Claims (11)
- 骨の外科手術での使用に適し、かつ、骨に直接固定されると共に、外部からの操作が可能である骨板(P)であって、
骨折の一方の側に固定されると共に、固定のために少なくとも一つの接続要素が挿入されるための少なくとも一つの穴(1a)を有する少なくとも一つの本体(1)を備え、
ここで、上記本体(1)は、二つの相互延長の形態を有する少なくとも二対の接触表面(1d)を有し、その少なくとも二対の接触表面(1d)は、上記本体(1)における上記骨に対向する側に配置されると共に、上記本体(1)内にコンジット構造を形づくり、
さらに、
上記本体(1)に連動すると共に、上記骨に接触することなしに上記本体(1)内に形成された上記コンジット構造を摺動し、かつ、上記骨折の他方の側に固定されると共に、固定のために少なくとも一つの接続要素が挿入されるための少なくとも一つの他の穴(2a)を有する少なくとも一つの可動部(2)と、
上記可動部(2)が上記本体(1)内を摺動するのを可能とする少なくとも一つの変位機構と
を備え、
上記変位機構は、上記本体(1)の中心に配置され、
さらに、
上記変位機構の動作を止めることによって、上記可動部(2)が上記本体(1)内を摺動することを制限する少なくとも一つのロック要素(4)と、
外部から上記変位機構を制御するために上記変位機構に連動する少なくとも一つの変位要素(5)と
を備え、
上記本体(1)は、上記本体(1)の中心に配置された少なくとも一つのシート(1c)を有し、上記変位要素(5)がその少なくとも一つのシート(1c)に配置される骨板(1)。 - 請求項1に記載の骨板(P)において、
上記可動部(2)は、上記本体(1)における上記骨に対向する側に配置される骨板(P)。 - 請求項1に記載の骨板(P)において、
上記本体(1)が、板構造を有する骨板(P)。 - 請求項1に記載の骨板(P)において、
上記可動部(2)が、板構造を有する骨板(P)。 - 請求項1に記載の骨板(P)において、
上記変位機構は、少なくとも一つのギア(3)を備え、ここで、その少なくとも一つのギア(3)は、上記本体(1)における上記骨に対向する側に配置されると共に、上記変位要素(5)に連動し、かつ、上記変位要素(5)によって、回動でき、
上記変位機構は、さらに、少なくとも一つの変位部(2c)を備え、ここで、その少なくとも一つの変位部(2c)は、上記可動部(2)における本体(1)に対向する側に配置され、また、上記ギヤ(3)の回転運動を、直線運動に変換し、その結果、上記可動部(2)が上記本体(1)に対して移動可能となる骨板(P)。 - 請求項5に記載の骨板(P)において、
上記変位部(2c)は、外部から上記可動部(2)に取り付けられる構成要素である骨板(P)。 - 請求項6に記載の骨板(P)において、
上記変位部(2c)は、ラックである骨板(P)。 - 請求項5に記載の骨板(P)において、
上記変位部(2c)は、上記ギヤ(3)の上記回転運動を上記直線運動に変換できるような構造が上記可動部(2)の少なくとも一つの側に設けられ、上記可動部(2)に統合されている骨板(P)。 - 請求項5に記載の骨板(P)において、
上記ロック要素(4)が、上記本体(1)における上記骨に対向する側に配置され、上記ギア(3)の制御されない動きを防止することによって上記可動部(2)の動きを制限する骨板(P)。 - 請求項1に記載の骨板(P)において、
上記本体(1)が、上記本体(1)の他方の側に配置されると共に、上記可動部(2)上の上記穴(2a)に対向する少なくとも一つのコンジット(1b)を有する骨板(P)。 - 請求項1に記載の骨板(P)において、
上記可動部(2)が、上記可動部(2)の他方の側に配置される少なくとも一つのコンジット(2b)を備え、上記変位要素(5)が、上記少なくとも一つのコンジット(2b)を介して上記変位機構に接続される骨板(P)。
