Conventionally, as a configuration of a vehicular lamp, a light guide disposed so as to extend in a first direction intersecting the lamp front-rear direction, and light is incident on the light guide from an end face in the first direction. There is known a light source including a light source arranged to extend and a reflector arranged to extend in a first direction on the rear side of the light guide.
“Patent Document 2” describes a configuration in which a light guide having a circular cross section is arranged so as to extend in a substantially ring shape in a first direction intersecting with the front-rear direction of the lamp in such a vehicle lamp. Yes. In this vehicular lamp, the light emitted to the rear side from a plurality of reflecting elements formed on the rear surface portion of the light guide is reflected toward the front of the lamp by a reflector disposed on the rear side, The configuration is such that the reflected light is re-incident on the light guide and emitted from the front surface portion toward the front of the lamp.
By adopting the lamp configuration described in “
However, in such a lamp configuration, a plurality of light sources are required, and a Fresnel lens must be arranged for each of these light sources. Therefore, the number of parts increases and the lamp cannot be configured at low cost. There is a problem.
On the other hand, in the vehicular lamp described in the above-mentioned “Patent Document 2”, the light emitted from the light guide body to the rear side and reflected by the reflector is configured to re-enter the light guide body. There is a problem that it is not possible to make itself shine substantially uniformly.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and in a vehicular lamp provided with a light guide and a reflector, the reflector can be made to shine substantially uniformly with an inexpensive configuration. The object is to provide a vehicular lamp.
In the present invention, after the reflector is arranged on the rear side of the light guide, the above object is achieved by devising the configurations of the light guide and the reflector.

That is, the vehicular lamp according to the present invention is
A light guide disposed so as to extend in a first direction intersecting the lamp front-rear direction, and a light source disposed so that light is incident on the light guide from the end face of the light guide in the first direction. And a vehicle lamp provided with a reflector arranged to extend in the first direction on the rear side of the light guide,
The light guide is configured to emit light from the light source incident on the light guide to a rear side from a rear surface portion of the light guide;
The reflector includes a first reflecting portion located on the rear side of the light guide, and a second reflecting portion adjacent to the first reflecting portion in a second direction intersecting the first direction. ,
The first reflecting portion has a plurality of first reflecting elements formed in a stepped manner with respect to the first direction, and each of the first reflecting elements emits light from the rear surface portion of the light guide to the rear side. Configured to reflect the reflected light toward the second reflecting portion,
The second reflecting portion is configured to reflect the reflected light from the first reflecting elements toward the front of the lamp.
As long as the “first direction” is a direction that intersects with the lamp front-rear direction, the specific direction is not particularly limited.
As long as the “light guide” is disposed so as to extend in the first direction, the cross-sectional shape thereof is not particularly limited. In addition, the “light guide” is configured to emit light from the light source incident on the light guide from the rear surface portion to the rear side. It may be the structure made to radiate to, and it does not need to be.
As shown in the above configuration, the vehicular lamp according to the present invention causes light to be incident on the light guide disposed so as to extend in the first direction intersecting the lamp front-rear direction from the end surface in the first direction. The light source is arranged and the reflector extending in the first direction is arranged on the rear side of the light guide, but the light guide is from the light source incident on the light guide. The light is emitted from the rear surface portion to the rear side, and the reflector includes a first reflecting portion located on the rear side of the light guide, and a first direction with respect to the first reflecting portion. A second reflecting portion adjacent to the intersecting second direction, and the first reflecting portion includes a plurality of first reflecting elements formed stepwise with respect to the first direction. Each first reflecting element emits light from the rear surface of the light guide to the rear side. Is reflected to the second reflecting portion, and the second reflecting portion is configured to reflect the reflected light from each of the first reflecting elements toward the front of the lamp. Therefore, the following effects can be obtained.
That is, the light emitted from the light source is incident on the first reflecting portion of the reflector via the light guide, and reflected by the plurality of first reflecting elements toward the second reflecting portion. By making it reflect toward the front of the lamp by the reflecting portion, the second reflecting portion of the reflector arranged at a position not behind the light guide in the front view of the lamp is made to shine substantially uniformly. Can do. In addition, this can be realized with an inexpensive configuration with a small number of parts, in which a single light guide is disposed between the single light source and the reflector.
As described above, according to the present invention, in the vehicular lamp provided with the light guide and the reflector, the reflector can be made to shine substantially uniformly with an inexpensive configuration. As a result, the appearance of the lamp can be improved.
In the above configuration, if a plurality of lens elements are formed stepwise in the first direction on the rear surface portion of the light guide, light from the light source incident on the light guide is transmitted to a plurality of locations in the first direction. In this case, the light can be easily emitted rearward from the rear surface portion of the light guide. At this time, if the plurality of lens elements are formed at positions facing each of the plurality of first reflection elements, the light emitted from the rear surface portion of the light guide to the rear side is reflected to the first of the reflector. Reflection control can be performed with high accuracy in the reflection portion. As a result, the second reflecting portion can be seen more evenly.
In the above configuration, each first reflective element of the first reflective portion is configured to reflect the light emitted from the rear surface portion of the light guide to the rear side as substantially parallel light toward the second reflective portion. Then, this reflected light can be reflected with high precision toward the front of the lamp. This makes it easier to make the second reflecting portion appear to shine uniformly.
In the above configuration, the second reflecting portion has a plurality of second reflecting elements formed stepwise in the second direction, and the reflected light from the first reflecting portion is transmitted to the front of the lamp by each of the second reflecting elements. If it is configured to be reflected toward the second, it is possible to make the second reflecting portion shine in a scattered manner.
In the above configuration, the light guide is formed so as to wrap around the lamp toward the end face in the first direction, and the first reflecting portion of the reflector is formed so as to wrap around the light guide. Thus, the following operational effects can be obtained.
That is, by forming the light guide so as to go around toward the rear side of the lamp toward the end face in the first direction (that is, the end face on which light from the light source is incident), the first reflecting portion of the reflector is along the light guide. Even with the configuration formed to wrap around, it is possible to easily reflect the light emitted from the rear surface portion of the light guide to the rear side toward the front of the lamp by the first and second reflecting portions. Become. As a result, it is possible to improve the appearance of the lamp in the front view of the lamp while keeping the depth dimensions of the light guide and the reflector small.
In addition, in this case, when a plurality of lens elements are formed in a step shape with respect to the first direction on the rear surface portion of the light guide, these lens elements can be formed with relatively low steps. Therefore, these lens elements can be formed with high accuracy.

In particular, in the present embodiment, the plurality of second reflecting elements 40Bs1 and 40Bs2 are alternately arranged in the vehicle width direction with substantially the same left-right width as the left-right width of each first reflecting element 40As, and in the up-down direction. The plurality of second reflective elements 40Bs1 appear to shine in a scattered manner in a grid-like arrangement, and the plurality of second reflecting elements 40Bs1 are substantially half-pitch shifted from each other. The two reflecting elements 40Bs2 can be made to shine in a scattered manner in a grid-like arrangement.
Further, in the present embodiment, the
That is, the
In addition, at this time, since the plurality of
In the above embodiment, the case where the
Next, a modification of the above embodiment will be described.
First, the 1st and 2nd modification of the said embodiment is demonstrated.
FIG. 4 is a view substantially similar to FIG. 2 showing the main part of the
As shown in the figure, the basic configuration of the
That is, as shown in FIG. 4A, the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4B, the
Even when any one of the configurations of the first and second modified examples is employed, the same operational effects as those of the above embodiment can be obtained.
Moreover, like each of these first and second modifications, the lamp layout according to the vehicle body shape is realized by appropriately changing the vertical cross-sectional shape of the
Next, a third modification of the above embodiment will be described.
FIG. 5 is a view similar to FIG. 1 showing a
As shown in the figure, the basic configuration of the
That is, the
In the present modification, out of the light emitted from the
By adopting the configuration of this modification, the following operational effects can be obtained.
That is, in the
Next, the 4th modification of the said embodiment is demonstrated.
FIG. 6 is a view similar to FIG. 1 showing a
As shown in the figure, the basic configuration of the
That is, the basic shape of the
In this modification, the light emitted from the
By adopting the configuration of this modification, the design of the
In addition, the numerical value shown as a specification in the said embodiment and each modification is only an example, and of course, you may set these to a different value suitably.
