Claims (3)
- IRイメージングシステムによって取得されるIR画像内の生物の数を決定するための方法であって、
前記IR画像内の複数のピクセルの各々について、IR検出デバイスとIR照射器とを備えるIRイメージングシステムを用いて、合計N個の輝度値を収集することと、
前記IR画像内の前記複数のピクセルの各々について、i,j,kを互いに異なる任意のNバンド指数とした場合、
[数1]
[Ic(i)−Ic(k)]/[Ic(j)−Ic(k)]
により、前記ピクセルの収集された輝度値の比を生成し、
前記生成された比からしきい値を形成し、かつ、
前記しきい値を用いて、前記複数のピクセルの各々を生物由来または非生物由来として分類することと、
前記複数のピクセルの各々の分類を基礎として前記IR画像内の生物の合計数を決定すること、
を備え、
前記複数のピクセルの各々についてN個の輝度値のうちの任意の数の輝度値を組み合わせて、前記複数のピクセルの各々の少なくとも1つの新しい輝度値を生成することと、
前記生成された新しい輝度値を用いて新しい比を生成することと、
前記生成された新しい比から新しいしきい値を形成することと、
前記形成された新しいしきい値を用いて前記複数のピクセルの各々を分類すること、
を更に含む方法。 - 前記IR画像は、乗員を含む車両のIR画像である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生物は、車両の乗員である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
