Claims (3)
- 内部空間を有するとともに流路配管を接続する接続ポートを外面に備え、前記接続ポートが流路を介して前記内部空間へ通じているハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの前記内部空間内に設けられ、前記内部空間の一壁面をなす平面を有し、その平面に前記接続ポートを前記内部空間へ通じさせる流路の端部である複数の接続穴が設けられているステータと、
前記内部空間内において前記接続穴が設けられている前記ステータの平面と液密を保って接するように配置され、前記ステータと接する面にいずれかの前記接続穴を選択的に接続する流路をなす溝が設けられているロータと、
前記ロータを保持するロータ保持部を先端に有し前記接続穴が設けられている前記ステータの平面に対して垂直に配置されたロータ駆動軸を備え、前記ロータ駆動軸を回転させることにより前記ロータを前記ステータと摺動させながら回転させるロータ駆動部と、
前記ハウジングの内壁面から前記ロータ保持部に向かって突起して前記ロータ保持部の外周を囲う突起部と、
前記突起部の前記ステータ側の面に設けられ、前記ロータよりも下方の位置において液を受ける凹部と、
前記ハウジングに設けられ前記凹部で受けた液を前記ハウジングの外部へ導く開口部と、を備えた流路切換バルブ。 - 前記突起部上に前記ロータ保持部の周面に密接して前記ロータ保持部と前記突起部との間の隙間を封止するリング状のシール部材が設けられ、
前記凹部は前記シール部材の外周に沿って設けられている請求項1に記載の流路切換バルブ。 - 前記シール部材の前記ステータ側の面は液を前記凹部側へ導くように傾斜している請求項2に記載の流路切換バルブ。
