Claims (8)
- Al 2 O 3 を含有しないガラスマトリクス中にCaNb2O6結晶および/またはCa4Nb2O9結晶を10質量%以下(ただし、10質量%を除く)含有してなることを特徴とする光反射基材。
- CaNb2O6結晶および/またはCa4Nb2O9結晶の含有量が0.3質量%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光反射基材。
- ガラス粉末とCaNb2O6結晶および/またはCa4Nb2O9結晶粉末を含む混合粉末の焼結体からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光反射基材。
- 組成として少なくともCaOを含有するガラス粉末とNb2O5粉末を含む混合粉末の焼結体からなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光反射基材。
- さらに、アルミナ、石英、ジルコニア、酸化チタン、フォルステライト、コージエライト、ムライト、ジルコンから選択される少なくとも1種のセラミック粉末を含有することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の光反射基材。
- セラミック粉末の含有量が0.1〜75質量%であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の光反射基材。
- 波長400〜800nmにおける平均光反射率が80%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の光反射基材。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の光反射基材を用いたことを特徴とする発光デバイス。
