Claims (6)
- 互いにスライド可能な内筒と外筒によりカテーテルシャフトが構成され、
前記内筒と前記外筒との先端部間には弾性バルーンが設置され、
前記バルーンの内部には高周波通電用電極と温度センサーが設置され、
前記高周波通電用電極と前記温度センサーは、それぞれ第1通電線にて高周波発生器と温度計とに接続され、
前記外筒と前記内筒により形成された前記バルーンの内部に通じる送液路には、バルーン収縮拡張用シリンジと、前記バルーンの内部撹拌用の振動発生器が接続され、
前記バルーンの外部には、前記バルーンを挟んで双極電極が設置され、
前記双極電極は、前記バルーンと前記カテーテルシャフ卜からなるバルーンカテーテルの先端部に設置したバルーンカテーテル先端電極と、前記バルーンの後方に留置された別のカテーテル先端電極であり、第2通電線を介して電気インピーダンス測定用回路計と電位増幅装置に接続されることを特徴とするバルーンカテーテルアブレーションシステム。 - 前記電気インピーダンス測定用回路計と電位増幅装置には、高周波ノイズカットフィルターが附属していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバルーンカテーテルアブレーションシステム。
- 前記双極電極は、直径3mm以上で長さ2mm以上の円筒形であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバルーンカテーテルアブレーションシステム。
- 前記バルーン外部の前後間のインピーダンスは、前記バルーンを血管内で拡張して血流を完全遮断すると血管組織のインピーダンスを反映して上昇し、前記バルーンのアブレーションによる血管組織が加熱されると細胞膜のイオン透過性亢進により低下し、血管組織の蒸散又は炭化がおこると上昇に転じることを、前記電気インピーダンス測定用回路計で測定する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一つに記載のバルーンカテーテルアブレーションシステム。
- 前記双極電極の間には高周波発生器を接続可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一つに記載のバルーンカテーテルアブレーションシステム。
- 前記バルーンが、クライオバルーン、レーザーバルーン、超音波バルーン、発熱素子又はニクロム線を発熱源とする温熱バルーンの何れかを用いて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一つに記載のバルーンカテーテルアブレーションシステム。
