Claims (15)
- 細胞培養空間を形成する底面基板、側面基板および上面基板と、
前記細胞培養空間内の細胞を細胞スフェロイド形成領域に誘電泳動力により誘導する誘導機構を有し、
前記誘導機構が、前記細胞培養空間に不均一電界を発生する、側面基板の周方向に設けた複数対の電極から成ることを特徴とする細胞培養容器。 - 請求項1に記載の細胞培養容器において、
前記側面基板の周方向に設けた複数対の電極が、容器の上下方向に多層に分割されていることを特徴とする細胞培養容器。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の細胞培養容器において、更に、
細胞スフェロイドを固定する固定機構を有することを特徴とする細胞培養容器。 - 請求項3に記載の細胞培養容器において、
前記細胞スフェロイドを固定する固定機構が、前記底面基板および前記上面基板に設けられ、前記細胞培養空間に不均一電界を発生する対の電極であることを特徴とする細胞培養容器。 - 請求項3に記載の細胞培養容器において、
前記細胞スフェロイドを固定する固定機構が、前記底面基板に設けられた細胞接着領域であることを特徴とする細胞培養容器。 - 請求項5に記載の細胞培養容器において、更に、
前記底面基板および前記上面基板に設けた直流電圧を印加する電極から成り、直流電界によって接着細胞を剥離する剥離機構を備えることを特徴とする細胞培養容器。 - 細胞培養空間を形成する底面基板、側面基板および上面基板と、
前記細胞培養空間内の細胞を細胞スフェロイド形成領域に誘電泳動力により誘導する誘導機構を有し、
前記誘導機構が、前記細胞培養空間に不均一電界を発生する、前記底面基板に設けた複数の突起の表面に形成した導電性皮膜の電極と、前記上面基板に設けた対向電極から成ることを特徴とする細胞培養容器。 - 請求項7に記載の細胞培養容器において、
前記複数の突起が、中心部の突起が周囲の突起よりも高い構造であることを特徴とする細胞培養容器。 - 請求項7または請求項8に記載の細胞培養容器において、更に、
前記底面基板に設けた導電性皮膜の電極および前記上面基板に設けた対向電極に直流電圧を印加する剥離機構を備えることを特徴とする細胞培養容器。 - 請求項1〜9の何れか1つに記載の細胞培養容器において、
前記電極が、白金、金、クロム、パラジウム、ロジウム、銀、アルミニウム、タングステン、ITOの何れか1つ、またはこれらの組み合わせの材料からなる細胞培養容器。 - 請求項1〜10の何れか1つに記載の細胞培養容器と、
前記誘導機構の電極に交流を印加する交流電源から成る細胞培養装置。 - 請求項11に記載の細胞培養装置において、
前記誘導機構の電極に印加する交流の周波数は100Hz〜10MHzである細胞培養装置。 - 請求項11に記載の細胞培養装置において、
周期的に細胞スフェロイドに電界を印加するように構成した細胞培養装置。 - 請求項11に記載の細胞培養装置において、更に、
前記底面電極および前記上面電極に設けた電極間のインピーダンスを測定するインピーダンス測定装置を備え、測定したインピーダンスにより細胞スフェロイドのサイズや厚みを評価するように構成した細胞培養装置。 - 請求項1〜10の何れか1つに記載の細胞培養容器を用いて、前記電極に交流を印加することにより、前記細胞培養空間内の細胞を細胞スフェロイド形成領域に誘電泳動力により誘導する細胞培養方法。
