Claims (11)
- コンベアベルトモジュールにおいて、
それぞれ第1側部から第2側部へ横方向に延在する第1端部および縦方向反対側の第2端部と、
前記第1端部に沿って横方向に離間され、連続するヒンジ要素間に間隔を有し、前記第1側部から前記第2側部まで延在する第1の横方向通路を形成する整列された開口を有するヒンジ要素の第1組と、
前記第2端部に沿って横方向に離間され、連続するヒンジ要素間に間隔を有するヒンジ要素の第2組と、
を備え、
前記第1組の少なくとも一対の連続するヒンジ要素が、それらの遠位端に、対面する横方向突出部を有し、前記対面する横方向突出部は、前記一対の連続するヒンジ要素間の前記間隔に連通し、前記間隔の横幅より狭い横幅のスロットを形成し、
前記第2組の少なくとも1つのヒンジ要素が、拡張枢動端部まで縦方向に伸びるアームを有し、前記アームの横幅は前記スロットの横幅未満であり、前記スロットの横幅は前記拡張枢動端部の横幅未満であり、前記拡張枢動端部の横幅は前記間隔の横幅未満であり、
前記対面する横方向突出部が、ヒンジ軸の周りで円周方向に互いにずれていることを特徴とする、コンベアベルトモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載のコンベアベルトモジュールにおいて、前記ヒンジ要素の第2組が、前記第1側部から前記第2側部まで延在する第2の横方向通路を形成する整列された開口を有し、前記拡張枢動端部が前記第2組の少なくとも1つのヒンジ要素の開口と同軸の開口を含むことを特徴とするコンベアベルトモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のコンベアベルトモジュールにおいて、前記拡張枢動端部が、前記アームから離れるにつれて先細になる側部を有することを特徴とするコンベアベルトモジュール。
- 隣接するコンベアベルトモジュールの前記間隔に収容された隣接するコンベアベルトモジュールの交互配置されたヒンジ要素の第1組および第2組の前記整列された開口に収容されたヒンジロッドによって端部同士がヒンジ式に接続され、前記拡張枢動端部が、隣接するコンベアベルトモジュールの前記横方向突出部によって、対応する間隔内に保持されている、請求項1に記載の一連のコンベアベルトモジュールから構成されたことを特徴とするコンベアベルト。
- 請求項1に記載のコンベアベルトモジュールにおいて、前記コンベアベルトモジュールが、主要部分と、ベルトエッジを形成するための前記第2側部において前記主要部分から外側端部まで横方向に延在するエッジ部分とを備え、前記第1組の前記少なくとも一対の連続するヒンジ要素と、前記第2組の前記少なくとも1つのヒンジ要素とが前記主要部分に形成されることを特徴とするコンベアベルトモジュール。
- 請求項5に記載のコンベアベルトモジュールにおいて、前記主要部分が、前記エッジ部分を前記主要部分に結合する横方向リブを備えることを特徴とするコンベアベルトモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のコンベアベルトモジュールにおいて、前記コンベアベルトモジュールが、主要部分と、ベルトエッジを形成するための前記第2側部において前記主要部分から外側端部まで横方向に延在するエッジ部分とを備え、前記第1組の前記少なくとも一対の連続するヒンジ要素と、前記第2組の前記少なくとも1つのヒンジ要素とが前記エッジ部分に形成されることを特徴とするコンベアベルトモジュール。
- 請求項7に記載のコンベアベルトモジュールにおいて、前記主要部分が、前記エッジ部分を前記主要部分に結合する横方向リブを備えることを特徴とするコンベアベルトモジュール。
- 請求項7に記載のコンベアベルトモジュールにおいて、前記第1組の前記少なくとも一対の連続するヒンジ要素間の前記間隔と、前記第2組の前記少なくとも1つのヒンジ要素の前記拡張枢動端部とが、前記エッジ部分の前記外側端部の近くに配置されることを特徴とするコンベアベルトモジュール。
- 請求項1に記載のコンベアベルトモジュールにおいて、前記第1組の前記少なくとも一対の連続するヒンジ要素間の前記間隔と、前記第2組の前記少なくとも1つのヒンジ要素の前記拡張枢動端部とが、縦方向に整列されることを特徴とするコンベアベルトモジュール。
- 各コンベアベルトモジュールの行間で前記第1組と第2組の交互配置されたヒンジ要素の前記整列された開口に収容されたヒンジロッドによって接続された請求項1に記載の1つ以上のコンベアベルトモジュールの一連の行から構成されたことを特徴とするコンベアベルト。
