Claims (5)
- 個々のコードを第1の溶液すなわちエマルジョンにディップすることによって、前記個々のコードを事前処理するステップと、
ディップされた前記個々のコードを乾燥させるステップと、
ディップされ乾燥された前記個々のコードの表面に、第2の溶液すなわちエマルジョンで粘着性を付与するステップと、
粘着性が付与された前記個々のコードを未硬化のタイヤ構成要素の表面に取り付けるステップと、
を有し、
前記第1の溶液は、レゾルシノールホルムアルデヒドラテックス、イソシアネート系材料、エポキシ系材料、及びメラミンホルムアルデヒド樹脂系材料からなる群から選択された接着促進剤であり、前記第2の溶液は溶剤に溶解しているゴム化合物を有し、
前記事前処理するステップは、ディップされた前記個々のコードを、レソルシノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂を含むゴムラテックスを有する水性エマルジョンにディップするステップをさらに有する、空気入りタイヤの形成方法。 - 粘着性が付与された前記個々のコードは、タイヤ構築ドラム上で前記未硬化のタイヤ構成要素に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記未硬化のタイヤ構成要素は、カーカス、ベルト構造、オーバーレイ、アンダートレッド及びトレッド緩衝層からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶剤は石油誘導体を有している、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記取り付けるステップは、前記個々のコードをゴム引きせずに行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
