(5) 前記細長いシャフトアセンブリ内に可動に支持された切断部材を更に含み、前記切断部材が、前記ハンドルアセンブリによって支持されたナイフ前進システムと連動して、前記切断部材を、前記切断部材の遠位端上に形成された組織切断縁部が前記発射管の遠位端内に位置する開始位置から、前記組織切断縁部が前記発射管の前記遠位端の遠位にある切断位置へと選択的に動かす、実施態様1に記載の外科用器具。
(7) 前記発射管の前記遠位端に取り外し可能に連結可能であり、前記発射管を、前記作動位置の少なくともいくつかまで作動させた際に、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結された前記第2エンドエフェクタの別の可動部分を作動するように構成された、第2アダプタを更に含む、実施態様6に記載の外科用器具。
(8) 前記切断部材が、前記開始位置から前記切断位置へと前記切断部材を前進させた際に、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結された前記エンドエフェクタ内の別個の切断部材を軸方向に前進させるように構成された、実施態様5に記載の外科用器具。
(9) 前記連結位置内に前記発射管を解放可能に固定するための発射管固定構成を更に含む、実施態様1に記載の外科用器具。
(10) 前記少なくとも1つの作動運動がステープル形成運動を含む、実施態様1に記載の外科用器具。

前記ハンドルアセンブリに動作可能に連結され、前記ハンドアセンブリから突出する細長いシャフトアセンブリであって、前記細長いシャフトアセンブリが、
遠位端を有する細長いスパイン部材と、
前記細長いスパイン部材上で軸方向に可動である発射管であって、前記ハンドルアセンブリにより支持された発射システムと連動して、前記発射管を前記スパイン部材上において、非作動位置から作動位置へと選択的に動かす、発射管と、
前記細長いシャフトアセンブリ内に可動に支持された切断部材であって、前記ハンドルアセンブリによって支持されたナイフ前進システムと連動して、前記切断部材を、前記切断部材の遠位端上に形成された組織切断縁部が前記発射管の遠位端内に位置する開始位置から、前記組織切断縁部が前記発射管の前記遠位端の遠位にある切断位置へと選択的に動かす、切断部材とを含む、細長いシャフトアセンブリとを含み、前記外科用器具が、
前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に取り外し可能に連結可能な第1エンドエフェクタであって、前記第1エンドエフェクタは一対の第1ジョーを含み、1つの前記第1ジョーが、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結される際に、前記発射管によって、前記第1ジョーに適用される前記発射運動に反応して、別の前記第1ジョーに対して可動である、第1エンドエフェクタを更に含む、外科用器具。
(12) 前記第1エンドエフェクタが、内部に埋め込み可能なステープルカートリッジを支持するように構成された、実施態様11に記載の外科用器具。
(13) 前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に取り外し可能に連結可能な、少なくとも1つの第2エンドエフェクタを更に含み、前記第2エンドエフェクタは一対の第2ジョーを有し、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結される際に、前記発射管によって前記第2ジョーに適用される前記発射運動に反応して、1つの前記第2ジョーが別の前記第2ジョーに対して可動であり、前記第2エンドエフェクタが、前記第1エンドエフェクタの第1長さとは異なる第2長さを有する、実施態様11に記載の外科用器具。
(14) 前記第1エンドエフェクタが、第1長さを有するステープルカートリッジを支持するように構成され、前記第2エンドエフェクタが、前記第1ステープルカートリッジの前記第1長さとは異なる第2長さを有する、第2ステープルカートリッジを支持するように構成された、実施態様11に記載の外科用器具。
(15) 前記発射管が、前記作動位置の少なくとも1つにある際に、前記発射管は、前記エンドエフェクタの一部を、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端の対応する部分と連結係合した状態に保持する、実施態様11に記載の外科用器具。
(17) 前記発射管の前記遠位端に取り外し可能に連結可能であり、前記発射管を、前記作動位置の少なくともいくつかまで作動させた際に、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結された前記第1エンドエフェクタの可動部分を作動するように構成された、第1アダプタを更に含む、実施態様11に記載の外科用器具。
(18) 前記発射管の前記遠位端に取り外し可能に連結可能であり、前記発射管を、前記作動位置の少なくともいくつかまで作動させた際に、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結された第2エンドエフェクタの別の可動部分を作動するように構成された、第2アダプタを更に含む、実施態様17に記載の外科用器具。
(19) それぞれが可動なアンビルを有し、内部にステープルカートリッジを支持する、異なる大きさの互換性のあるエンドエフェクタと使用するための外科用キットであって、前記キットが、
実施態様1に記載の外科用器具と、
前記発射管の前記遠位端に取り外し可能に連結可能であり、前記発射管を前記作動位置の少なくともいくつかまで作動させた際に、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結された1つの大きさのエンドエフェクタ上のアンビルを作動するように構成された第1アダプタと、
前記発射管の前記遠位端に取り外し可能に連結可能であり、前記発射管を前記作動位置の少なくともいくつかまで作動させた際に、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結された別の大きさのエンドエフェクタ上の別のアンビルを作動するように構成された、第2アダプタとを含む、外科用キット。
(20) 前記異なる大きさの互換性のあるエンドエフェクタにより支持された前記ステープルカートリッジが、埋め込み可能なステープルカートリッジである、実施態様19に記載の外科用キット。
Claims (9)
- 外科用器具であって、
ハンドルアセンブリと、
前記ハンドルアセンブリに取り付けられ、前記ハンドアセンブリから突出する細長いシャフトアセンブリであって、前記細長いシャフトアセンブリが、
エンドエフェクタに取り外し可能に連結されるように構成された遠位端を有する細長いスパイン部材と、
前記細長いスパイン部材上で軸方向に可動である発射管であって、前記ハンドルアセンブリにより支持された発射システムと連動して、前記発射管を前記スパイン部材上で選択的に動かし、それにより前記発射管は、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端が前記エンドエフェクタの一部分と取り外し可能に連結可能である非作動位置から、前記発射管の遠位部が、前記エンドエフェクタの前記一部分を前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端と連結係合した状態に保持する連結位置へと選択的に軸方向に可動であり、前記発射管が、作動位置へと更に選択的に軸方向に可動であり、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結された前記エンドエフェクタに少なくとも1つの作動運動を選択的に適用する、発射管とを含む、細長いシャフトアセンブリとを含む、外科用器具であって、
前記細長いシャフトアセンブリ内に可動に支持された切断部材を更に含み、前記切断部材が、前記ハンドルアセンブリによって支持されたナイフ前進システムと連動して、前記切断部材を、前記切断部材の遠位端上に形成された組織切断縁部が前記発射管の遠位端内に位置する開始位置から、前記組織切断縁部が前記発射管の前記遠位端の遠位にある切断位置へと選択的に動かす、外科用器具。 - 前記細長いスパイン部材の前記遠位端が、第1エンドエフェクタ及び第2エンドエフェクタのいずれか一方に選択的に連結可能であり、前記第1エンドエフェクタが、前記第2エンドエフェクタとは異なる、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1エンドエフェクタが、第1長さを有するステープルカートリッジを支持し、前記第2エンドエフェクタが、前記第1長さとは異なる第2長さを有する第2ステープルカートリッジを支持する、請求項2に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記第1エンドエフェクタが、第1開口部を動作可能に通過するような大きさであり、前記第2エンドエフェクタが、前記第1開口部とは異なる大きさ及び/又は形状の第2開口部を動作可能に通過するような大きさである、請求項2に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記発射管の前記遠位端に取り外し可能に連結可能であり、前記発射管を、前記作動位置の少なくともいくつかまで作動させた際に、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結された前記第1エンドエフェクタの可動部分を作動するように構成された、第1アダプタを更に含む、請求項2に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記発射管の前記遠位端に取り外し可能に連結可能であり、前記発射管を、前記作動位置の少なくともいくつかまで作動させた際に、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結された前記第2エンドエフェクタの別の可動部分を作動するように構成された、第2アダプタを更に含む、請求項5に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記切断部材が、前記開始位置から前記切断位置へと前記切断部材を前進させた際に、前記スパイン部材の前記遠位端に連結された前記エンドエフェクタ内の別個の切断部材を軸方向に前進させるように構成された、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記連結位置内に前記発射管を解放可能に固定するための発射管固定構成を更に含む、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの作動運動がステープル形成運動を含む、請求項1に記載の外科用器具。
