Claims (7)
- 上部作業デッキ領域と下部作業デッキ領域とを有する航空機ギャレー壁用の保護シェルであって、
外表面に沿って厚みとミクロ穿孔を有する外皮と、
真空断熱パネルを含み、前記外皮の厚みより大きな厚みの中間層と、
炭素繊維複合材を含み、前記中間層の厚みより大きな厚みの内層と、を備えることを特徴とする航空機ギャレー壁用の保護シェル。 - 前記外皮と前記内層間に、さらに連続気泡消音発泡体を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機ギャレー壁用の保護シェル。
- 外皮厚みと中間層厚みとの比率が1:2であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機ギャレー壁用の保護シェル。
- 前記ミクロ穿孔は円錐形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機ギャレー壁用の保護シェル。
- 前記連続気泡消音発泡体の層は、前記作業デッキ上部にのみ存在することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の航空機ギャレー壁用の保護シェル。
- 前記連続気泡消音発泡体の厚みと前記炭素繊維複合材パネルの厚みとの比率は2:1であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の航空機ギャレー壁用の保護シェル。
- 前記真空断熱パネルは、熱シンクに隣接して存在してエネルギーロスを低減することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機ギャレー壁用の保護シェル。
