図1Aおよび図1Bは、骨拡大のためのこの発明による医療装置100の第1の好ましい実施例の図を示す。
図1Cはこの発明の医療装置の第2の好ましい実施例を示す。この図に示した医療装置200は、拡大装置210が異なって構成されている点において、上述したものと相違する。この第2の好ましい実施例においては、拡大装置210がチューブ220によって構成されており、それは図1Cに示す長手方向(X方向)において分割されている。このチューブをセグメント化するために、これは適当な箇所においてたとえばシリコーンで満たされ、チャンバ221,222,223が形成されるように閉鎖されることができる。
骨拡大のための医療装置の第3の好ましい実施例が、以下に記載される。
図6Aおよび6Bは、この発明による医療装置の第4の実施例を示している。
Claims (14)
- 医療装置であって:
長手方向にスリットが形成された管状骨の拡大のための拡大装置であって、近接端と遠隔端と拡大手段とを備え、前記近接端と前記遠隔端との間に前記拡大装置が長手方向に伸びているとともに、前記拡大手段は前記長手方向に連続して配置されており、前記管状骨の中に前記拡大手段が挿入されて前記拡大手段が放射方向に拡大されることによって力を前記管状骨へと与えることが可能な拡大装置と;
前記拡大装置の前記拡大手段を拡大させるようにセットアップされたアクチュエータと;
前記スリット上での仮骨の延長の進行に対応する速度で前記拡大手段が連続的または段階的に拡大するように前記アクチュエータを制御可能なコントローラと、
を備える医療装置。 - 請求項1に記載の医療装置であって、前記コントローラは、前記拡大手段が一様または非一様に拡大するように前記アクチュエータを制御可能な医療装置。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の医療装置であって、前記拡大手段は、媒体によって充填されることが可能なチャンバであり、前記アクチュエータは、前記チャンバを前記媒体で満たすことが可能にセットアップされたポンプである医療装置。
- 請求項3に記載の医療装置であって、前記ポンプは前記チャンバを液体で満たすようにセットアップされ、前記コントローラは、前記チャンバが前記スリット上での仮骨の延長の進行に対応する速度で拡大するように前記ポンプを制御することが可能な医療装置。
- 請求項4に記載の医療装置であって、前記液体は、X線コントラストを与える液体または不活性液体である医療装置。
- 請求項4または請求項5に記載の医療装置であって、超音波が前記液体を介して前記拡大装置に導入されるようにセットアップされた超音波発生源をさらに備える医療装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の医療装置であって、1日あたり0.5から0.75mmの範囲で前記拡大装置を拡大させるように、前記コントローラがセットアップされている医療装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれかに記載の医療装置であって、前記アクチュエータが、骨拡大の期間中において身体の組織の中に配置されかつ操作されるように構成された医療装置。
- 請求項3に記載の医療装置であって、前記チャンバがバルーンで形成されている医療装置。
- 請求項3ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の医療装置であって、前記チャンバが前記長手方向に拡張したチューブをセグメント化して形成されている医療装置。
- 請求項3ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の医療装置であって、前記チャンバのそれぞれがチューブによって形成され、前記チューブは前記長手方向に連続して配置されている医療装置。
- 請求項10または請求項11に記載の医療装置であって、前記チャンバがそれぞれにおいて圧力チューブを介して前記媒体を充填可能である医療装置。
- 請求項12に記載の医療装置であって、前記圧力チューブが当該圧力チューブにおけるバクテリアの定着を防止する層によって被覆されている医療装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項13のいずれかに記載の医療装置であって、前記拡大装置の安定性を増加させる金属コアが前記拡大装置を通って前記長手方向に走っている医療装置。
