Next, the assembly procedure of the actuator of this embodiment will be described.
First, the two harnesses 4, 5 are held by the grommet 7, and the harnesses 4, 5 on the tip side of the grommet 7 are inserted into a pair of harness press-fitting holes 20 b, 20 c formed in the holding body 20 a of the harness holding member 20. Press fit.
Next, the core wires 4b and 5b at the tip ends of the two harnesses 4 and 5 are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 by welding.

Next, the positioning portion 20d is fitted into the recess 16a of the motor bracket 16 fixed to the electric motor 1 while being elastically deformed, and the engaging portion 20e is brought into contact with the reduced diameter portion 1c, whereby the harness holding member 20 is attached to the electric motor 1. Install.
Thereby, the holding | maintenance part main body 20a of the harness holding member 20 is attached to the electric motor 1 so that an attachment position may not shift | deviate. In addition, the harnesses 4 and 5 connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 have the insulating coating portions 4a and 5a near the distal end portions sandwiched between the harness press-fitting holes 20b and 20c of the holding portion main body 20a and temporarily fixed to the harness holding member 20. Is done.

Next, the motor body 1c and the shift portion 2 are inserted from above into an insertion hole (not shown) formed in the bottom portion of the case 11, and the contact surface of the motor bracket 16 and the case 11 that are in contact with each other, the shift bracket 21 and the case 11 abutment surfaces are fixed via connecting bolts 22.
Next, the idler gear 15 is engaged with the pinion 13 coaxially spline-fitted to the motor rotation shaft 1a of the electric motor 1 constituting the reduction mechanism 10 and the reduction gear 14 coaxially fixed to the shift rod 2a of the shift portion 2.

Next, the grommet 7 holding the harnesses 4 and 5 is disposed on the case 11.
Next, the flange 12a of the cover 12 and the peripheral edge of the case 11 are brought into contact with each other, and the connecting bolt 23 inserted through the bolt insertion hole 12b is screwed into a screw hole (not shown) formed in the peripheral edge of the case 11, whereby the cover 12 is removed. Mount on the case 11.
When the cover 12 is attached to the case 11, as shown in FIG. 9, the pressing portion 26a formed on the ceiling wall 12c of the cover 12 contacts one upper surface in the longitudinal direction of the holding portion main body 20a in which the harness press-fitting hole 20b is formed. The holding part main body 20a that is in contact with and is sandwiched between the motor bracket 16 and the pressing part 26a is fixed while elastically compressing the upper surface of the upper part of the harness press-fitting hole 20b with the hemispherical protrusion 27 of the pressing part 26a being buried. The Although not shown, the pressing portion 26b abuts on the upper surface in the center in the longitudinal direction of the holding portion main body 20a in which the harness press-fitting hole 20c is formed, and the holding portion main body 20a is pressed by the upper surface above the harness press-fitting hole 20c. The hemispherical projection 27 of the portion 26b is buried while being elastically compressed, and the pressing portion 26c contacts the other upper surface in the longitudinal direction of the holding portion main body 20a, and this upper surface is the hemispherical shape of the pressing portion 26c. The protrusion 27 is buried and is fixed while being elastically compressed.

As a result, a vertical clamping force is applied to the harnesses 4 and 5 that are press-fitted into the harness press-fitting holes 20b and 20c from the elastically compressed holding portion main body 20a.
When the cover 12 is attached to the case 11, the pinion interference prevention wall 24 formed on the ceiling wall 12 c of the cover 12 prevents the harnesses 4 and 5 from interfering with the pinion 13 and is formed on the ceiling wall 12 c of the cover 12. The terminal fall prevention wall 25 thus prevented prevents the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 from falling.

Next, the effect of this embodiment will be described.
The actuator according to this embodiment is configured such that the vicinity of the connection portion (insulation covering portions 4a and 4b) of the harnesses 4 and 5 in which the core wires 4b and 5b are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 of the electric motor 1 Since the holding part main body 20a is sandwiched and the motor bracket 16 of the electric motor 1 and the pressing parts 26a to 26c of the cover 12 are fixed while elastically compressing the holding part main body 20a, the harnesses 4 and 5 can be easily attached. The vibration can be restricted and the occurrence of abnormal noise can be surely prevented.

Further, during the assembly of the actuator, when the electric motor 1 alone is stored or moved, the harness holding member 20 is attached so that the attachment position does not shift with respect to the electric motor 1. Since the harnesses 4 and 5 having the core wires 4b and 5b connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 are temporarily fixed, the core wires 4b and 5b connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 are not deformed into an excessive shape. Excessive stress can be prevented from acting.

Further, the harness holding member 20 is fitted into the concave portion 16a of the motor bracket 16 while elastically deforming the positioning portion 20d, and the attachment position is shifted only by performing the simple operation of bringing the engaging portion 20e into contact with the reduced diameter portion 1c. Can be securely attached to the electric motor 1.
Further, the direction in which the motor bracket 16 of the electric motor 1 and the pressing portions 26a to 26c of the cover 12 sandwich the holding portion main body 20a coincides with the mounting direction of the case 11 and the cover 12 (the axial direction of the connecting bolt 23). By simply attaching the cover 12 to the case 11, the holding body 20 a of the harness holding member 20 can be elastically compressed and fixed securely.

The pressing portions 26 a to 26 c are provided on the ceiling wall 12 c of the cover 12, and the fixing of the harness holding member 20 (holding portion main body 20 a) is completed simply by attaching the cover 12 to the case 11. , 5, the harness holding member 20 can be easily assembled while simplifying the structure.
Furthermore, the hemispherical protrusion 27 provided at the tip of the pressing portions 26a to 26c makes contact with the holding portion main body 20a with a reduced pressing area, and a load applied to the holding portion main body 20a from the pressing portions 26a to 26c. Since it is set to be small, the force when the cover 12 is attached to the case 11 by abutting the flange portion 12a of the cover 12 on the periphery of the case 11 is reduced, and the cover 12 can be easily attached.

Next, FIG.10 and FIG.11 shows the harness holding member 28 of 2nd Embodiment of a shape different from the harness holding member 20 of 1st Embodiment mentioned above.
The harness holding member 28 of the present embodiment is an insulating material such as elastically deformable synthetic rubber or synthetic resin, and extends to the vicinity of the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 by being placed on the motor bracket 16. It is a long member.
A pair of harness press-fit slits 28a and 28b are formed on both end faces of the harness holding member 28 in the longitudinal direction.

The slit width S of the pair of harness press-fit slits 28a and 28b is smaller than the outer diameter of the harnesses 4 and 5. For example, if the outer diameter of the harnesses 4 and 5 is 2.7 mm, the slit width S is It is set to about 2.2 mm.
The assembly procedure of the actuator using the harness holding member 28 is as follows. First, the two harnesses 4 and 5 are held by the grommet 7, and the harnesses 4 and 5 on the tip side of the grommet 7 are connected to the pair of harness holding members 28. Press-fit into the harness press-fit slits 28a, 28b.

Next, the core wires 4b and 5b at the tips of the harnesses 4 and 5 are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 by welding, and then the harness holding member 28 is placed on the motor bracket 16 to temporarily fix the harnesses 4 and 5 Keep it.
Next, the electric motor 1 and the shift unit 2 are fixed to the case 11 and the speed reduction mechanism 10 is assembled.
When the cover 12 is attached to the case 11, the pressing portions 26 a to 26 c formed on the ceiling wall 12 c of the cover 12 abut on the upper surface in the longitudinal direction of the harness holding member 28 and are sandwiched between the motor bracket 16 and the pressing portions 26 a to 26 c. The harness holding member 28 is fixed while elastically compressing so that the upper surfaces of the upper positions of the harness press-fit slits 28a, 28b are buried by the hemispherical protrusions 27 of the pressing portions 26a, 26c.

According to this embodiment, the harness holding member 28 sandwiches the vicinity of the connection portions (insulation coating portions 4a and 4b) of the harnesses 4 and 5 in which the core wires 4b and 5b are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 of the electric motor 1. Since the motor bracket 16 of the electric motor 1 and the pressing portions 26a to 26c of the cover 12 fix the harness holding member 28 while elastically compressing it, the vibrations of the harnesses 4 and 5 are easily restricted and different. Generation of sound can be reliably prevented.

The harnesses 4 and 5 are press-fitted into the harness press-fitting slits 28a and 28b by moving the harnesses 4 and 5 from the slit openings of the pair of harness press-fitting slits 28a and 28b that are opened outward in the longitudinal direction of the harness holding member 28. Therefore, the harness holding member 28 of the present embodiment can easily perform the clamping operation of the harnesses 4 and 5.
Further, the harness holding member 28 of the present embodiment can be attached and detached even after the core wires 4b and 5b at the distal ends of the harnesses 4 and 5 are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18.

The harness holding member 28 of the present embodiment does not include the positioning portion 20d and the engaging portion 20e of the harness holding member 20 shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, but the positioning portion 20d and the harness holding member 20 are the same as the harness holding member 20. When the structure including the engaging portion 20e is used, the core wires 4b and 5b connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 are deformed into an excessive shape during storage and movement of the electric motor 1 alone during assembly of the actuator. Therefore, it is possible to prevent an excessive stress from acting.

Next, FIG.12 and FIG.13 shows the harness holding member 29 of 3rd Embodiment.
The harness holding member 29 of the present embodiment is also an insulating material such as a synthetic rubber and a synthetic resin that can be elastically deformed similarly to the harness holding members 20 and 28 of the first and second embodiments, and as shown in FIG. A holding part main body 29a formed on a long member extending to the vicinity of the motor terminal parts 17 and 18, a pair of harness press-fitting holes 29b and 29c formed on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the holding part main body 29a, and holding A positioning part (not shown) formed in a part of the lower surface of the part main body 29a and fitted in a recess 16a (see FIG. 3) formed in the motor bracket 16, and an annular engagement part 29e formed in the lower part of the positioning part It is a member provided with.

The pair of harness press-fitting holes 29b and 29c formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the holding unit main body 29a and the holding unit main body 29a described above have the same shape as the holding unit main body 20a and the harness press-fitting holes 20b and 20c of the first embodiment. The hole diameter of the pair of harness press-fitting holes 29b and 29c is smaller than the outer diameter of the harnesses 4 and 5, for example, if the outer diameter of the harnesses 4 and 5 is 2.7 mm, the pair of harnesses The hole diameter of the press-fitting holes 20b and 20c is set to about 2.2 mm.

As shown in FIG. 13, in the harness holding member 29 of the present embodiment, a positioning portion (not shown) is fitted in the recess 16a of the motor bracket 16, and the annular engagement portion 29e is fitted on the outer periphery of the motor body 1b. Thus, the holding portion main body 29a is arranged in contact with the upper surface of the motor bracket 16.
Although not shown in FIG. 13, the harnesses 4 and 5 are press-fitted into a pair of harness press-fitting holes 29 b and 29 c formed in the holding portion main body 29 a, and then the core wires 4 b and 5 b at the distal ends are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18. Connected to.
Note that the annular engagement portion 29e fitted to the outer periphery of the motor body 1b corresponds to the misalignment prevention means of the present invention.

An assembly procedure of the actuator using this harness holding member 29 will be described. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and demonstrated to the same component as the structure shown in FIGS. 1-4 and FIG.
First, the two harnesses 4, 5 are held by the grommet 7, and the harnesses 4, 5 on the tip side from the grommet 7 are inserted into a pair of harness press-fitting holes 29 b, 29 c formed in the holding body 29 a of the harness holding member 29. Press fit.
Next, the core wires 4b and 5b at the tip ends of the two harnesses 4 and 5 are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 by welding.

Next, the positioning portion of the harness holding member 29 is fitted into the recess 16a of the motor bracket 16 fixed to the electric motor 1 while being elastically deformed, and the annular engagement portion 29e is fitted to the outer periphery of the motor main body 1b. A harness holding member 20 is attached to the motor 1.
Thereby, the holding | maintenance part main body 29a of the harness holding member 29 is attached to the electric motor 1 so that an attachment position may not shift | deviate. In addition, the harnesses 4 and 5 connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 have the insulation coating portions 4a and 5a near the distal end portions sandwiched between the harness press-fitting holes 29b and 29c of the holding portion main body 29a and temporarily fixed to the harness holding member 29.

When the cover 12 is attached to the case 11, the pressing portions 26a and 26b formed on the ceiling wall 12c of the cover 12 come into contact with the upper surface of the holding portion main body 29a in which the harness press-fitting holes 29b and 29c are formed. The holding part main body 29a sandwiched between 26a and 26b is fixed while elastically compressing the upper surface of the upper part of the harness press-fitting holes 20b and 29c with the hemispherical protrusions 27 of the pressing parts 26a and 26b being buried.
As a result, a vertical clamping force is applied to the harnesses 4 and 5 that are press-fitted into the harness press-fitting holes 29b and 29c from the elastically compressed holding portion main body 29a.

It can be surely prevented.

Next, FIG.14 and FIG.15 shows the harness holding member 30 of 4th Embodiment.
The harness holding member 30 of the present embodiment is also an insulating material such as synthetic rubber and synthetic resin that can be elastically deformed similarly to the harness holding members 20, 28, and 29 of the first to third embodiments.
The harness holding member 30 of the present embodiment has a holding portion main body 30a formed on a long member extending to the vicinity of the motor terminal portions 17 and 18, and slit openings on upper surfaces on both ends in the longitudinal direction. A pair of harness press-fit slits 30b, 30c formed downward is formed.
The slit width S of the pair of harness press-fit slits 30b and 30c is smaller than the outer diameter of the harnesses 4 and 5. For example, if the outer diameter of the harnesses 4 and 5 is 2.7 mm, the slit width S is It is set to about 2.2 mm.

Here, in order to elastically compress the harness holding member 30 of the present embodiment, a plurality of pressing portions 26a to 26c are formed protruding from the ceiling wall 12c of the cover 12, but the longitudinal direction of the holding portion main body 30a As shown in FIG. 15, the pressing portion 26 a that contacts the upper surface of one end includes a branch pressing portion 26 a 1 that faces one edge 30 b 1 of the slit opening that forms the harness press-fit slit 30 b, and the slit opening The branch pressing portion 26a2 is opposed to the other edge portion 30b2. And hemispherical projection part 27 is formed in a part of tip side of these branch press parts 26a1 and 26a2.

Although not shown, the pressing portion 26c that contacts the upper surface of the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the holding portion main body 30a is also a branch pressing portion that faces one edge of the slit opening that forms the harness press-fit slit 30c. And a branch pressing portion that faces the other edge of the slit opening, and a hemispherical protrusion is formed on a part of the front end surface of the branch pressing portion.
The assembly procedure of the actuator including the harness holding member 30 and the branch pressing portions 26a1 and 26a2 having the above-described configuration is as follows. First, the two harnesses 4 and 5 are held by the grommet 7 and the harnesses 4 and 5 on the front end side from the grommet 7 Is press-fitted into the pair of harness press-fit slits 30b and 30c of the harness holding member 30 in advance.

Next, the core wires 4b and 5b at the tips of the harnesses 4 and 5 are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 by welding, and then the harness holding member 30 is placed on the motor bracket 16 to temporarily fix the harnesses 4 and 5 Keep it.
Next, the electric motor 1 and the shift unit 2 are fixed to the case 11 and the speed reduction mechanism 10 is assembled.
When the cover 12 is attached to the case 11, the pressing portions 26 a to 26 c formed on the ceiling wall 12 c of the cover 12 come into contact with the upper surface in the longitudinal direction of the harness holding member 30.

At that time, as shown in FIG. 15, the harness holding member 30 sandwiched between the motor bracket 16 and the pressing portions 26a to 26c is slit-opened by the hemispherical projection 27 of the branch pressing portion 26a1 constituting the pressing portion 26a. Is compressed elastically so that the upper surface of one edge 30b1 is buried, and is elastically compressed so that the upper surface of the other edge 30b2 of the slit opening is buried by the hemispherical projection 27 of the branch pressing portion 26a2. With a simple structure, the pair of branch pressing portions constituting the pressing portion 26c is also fixed while being elastically compressed so that the upper surfaces of one and the other edges of the slit openings are buried.

According to the present embodiment, the harness holding member 30 holds the vicinity of the connection portions (insulation coating portions 4a and 4b) of the harnesses 4 and 5 in which the core wires 4b and 5b are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 of the electric motor 1. Since the motor bracket 16 of the electric motor 1 and the pressing portions 26a to 26c of the cover 12 fix the harness holding member 30 while elastically compressing it, the vibrations of the harnesses 4 and 5 can be easily restricted. Generation of sound can be reliably prevented.

Moreover, since the harnesses 4 and 5 are press-fitted into the interior from the slit openings where the upper surfaces of the pair of harness press-fit slits 30b and 30c provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the harness holding member 30 are opened. Can be easily carried out.
Further, the pair of branch pressing portions 26a1 and 26a2 constituting the pressing portion 26a elastically compress the upper surface of the harness holding member 30 so that the slit width of the harness press-fit slit 30b is reduced, and similarly configures the pressing portion 26c. The pair of branch pressing portions also elastically compress the harness holding member 30 from the upper surface so that the slit width of the harness press-fitting slit 30c is reduced, so that the harnesses 4 and 5 can be reliably held. In addition, it is good also as a structure provided with the positioning part 20d and the engaging part 20e shown in FIG.5 and FIG.6.

Next, FIG.16 and FIG.17 shows the harness holding member 31 of 5th Embodiment.
The harness holding member 31 of the present embodiment is also an insulating material such as synthetic rubber and synthetic resin that can be elastically deformed similarly to the harness holding members 20, 28, 29, and 30 of the first to fourth embodiments.
The harness holding member 31 according to the present embodiment has a holding portion main body 31a formed on a long member extending to the vicinity of the motor terminal portions 17 and 18, and slit openings on upper surfaces on both ends in the longitudinal direction. A pair of harness press-fit slits 31b and 31c formed downward is formed.

The slit width S of the pair of harness press-fit slits 31b and 31c is smaller than the outer diameter of the harnesses 4 and 5. For example, if the outer diameter of the harnesses 4 and 5 is 2.7 mm, the slit width S is It is set to about 2.2 mm.
The harness holding member 31 of the present embodiment has a pair of protrusions 31d1 and 31d2 formed at the periphery of the slit opening of the harness press-fit slit 31b, and a pair of protrusions at the periphery of the slit opening of the harness press-fit slit 31c. 31e1 and 31e2 are formed. The pair of protrusions 31d1 and 31d2 and the pair of protrusions 31e1 and 31e2 are formed on the outer walls spaced from the harness press-fit slits 31b and 31c so that the thickness gradually decreases from the proximal end toward the distal end. A tapered surface TP1 is formed.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 17, the pressing part 26a formed in the ceiling wall 12c of the cover 12 is a branched pressing part 26a1 facing one protrusion 31d1 formed at the periphery of the slit opening of the harness press-fit slit 31b. And a branch pressing portion 26a2 facing the other protrusion 31d2, and a hemispherical protrusion 27 is formed on a part of the tip surface of the branch pressing portions 26a1, 26a2, and these A tapered surface TP2 is formed on the inner walls of the branch pressing portions 26a1 and 26a2.

In addition, although not shown, the pressing portion 26c that contacts the upper surface of the other end in the longitudinal direction of the holding portion main body 31a is also branched to face one protrusion 31e1 formed at the periphery of the slit opening of the harness press-fit slit 31c. It is comprised by the press part and the branch press part which opposes the other protrusion 31e2, The hemispherical projection part is formed in a part of front end surface of these branch press part 2, and these branches A tapered surface is formed on the inner wall of the pressing portion.
The assembly procedure of the actuator including the harness holding member 31 and the branch pressing portions 26a1 and 26a2 having the above-described configuration is as follows. First, the two harnesses 4 and 5 are held by the grommet 7 and the harnesses 4 and 5 on the front end side from the grommet 7 Is press-fitted into the pair of harness press-fit slits 31b and 31c of the harness holding member 31.

Next, the core wires 4b and 5b at the tips of the harnesses 4 and 5 are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 by welding, and then the harness holding member 31 is placed on the motor bracket 16 to temporarily fix the harnesses 4 and 5 Keep it.
Next, the electric motor 1 and the shift unit 2 are fixed to the case 11 and the speed reduction mechanism 10 is assembled.
When the cover 12 is attached to the case 11, the pressing portions 26 a to 26 c formed on the ceiling wall 12 c of the cover 12 abut on the upper surface in the longitudinal direction of the harness holding member 31.

At that time, as shown in FIG. 17, the harness holding member 30 sandwiched between the motor bracket 16 and the pressing portions 26a to 26c is harness-inserted by the hemispherical protrusion 27 of the branch pressing portion 26a1 constituting the pressing portion 26a. The upper surface of one edge part 30b1 of the slit opening part of the slit 31b is elastically compressed so as to be buried, and the hemispherical protrusion part 27 of the branch pressing part 26a2 makes the other edge part 30b2 of the slit opening part of the harness press-fit slit 31b. It is elastically compressed so that the upper surface is buried. At the same time, the tapered surfaces TP2 of the branch pressing portions 26a1 and 26a2 are in contact with the tapered surfaces TP1 of the pair of protrusions 31e1 and 31e2 protruding from the slit openings of the harness press-fit slit 31b. With a similar structure, the pair of branch pressing portions constituting the pressing portion 26c also elastically compresses the upper surface on which the harness press-fit slit 31c is formed.

According to the present embodiment, the harness holding member 31 holds the vicinity of the connection portions (insulation coating portions 4a and 4b) of the harnesses 4 and 5 in which the core wires 4b and 5b are connected to the motor terminal portions 17 and 18 of the electric motor 1. Since the motor bracket 16 of the electric motor 1 and the pressing portions 26a to 26c of the cover 12 fix the harness holding member 31 while elastically compressing it, the vibrations of the harnesses 4 and 5 can be easily regulated and changed. Generation of sound can be reliably prevented.

Moreover, since the harnesses 4 and 5 are press-fitted into the interior from the slit openings in which the upper surfaces of the pair of harness press-fit slits 31b and 31c provided on both ends in the longitudinal direction of the harness holding member 31 are opened. Can be easily carried out.
Further, the tapered surfaces TP2 of the pair of branch pressing portions 26a1 and 26a2 constituting the pressing portion 26a abut against the tapered surface TP2 of one protrusion 31d1 of the harness press-fit slit 31b so that the slit width of the harness press-fit slit 31b is reduced. Since the upper surface of the harness holding member 31 is elastically compressed, the pair of branch pressing portions constituting the pressing portion 26c are also in contact with each other so that the tapered surfaces come into contact with each other so as to reduce the slit width of the harness press-fit slit 31c. , 5 can be securely held. In addition, it is good also as a structure provided with the positioning part 20d and the engaging part 20e shown in FIG.5 and FIG.6.
The harness holding members 20, 28, 29, 30, and 31 described above suppress the vibration of the target frequency by changing the properties of the material (insulating material such as elastically deformable synthetic rubber and synthetic resin), and the harness 4 and 5 can be efficiently regulated.

Further, in FIG. 2, the substantially C-shaped pinion anti-winding wall 24 is formed on the ceiling wall 12c. However, the pinion interference preventing wall 24 is not provided on the ceiling wall 12c, and the base side of the shift rod 2a shown in FIG.
