Claims (6)
- 一旦硬化すると、保護カバーを形成する、成形可能な粘性密封材(2)を用いてネジ又はリベット(3)を封止するのに適用可能な、プラスチック材によって形成される種類の封止体用ベル成形型であって、該成形型は、2片体の一部分から構成され、2片体のうちの一つは、前記粘性密封材中に吸蔵された空気を放出し易くする一方で、ノズル(4)又はベルの芯出しとして機能する、複数の切欠部(13)を有する1本の剣状ガイド(10)であり、2片体のもう一つは、ロッド(8)を有しかつ庇部(6)に延びる垂直壁(5)から成る、ノズル(4)によって形成される部分であり、前記ロッドには、貫通孔(9)がガイド(10)を挿入するために設けられており、前記ガイドは、前記リベット又はネジの穴(3)に挿入されて、前記ベルの芯出しを行う一方で、前記粘性密封材(2)中に吸蔵された空気を放出し易くする装置である、成形可能な粘性密封材を用いる封止体用ベル成形型。
- 前記ガイド(10)は、剣状長尺体から成り、該長尺体の片方の端部に操作摘み(11)が付けられ、他方側には、前記ネジ又はリベット(3)に挿入される丸みを帯びた先端部(12)を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の成形可能な粘性密封材を用いる封止体用ベル成形型。
- 前記ロッド(8)の前記貫通孔(9)は、円錐形状を有し、前記ロッドの遠位部分が、前記ノズル(4)に前記ロッドを接合する部分より、若干広くされることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の成形可能な粘性密封材を用いる封止体用ベル成形型。
- 前記ガイド(10)の前記切欠部(13)は、前記ガイドの前記剣状体に沿って延びており、前記ガイド(10)は前記摘み(11)及び中実の先端部(12)前の縁部(14)を除く部分において断面形状が十字型であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の成形可能な粘性密封材を用いる封止体用ベル成形型。
- 前記成形型(1)は、複数の成形型ユニット(1)をグループ化して形成した格子(15)に配列され、前記ユニットは、接合用セグメント(16)によって接合され、ノズル(4)を上向きにして配置され、支持脚(17)が付けられ、該支持脚(17)は、セットを同じ高さにするように、当該格子(15)の縁部及び中心部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の成形可能な粘性密封材を用いる封止体用ベル成形型。
- 前記成形型(1)は、蛍光色のプラスチックPE又はPP材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の成形可能な粘性密封材を用いる封止体用ベル成形型。
