Abstract
Description
(1)鋼管直管部と座屈波形部を有し、撓曲を生じる地盤に埋設される座屈波形鋼管であって、前記座屈波形部は、1.72√(r・T)で表される圧縮局部座屈半波長の2.05〜4.32倍の座屈波長と、前記鋼管直管部の管厚の8.00〜16.25倍で表される山高さとに基づいて定められる正弦波で表される形状であり、前記座屈波形部において前記地盤の断層運動による曲げ圧縮変形と撓曲による軸圧縮変形を吸収し前記鋼管直管部の変形を回避する、ことを特徴としている。ただし、rは鋼管直管部の管厚中心半径、Tは鋼管直管部の管厚である。

Claims (3)
- 鋼管直管部と座屈波形部を有し、撓曲を生じる地盤に埋設される座屈波形鋼管であって、
前記座屈波形部は、1.72√(r・T)で表される圧縮局部座屈半波長の2.05〜4.32倍の座屈波長と、前記鋼管直管部の管厚の8.00〜16.25倍で表される山高さとに基づいて定められる正弦波で表される形状であり、前記座屈波形部において前記地盤の断層運動による曲げ圧縮変形と撓曲による軸圧縮変形を吸収し前記鋼管直管部の変形を回避する、
ことを特徴とする座屈波形鋼管。
ただし、rは鋼管直管部の管厚中心半径、Tは鋼管直管部の管厚である。 - 前記座屈波形部は、前記座屈波形鋼管の軸方向において間隔を空けて配設されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の座屈波形鋼管。 - 前記座屈波形部は、断層面を挟んで所定距離離間して配設される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の座屈波形鋼管。
