減圧時間はフェーズ4、5および6の結合された時間である。
加圧と減圧の時間は等しく、各々約0.3秒とし、毎分100サイクルのサイクル時間をもたらしてもよい。例えば、フェーズ6で実質的に吸入されるガスの量がフェーズ3で実質的に吐出されるガスの量より大きくなる傾向がある場合、減圧時間を延長して加圧時間を短縮してもよいし、その逆でもよい。
Claims (13)
- 患者の胸部の加圧ストロークと減圧ストロークとを含む心肺蘇生サイクル中に患者に換気ガスを提供する装置であって、
前記患者の気管内に配置する遠位端を有するガス供給チューブ(21)と;
前記ガス供給チューブの遠位端に前記ガスを送出するよう前記ガス供給チューブの近位端へ前記ガスを供給するガス源(35)と;
前記ガス供給チューブを介して前記ガスの供給を開始して終了するためのスイッチバルブ(36)と;
心肺蘇生サイクルに基づいて同期信号を発するデバイスを含む機械的心肺蘇生装置と;
前記同期信号を受信する制御デバイス(30)とを具え、当該デバイスは前記同期信号に基づいて前記スイッチバルブの動作を前記心肺蘇生サイクルに同期するよう動作し、その結果前記心肺蘇生サイクルと同じサイクル時間であるが心肺蘇生に関してオフセットして前記スイッチバルブが動作し、
1)前記ガスの供給が加圧ストロークの開始前に前記スイッチバルブによってオンになり;
2)加圧ストロークは、前記ガスの供給が依然としてオンである間に開始され;
3)前記ガスの供給が前記加圧ストローク中にオフになり;
4)減圧ストロークは、前記ガスの供給がオフである間に開始され;及び
このサイクルが繰り返され、
上記動作が上記順序で行われるように前記オフセットが設定されることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ガスの供給圧力が30mmHg未満であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の装置において、前記ガスの供給が加圧ストロークの開始前の0.01〜0.2秒の間にオンになることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の装置において、前記ガスの供給が加圧ストロークの開始後にサイクル時間の10%〜60%でオフになり、前記ガスの供給が前記加圧ストロークの開始前に前記サイクル時間の75%〜98%でオンになることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記制御デバイス(30)が前記同期信号に基づいて前記ガスの供給をオンにするよう動作し、その結果前記ガスの供給が加圧ストロークの開始前のサイクル時間の25%〜2%の間でオンになることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記制御デバイス(30)が前記同期信号に基づいて前記ガスの供給をオンにするよう動作し、その結果前記ガスの供給が加圧ストロークの終了後のサイクル時間の25%〜48%の間でオンになることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記制御デバイス(30)が前記同期信号に基づいて前記ガスの供給をオフにするよう動作し、その結果前記ガスの供給が加圧ストロークの終了前の0.02〜0.2秒の間でオフになることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の装置がさらに、前記患者に近接配置される圧力スイッチ板であって、前記胸部を加圧する際に前記圧力スイッチ板を起動するよう加圧ストローク中に加圧力に晒される圧力スイッチ板(74)を具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の装置がさらに、前記患者に供給されるガスの圧力を測定し、前記ガス供給チューブの遠位端の近くに配置されたガス圧計(34)を具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の装置がさらに、前記患者の血管系の血圧を測定する血圧計(71、72)を具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の装置がさらに、前記肺から外気へ排出されるガス流量を測定するガス流量計(49)を具えることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の装置がさらに、換気チューブを介して前記患者の肺から外気へ排出される前記ガスの流量を制御する狭窄バルブ(38)を具え、前記ガスの供給が作動されるときに前記狭窄バルブを閉じることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記ガスの供給が前記加圧ストロークの開始前の0.1秒でオンになり、前記ガスの供給が前記サイクル時間と50%のデューティサイクルで作動することを特徴とする装置。
