Claims (16)
- 呼吸抑制のモニタリングおよび治療のために構築されたシステムであって、
少なくとも一つの患者の状態をモニタし、信号を出力するよう構築された患者モニタリングユニットと;
マイクロプロセッサを含み、少なくとも一のユーザーとのインターフェースを提供するよう構築されたユーザーインタフェースを含むインターフェースユニットであって、患者モニタリングユニットと通信可能であるインターフェースユニットと;
麻薬を投与するための第1の装置と、
少なくとも前記患者モニタリングユニットからの、少なくとも一つの患者の状態が事前に設定された状態値の範囲を外れていることを示す信号に応答して、麻薬拮抗剤の少なくとも一の用量の自動投与を行うよう構築された第2の装置とを備え、
前記インターフェイスユニットは、麻薬拮抗剤の少なくとも一の用量の投与が行われた後、患者モニタリングユニットからの情報を継続的に受信するよう構成され、

- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記麻薬拮抗剤は、ナロキソンを含み、静脈内投与によって患者に提供されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記麻薬拮抗剤を自動投与するよう構築された第2の装置は、ポンプおよび鼻カニューラを備え、前記麻薬拮抗剤は、酸素気流中に分散された霧状のナロキソンを備え、患者の鼻腔内に与えられることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項1のシステムにおいて、前記麻薬拮抗剤を自動投与するよう構築された第2の装置は、
前記麻薬拮抗剤は、酸素気流中に分散された霧状のナロキソンを備え、患者の鼻腔内に与えられるものであって、第1のポンプおよび鼻カニューラと、
前記麻薬拮抗剤は、液状のナロキソンを備え、静脈ラインから患者に与えられるものであって、第2のポンプと、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項6のシステムにおいて、
前記第1のポンプは、前記麻薬拮抗剤を供給するためのものであり、患者モニタリングユニットからの信号を受信して、少なくとも1の用量の麻薬拮抗剤を放出するものであり、用量制御は少なくとも前記信号に基づくものであることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1のシステムにおいて、
前記第2の装置は、患者モニタリングユニットからの信号およびインターフェイスユニットからの信号を受信して、前記麻薬拮抗剤を放出することを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項6のシステムにおいて、
前記第1のポンプは、少なくとも麻薬を患者に投与する第1装置から独立していることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1のシステムにおいて、
前記少なくとも麻薬を投与する第1装置は、静脈ラインを介して少なくとも麻薬を供給するポンプを備えていることを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項1のシステムにおいて、
