Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat including a pair of elastic bodies (members that can come into contact with a vehicle compartment floor surface) and hook members (members that can engage with a striker on the vehicle compartment floor surface).

As this type of vehicle seat, a vehicle seat that is relatively movable up and down with respect to a vehicle floor is known (see Patent Document 1).
Here, the passenger compartment floor surface (stepped shape) has a first surface at the front of the passenger compartment and a second surface at the rear of the passenger compartment (a floor surface one step lower). On the first surface, a pair of strikers (substantially inverted U-shaped rod-like members) are disposed so as to face the front and rear portions of the vehicle seat.
The vehicle seat includes a seat constituent member (seat cushion, seat back), a leg member (straight plate member), and a pair of hook members. The upper end of the leg member is rotatably attached to the rear portion of the seat cushion, and the lower end of the leg member is rotatably attached to the second surface.
The pair of hook members are substantially rectangular flat plates, and project from the front and rear portions (positions that can face each striker) of the bottom surface of the seat cushion. Each hook member is provided with a recess into which the striker can enter, and the opening of the recess is arranged facing the front of the seat.

In the known technique, the leg member is raised from the second surface to support the rear portion of the seat cushion. In this state, the strikers are arranged in the recesses of the hook members (arranged so that they can be engaged with each other) while the vehicle seat is arranged on the first surface. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the seat constituent member from moving relative to the front of the seat (the surface direction of the vehicle compartment floor surface) by the engagement of the striker and the hook member on the vehicle compartment floor surface due to an impact at the time of a vehicle collision or the like. .
Next, while releasing the engagement between each striker and each hook member, the seat constituent member is rotationally displaced rearward with the lower end of the leg member as the center of rotation (relatively moving up and down relative to the vehicle compartment floor). By doing so, the sheet constituent member can be arranged from the first surface to the second surface side (stored state).

Here, in this type of seat configuration, consideration should be given so that the seat constituent member does not rattle against the passenger compartment floor.
For example, a plurality of elastic bodies (cylindrical shapes) are arranged to protrude toward the vehicle compartment floor surface while being arranged on the front and both sides of the seat cushion. Then, by arranging the seat constituent member while bringing a plurality of elastic bodies into contact with the first surface, the backlash of the seat constituent member with respect to the passenger compartment floor surface can be absorbed by bending deformation of the elastic body (for seating property) Excellent sheet configuration).

By the way, in the above-described configuration, in consideration of easiness of assembling the sheet, the size of the hook member (concave portion) may be slightly increased, and play (gap) may be provided between the striker and the like.
However, in the above-described seat configuration, the amount of flexure of each elastic body is limited, so that the sheet tends to become unstable as it moves away from the arrangement position of each elastic body. For this reason, in the configuration of the known technique, there is a concern that the hook member and the striker may rattle due to the sheet swinging around a virtual line connecting the pair of elastic bodies.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and a problem to be solved by the present invention is to arrange a hook member with a striker so as to be capable of being engaged with good performance.

As a means for solving the above problems, the vehicle seat of the first invention comprises a seat cushion down. The seat cushion includes a frame-shaped frame member forming a seat skeleton, a fixing member attached to one side of the frame member, a pair of elastic bodies, and a hook member. And it is the structure which protrudes and arranges a pair of elastic body and a hook member toward a vehicle compartment floor surface, attaching to a frame member.
In the present invention, the whole or a part of the seat cushion is disposed so as to be relatively movable in a direction away from the passenger compartment floor surface while directly or indirectly contacting the pair of elastic bodies with the passenger compartment floor surface. . The impact of a vehicle collision or the like causes the seat cushion to relatively move in the surface direction of the passenger compartment floor surface (for example, the longitudinal direction of the passenger compartment) by engaging the striker and the hook member protruding from the passenger compartment floor surface. A configuration that can be prevented is adopted. In this type of seat configuration, it is desirable that the hook member can be arranged to be able to engage with the striker with good performance (for example, with as little play as possible).

Therefore, in the present invention, one of the pair of elastic bodies and the hook member are attached to a fixing member disposed on one side of the frame member, and the other of the pair of elastic bodies different from the one is attached to the frame member different from the one side. The hook member is disposed on the imaginary line that is attached to the other side and passes through both of the pair of elastic bodies.
In the present invention, the hook member is disposed on the imaginary line passing through both of the pair of elastic bodies (the portion that is not easily affected by the swinging of the sheet, etc.), so that rattling of the hook member and the striker can be prevented as much as possible. .

A vehicle seat according to a second aspect is the vehicle seat according to the first aspect, wherein the seat cushion and the seat back are connected to each other so as to be rotatable relative to each other via shaft portions arranged on both sides of the seat, and the shaft. It can be arranged in a face-to-face manner by a rotation operation with the part as the rotation center. In this type of seat configuration, the seat cushion may swing in the width direction due to errors in the positions of the shaft portions arranged on both sides of the seat .
Therefore, in the present invention, as viewed in the plane direction of the passenger compartment floor surface, the imaginary line passing through both of the pair of elastic bodies is arranged in a non-orthogonal manner with respect to the other imaginary lines connecting the shaft portions arranged on both sides of the seat. It was decided to. By arranging the imaginary line passing through both of the pair of elastic bodies in this manner in a non-orthogonal shape (for example, inclined or parallel) with respect to the other imaginary line connecting both sides of the sheet, the sheet swings in the width direction. As much as possible, it is possible to more reliably prevent the hook member and the striker from rattling.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle seat according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, wherein the hook member is disposed on the outer side of the seat from one of the pair of elastic bodies, and the striker is used as the hook member. It was arranged to be engageable. Thus, by arrange | positioning a hook member in an outward position, the corresponding striker can be arrange | positioned in the position which is comparatively hard to stand out.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the hook member can be arranged to be able to engage with the striker with good performance. Further, according to the second invention, the hook member can be disposed to be able to engage with the striker with higher performance. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the hook member can be disposed so as to be able to engage with the striker with higher performance.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In each figure, a reference symbol F is attached to the front of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol B to the rear of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol UP to the upper side of the vehicle seat, and a reference symbol DW to the lower side of the vehicle seat.
1 has a first seat portion 2A and a second seat portion 2B, and a plurality of passengers can be seated.
The first seat portion 2A is a relatively wide portion (large), and includes a plurality of seat constituent members (seat cushions 4a and 4b, seat backs 6a and 6b, headrests 8a and 8b), and a hook member 40. The second seat portion 2B is a relatively narrow portion (small size), and includes a single seat component (seat cushion 4c, seat back 6c, headrest 8c) and another hook member 40x. Each of these seat constituent members includes a frame member (4F, 6F, etc.) forming a seat skeleton, a cushion material (not shown) forming the outer shape of the seat, and a skin material (not shown) covering the cushion material.
Here, the seat backs 6a to 6c are connected to the seat cushions 4a to 4c via a shaft portion 7 (described later) so as to be able to be tilted. The headrests 8a to 8c are connected to the upper portions of the seat backs 6a to 6c via stay members 9 (rod-like members) (see FIG. 2).

In the present embodiment, the front portions of the seat cushions 4a to 4c are movable relative to the vehicle compartment floor surface FS up and down (in the direction of separation), and can be displaced between the first state and the second state. (See FIG. 2).
In the seat constituent member in the first state, the seat backs 6a to 6c are erected with respect to the seat cushions 4a to 4c (the passenger can be seated).
Further, in the seat component in the second state, the seat cushions 4a to 4c are raised and disposed facing the seat backs 6a to 6c (to be in a chip-up state). In this state, the seat member can be maintained in the second state by hooking the strap member 10 extending from the seat cushion 4a to the stay member 9 of the headrest 8a.

In the present embodiment, for example, in the first seat portion 2A in the first state, the seat constituent member is disposed on the passenger compartment floor FS via a plurality of elastic bodies 31 to 34 (details will be described later) (FIG. 2 and FIG. 2). (See FIG. 3).
The engagement between the striker F1 of the vehicle compartment floor surface FS and the hook member 40 (both will be described later in detail) indicates that the seat constituent member is relatively moved in the surface direction of the vehicle compartment floor surface FS due to an impact at the time of a vehicle collision or the like. Can be stopped. In this type of seat configuration, it is desirable that the hook member 40 can be disposed with high performance (for example, with as little backlash) as possible with respect to the striker F1.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the hook member 40 is arranged to be able to engage with the striker F1 with high performance by the configuration described later. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.
Here, in the present embodiment, the first sheet portion 2A and the second sheet portion 2B have substantially the same basic configuration (frame member, hook member, elastic body, etc.). Therefore, the configuration of the present embodiment will be described by taking the first sheet portion 2A as an example, and the second sheet portion 2B will be described in detail by omitting the same reference numerals for the same configuration as the first sheet portion 2A.

(Each wire installation work)
With reference to FIG. 3, the fixed wire 20 and the support wires (the first wire 21 to the fourth wire 24) are arranged on the first frame member 4F.
In this embodiment, the fixed wire 20 is extended in the sheet width direction while being arranged in a bridging manner between the pair of side portions 4f. At this time, the mounting portion 20a is disposed so as to protrude downward in the seat, and the guide portion 20b is disposed in a state inclined toward the rear of the seat (in a non-projecting state above or below the seat).
Next, the first wire 21 and the second wire 22 are extended toward the front and rear of the seat while being arranged at an appropriate interval in a bridging manner between the front portion 2f and the rear portion 6f. At this time, a part of the first wire 21 is brought into contact with the other side of the mounting portion 20a while the first wire 21 is arranged in a crossing manner with the fixed wire 20.
The pair of third wires 23 are arranged in parallel at an appropriate interval in front of the first frame member 4F, and the middle of each third wire 23 is appropriately hooked to the front portion 2f. Then, the pair of fourth wires 24 are respectively arranged on the sides of the first frame member 4F, and the middle of each fourth wire 24 is appropriately hooked to the side portion 4f.

(Elastic body)
The elastic body is a substantially cylindrical tube member, and can be formed of an elastically stretchable material (rubber, elastomer, soft resin, etc.) (see FIGS. 2 to 5).
In the present embodiment, a plurality of elastic bodies (first elastic body 31 to fourth elastic body 34) are arranged along the first frame member 4F with appropriate intervals in this order. For example, the first elastic body 31 and the fourth elastic body 34 are attached in the middle of the pair of side parts 4f, respectively, and the second elastic body 32 and the third elastic body 33 are placed in the middle of the front part 2f at an appropriate interval. Open and install.
At this time, the first elastic body 31 is arranged in the middle of the side part 4f, and the third elastic body 33 is arranged in the middle of the front part 2f. And the imaginary line (1st imaginary line L1) which passes both the 1st elastic body 31 and the 3rd elastic body 33 will be formed in the inclined form ranging over the front site | part 2f and the side site | part 4f.
Here, the attachment method of each elastic body is not particularly limited, but for example, an arrangement portion 36 (substantially U-shaped flat plate material) can be used. A hole is formed on the bottom surface side of the arrangement portion 36, and a recess is formed in the upper portion (for convenience, reference numerals of the respective portions are omitted). In the present embodiment, a bar is attached to the upper surface of each of the elastic bodies 31 to 34 and is inserted into the bottom surface (hole portion) of the arrangement portion 36. Next, each elastic body 31-34 can be attached to the 1st frame member 4F by fitting the 1st frame member 4F in the upper part (dent part) of the arrangement | positioning part 36. FIG.

(Hook member)
The hook member 40 is a substantially rectangular flat plate member, and includes a main body portion 42, a covering portion 44, an engaging portion 46, a guide portion 48, and a first hole portion 40H (see FIGS. 1 to 5). ).
The main body portion 42 is a metal flat plate material, and the covering portion 44 is a resin member that covers the main body portion 42. And the engaging part 46 is a recessed part provided in the front side of the hook member 40, and has a dimension which can insert striker F1. Here, in consideration of the ease of assembly of the seat and the like, play (gap) can be provided between the striker F1 by slightly increasing the size of the engaging portion 46 (recessed portion). The guide portion 48 is a guide portion provided on the lower side of the hook member 40 and continues to the engaging portion 46 while being gradually curved upward from the rear to the front. The first hole 40H is a through hole on the upper side of the hook member 40, and a bolt member BM (described later) can be inserted therein.
In the present embodiment, the hook member 40 can be rotatably attached to the first frame member 4F (side portion 4f) via the fixing member 50.

(Fixing member)
The fixing member 50 is a member for attaching the hook member 40 to the first frame member 4F, and includes a lock member 52, a bracket 54, a bolt member BM, and an urging member TM (see FIGS. 3 to 5). ).
The locking member 52 is a substantially U-shaped (upward view) flat plate member, and a second hole (not shown) is formed on the side surface. The bracket 54 is a substantially U-shaped (front view) flat plate member, and a concave portion (reference numeral omitted) to which the urging member TM can be attached is formed on the upper portion (free end).
The bolt member BM is a shaft member that can be inserted into both the first hole 40H and the second hole. The urging member TM is a member (torsion spring-like) that urges the hook member 40 and can be wound around the bolt member BM.

(Hook member installation work)
With reference to FIGS. 3 to 5, the hook member 40 is attached to the first frame member 4 </ b> F via the fixing member 50, and the first frame member 4 </ b> F is protruded and arranged toward the passenger compartment floor surface FS (the striker F <b> 1).
In this embodiment, the lock member 52 is attached so as to surround the first elastic body 31 while being arranged in the middle of the side portion 4f. At this time, the flat plate material 36 a can be disposed on the lock member 52 to cover the upper side of the first elastic body 31. The bracket 54 is attached to the front position on the side of the lock member 52 and the hook member 40 is attached to the rear position.
At this time, the hook member 40 can be disposed on the first imaginary line L1 by appropriately adjusting the arrangement position of the lock member 52 (second hole portion). In the present embodiment, the hook member 40 can be disposed outside the seat with respect to the first elastic body 31 via the lock member 52. Thus, by arrange | positioning the hook member 40 in an outward position, the corresponding striker F1 can be arrange | positioned in the position which is not conspicuous comparatively.

Then, the bolt member BM is inserted into the first hole portion 40H and the second hole portion (not shown), and the hook member 40 is rotatably attached to the lock member 52, while the guide portion 48 is lowered (the direction facing the striker F1). Protruding toward the. Next, while attaching the urging member TM to the bolt member BM, one end of the urging member TM is hooked on the bracket 54 (recessed portion), thereby urging the hook member 40 in a direction rotating in one direction.
By doing so, the hook member 40 can be attached to the first frame member 4F via the fixing member 50.

(Seat back and shaft)
Here, the seat backs 6a and 6b are members that are connected to the seat cushions 4a and 4b via the shaft portion 7 so as to be able to rise and fall (see FIGS. 2 and 3).
The seat backs 6a and 6b have a second frame member 6F (substantially rectangular frame). The second frame member 6F is a member wider than the first frame member 4F, and has a second insertion portion (through hole not shown) in a portion (flat plate shape) forming both sides of the seat.
The shaft portion 7 is a cylindrical shaft member (relatively short), and can be rotatably inserted into the first insertion portion 8H and the second insertion portion. In the present embodiment, the pair of shaft portions 7 can be fixed to the passenger compartment floor surface FS while being non-rotatably attached to the leg member 6d. Then, by operating the operation member 6e of the leg member 6d to release the lock of the shaft portion 7, the seat backs 6a and 6b can be relatively rotated (state displacement) with respect to the seat cushions 4a and 4b.

(Assembly work of seat cushion and seat back)
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, seat backs 6 a and 6 b are connected to seat cushions 4 a and 4 b through a pair of shaft portions 7 so as to be able to rise and fall (relative rotation).
In the present embodiment, the shaft portion 7 is rotatably inserted in both insertion portions (8H, etc.) while superimposing the connecting portions 8f on the lower portion of the second frame member 6F. By doing so, the seat backs 6a, 6b are rotatably attached to the seat cushions 4a, 4b via the pair of shaft portions 7.
In this embodiment, the pair of shaft portions 7 are respectively disposed on the side portions of the sheet constituent member, and a virtual line (second virtual line L2) connecting both shaft portions extends in the sheet width direction.

Here, in this embodiment, before and after the above-described operation, a cushion material (not shown) is disposed on each frame member (4F, 6F) and covered with a bag-like skin material (not shown). At this time, the cushion material is supported by the fixed wire 20 (part excluding the attachment portion) and the support wires 21 to 24. Moreover, the front and back sides of the cushion material and the first frame member 4F (each elastic body) can be covered with the skin material.
In this embodiment, the other side of the strap member 10 can be pulled out from the outlet (not shown) on the back surface of the skin material while attaching one side of the strap member 10 to the fixed wire 20. For example, after folding one side of the strap member 10 into a ring shape, this ring-shaped portion is attached to the attachment portion 20a. At this time, attaching the strap member 10 to a wrong position should be avoided as much as possible.
For example, in this embodiment, the strap member 10 may be disposed at the guide portion 20b (incorrect position). At this time, by pulling the strap member 10 in the pull-out direction, one end of the strap member 10 slides from the guide portion 20b into the attachment portion 20a (arranged at an appropriate position).

(Installation work of sheet components)
With reference to FIGS. 3 to 5, the seat constituent member is disposed on the vehicle compartment floor surface FS (the first state) while the plurality of elastic bodies 31 to 34 are brought into contact with the vehicle compartment floor surface FS.
At this time, in this embodiment, the striker F <b> 1 is pressed against the guide portion 48 while the seat constituent member is brought close to the vehicle compartment floor surface FS from above. By the pressing of the striker F1, the engaging portion 46 is opened downward while the hook member 40 is reversely rotated against the urging force. Then, the striker F1 is disposed in the engaging portion 46, and the hook member 40 is rotated to return to the original state, whereby the engaging portion 46 opens to the front of the seat and can be engaged with the striker F1.
In the present embodiment, the seat constituent members are arranged while bringing the plurality of elastic bodies 31 to 34 into contact with the passenger compartment floor surface FS. By doing so, the backlash of the seat constituent member with respect to the passenger compartment floor surface FS can be absorbed by bending deformation of each elastic body (a seat configuration having excellent seating properties).
Then, the engagement of the striker F <b> 1 and the hook member 40 can prevent the seat constituent member from moving relative to the front of the vehicle (surface direction of the vehicle compartment floor surface FS) due to an impact at the time of a vehicle collision or the like.

By the way, in the above-mentioned seat configuration, since the amount of flexure of each elastic body is limited, the sheet tends to become unstable as it moves away from the arrangement position of each elastic body. For this reason, for example, the sheet may swing around the first imaginary line L1 connecting the first elastic body 31 and the third elastic body 33 (a pair of elastic bodies) (the hook member may rattle with respect to the striker).
Therefore, in this embodiment, the hook member 40 is disposed on the first virtual line L1. As described above, the hook member 40 is arranged on the first imaginary line L1 (a portion that is not easily affected by the swinging of the sheet or the like), so that rattling between the hook member 40 and the striker F1 can be prevented as much as possible.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the seat cushions 4a and 4b and the seat backs 6a and 6b are connected via a pair of shaft portions 7 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). At this time, the sheet constituent member may swing in the width direction around the center of the sheet (for example, a line perpendicular to the second imaginary line L2) due to an error in the position of the shaft portion 7 disposed on both sides of the sheet.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the first imaginary line L1 (part that is not easily affected by the swing) is arranged in a non-orthogonal manner with respect to the second imaginary line L2 connecting the pair of shaft portions 7. In this way, the first imaginary line L1 and the second imaginary line L2 are arranged in a non-orthogonal shape to prevent the swinging in the seat width direction as much as possible, thereby further preventing rattling between the hook member 40 and the striker F1. it can.

Next, the sheet constituent member is displaced from the first state to the second state. By doing so, the seat cushions 4a to 4c are raised and arranged facing the seat backs 6a to 6c. And the sheet | seat structural member can be maintained in a 2nd state by latching the front-end | tip (holding member 12) of the strap member 10 to the stay member 9. FIG.
In this embodiment, one end of the strap member 10 can be reliably disposed at the attachment portion 20a (appropriate position). As a result, the pull-out amount of the strap member 10 can be secured appropriately, and the strap member 10 can be reliably hooked (reached) by the stay member 9.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the hook member 40 is arranged on the first imaginary line L1 (a part that is not easily affected by the swinging), so that rattling of the hook member 40 and the striker F1 can be prevented as much as possible.
In the present embodiment, the first virtual line L1 is arranged non-orthogonally with respect to the second virtual line L2. As a result, the swinging in the sheet width direction is prevented as much as possible, and the rattling of the hook member 40 and the striker F1 can be more reliably prevented.
And in a present Example, by arrange | positioning the hook member 40 in an outward position, the corresponding striker F1 can be arrange | positioned in the position which is comparatively hard to stand out.
For this reason, according to the present Example, the hook member 40 can be arrange | positioned with sufficient performance with respect to the striker F1.

The vehicle seat of the present embodiment is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can take other various embodiments.
(1) In the present embodiment, the front part (part) of the seat cushions 4a to 4c is relatively movable in a direction away from the passenger compartment floor surface FS (a chip-up state). However, this is not intended to limit the seat configuration. For example, the entire seat constituent member can be configured to move up and down on a stepped passenger compartment floor (a configuration that can be displaced to a known state of storage). In addition, after the seat back is moved forward, the seat component can be lifted to the side of the seat to secure a vehicle compartment space (space-up configuration). Similarly, it is also possible to adopt a configuration (tumble configuration) in which the seat constituent member is raised in front of the seat after the seat back is moved forward.

(2) Moreover, in this embodiment, the example which arrange | positions the hook member 40 on the virtual line (1st virtual line L1) which passes both the 1st elastic body 31 and the 3rd elastic body 33 was demonstrated. Unlike this, the hook member can be disposed on a virtual line passing through the first elastic body and the second elastic body or the fourth elastic body. Similarly, a hook member can be disposed on a virtual line passing through the fourth elastic body and the second elastic body or the third elastic body.
Moreover, although the example which arrange | positions the hook member 40 on the outer side of the 1st elastic body 31 was demonstrated in this embodiment, it is not the meaning which limits the arrangement | positioning position of a hook member. That is, the hook member can be disposed at any position on the first imaginary line, and the hook member can be disposed inside the elastic body. Further, depending on the number of imaginary lines, a plurality of or a single hook member can be appropriately disposed on the sheet constituent member.
