Claims (17)
- 少なくとも一方の面を薄膜の多層でコーティングしたガラス基材を含む材料であって、前記薄膜の多層が、前記基材から順に、少なくとも1つの下方の誘電体層、金属又は金属窒化物からなる少なくとも1つの機能層、少なくとも1つの上方の誘電体層、及びアナターゼ型に少なくとも部分的に結晶化された少なくとも1つの酸化チタン層を含み、前記金属又は金属窒化物が、Nb、NbN、W、WN、Ta、TaN又はこれらの任意の合金若しくは固溶体に基づくものであり、少なくとも1つのシリカ層が、前記基材と前記基材に最も近い前記下方の誘電体層との間に配置された、材料。
- 前記薄膜の多層が銀又は銅層を含まない、請求項1に記載の材料。
- 金属又は金属窒化物からなる前記機能層の厚さが3〜50nmである、請求項1又は2に記載の材料。
- 金属又は金属窒化物からなる前記機能層の厚さが5〜30nmである、請求項3に記載の材料。
- 前記少なくとも1つの下方の誘電体層及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの上方の誘電体層が、ケイ素の酸化物、窒化物又は酸窒化物、アルミニウムの酸化物、窒化物又は酸窒化物、酸化スズ、及びスズと亜鉛の混合酸化物から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の材料。
- 前記機能層が金属であり、前記機能層と前記機能層に最も近い前記上方の誘電体層との間、又は同様に前記機能層と前記機能層に最も近い前記下方の誘電体層との間にブロック層が配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の材料。
- 前記ブロック層が、チタン、クロム、及びニッケル−クロム合金から選択される金属からなる、請求項6に記載の材料。
- 少なくとも1つのシリカ層が、前記少なくとも1つの上方の誘電体層と前記少なくとも1つの酸化チタン層との間に配置された、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の材料。
- 前記多層が以下のもの、すなわち、
− ガラス/SiO2/Si3N4/NbN/Si3N4/TiO2;
− ガラス/SiO2/Si3N4/NbN/Si3N4/SiO2/TiO2;
− ガラス/SiO2/Si3N4/WN/Si3N4/TiO2;
− ガラス/SiO2/Si3N4/WN/Si3N4/SiO2/TiO2;
− ガラス/SiO2/Si3N4/Ti/Nb/Ti/Si3N4/TiO2;
− ガラス/SiO2/Si3N4/Ti/Nb/Ti/Si3N4/SiO2/TiO2
から選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の材料。 - 前記酸化チタン層の厚さが5〜50nmである、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の材料。
- 前記酸化チタン層の厚さが5〜20nmである、請求項10に記載の材料。
- 前記多層の層がマグネトロンスパッタリング又は化学気相成長によって堆積される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の材料を得るための方法。
- 堆積工程の後に、熱処理が続く、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 堆積工程の後に、強化、曲げ又はアニーリングタイプの熱処理が続くか、あるいはレーザー放射又は火炎を用いた処理が続く、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つの材料を含むグレージング。
- 建物又は乗り物のための太陽光グレージングとしての請求項15に記載のグレージングの使用。
- 前記多層が建物又は乗り物の外側に配置された、請求項16に記載の使用。
