁の前記弁体と前記弁座とが離間することで、前記灌水路が開放され、その結果、前記水槽内の前記栽培水は、前記灌水路を通じて前記栽培槽に送られ、
重力によって前記吐出用逆止弁の前記弁体と前記弁座とが面で接するとともに、前記集熱部により前記水面を引き上げられた前記水槽内の前記栽培水の圧力が前記灌水路内の前記栽培水の圧力を下回ることによって密着することで前記灌水路が閉鎖され、
前記集熱部により前記水面を引き上げられた前記水槽内の前記栽培水の圧力が前記引水管内の前記栽培水の圧力を下回ることによって前記吸引用逆止弁の前記弁体と前記弁座とが離間することで、前記引水管が開放され、その結果、前記水槽内の前記栽培水の引き上げに応じて前記引水管を通じて前記栽培槽から前記栽培水は送られる、
請求項1に記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記吐出用逆止弁及び前記吸引用逆止弁は、前記水槽外に位置し、前記灌水路及び前記引水管に対して着脱自在である、
請求項2に記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記吐出用逆止弁及び前記吸引用逆止弁は、カバー及び基部をさらに有し、
前記基部は前記弁座を有し、
前記弁体は前記カバー及び前記弁座との間に配置され、
前記カバー及び前記基部にはネジが切られており、
前記カバーのネジが前記基部のネジに着脱自在に嵌め合わせられる、
請求項2又は3に記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記栽培槽の前記底部に配置された濾過材を介して前記栽培槽へ前記栽培水を補給する補水器をさらに備え、
前記補水器は、
前記栽培水を貯留する補水槽と、
前記濾過材を介して前記栽培槽へ前記栽培水を補給する吸引圧力部と、
前記補水槽に貯留された前記栽培水を前記吸引圧力部の上部空間内に送る補水管と、
を有し、
前記吸引圧力部が前記栽培水を補給することで生じる前記吸引圧力部内の水面の低下により前記補水槽内の前記栽培水が前記吸引圧力部の上部空間内に送られる、
請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記吸引圧力部は、前記栽培槽に対して別体である、
請求項5に記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記吸引圧力部と前記栽培槽とは壁を共通にして一体化されており、
前記濾過材は、前記吸引圧力部の底部まで延在している、
請求項5に記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記補水槽は、一方の前記補水槽と他方の前記補水槽との間で水位差が生じるように階段状に複数配置されており、
上段側の前記補水槽には、下段側の前記補水槽に対して上段側の前記補水槽内の前記栽培水を供給する給水手段が設けられている、
請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記補水器は前記補水管に設けられた調節器をさらに有し、
前記調節器は前記補水管内の前記栽培水の流量を調節する、
請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記栽培槽は、さらに前記栽培槽内に配置されるとともに培地材を支持する支持器を有し、
前記支持器は、上方又は下方に向かって細くなる漏斗形状を有することで、前記濾過材と前記培地材の底部との間に空間を形成する、
請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の植物栽培装置。 - 二以上の前記栽培槽と、
前記二以上の前記栽培槽に連通する一の前記集熱部と、
前記集熱部及び前記水槽を連通するとともに前記集熱部で暖められた前記空気の圧力が前記水槽に伝搬するとともに前記集熱部で冷やされた前記空気の圧力が前記水槽に伝搬する送気管と、をさらに備え、
前記集熱部は、前記送気管を通じて、暖められた前記空気の前記圧力の変化を前記水槽に伝えることで、暖められた前記空気の圧力で前記水槽内の前記水面を押し、
前記集熱部は、前記送気管を通じて、冷やされた前記空気の前記圧力の変化を前記水槽に伝えることで、冷やされた前記空気の圧力で前記水槽内の前記水面を引き上げる、
請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記集熱部は、前記空気貯留部内に位置する集熱体を有する、
請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の植物栽培装置。 - 前記培地材は、上方に向かって細くなる錐体形状を有し、
前記培地材が前記栽培水に浮かんでいる時に、前記培地材は、前記錐体形状の先端が水面上に現れる向きに復原性を有し、
前記先端には、前記植物の種子が埋め込まれる種子収容部を有し、
前記培地材は、前記栽培水に浸漬されると膨張する、
