Claims (7)
- 炉心(14)に使用する細長い反応部材(66)であって、
前記反応部材(66)の細長い全長を実質的に延びる管状被覆と、
前記管状被覆の中心中空空洞部の上端部を封止する上部端栓(72)と、
前記管状被覆の中心中空空洞部の下端部を封止する下部端栓(74)と、
前記中心中空空洞部の下方部分を実質的に占有する活性要素(70)と、
前記上部端栓(72)と前記活性要素(70)の上面との間を実質的に延びて、前記活性要素を前記下部端栓(74)の方へ押圧するばね(76)と、
前記ばね(76)の下端部と前記活性要素(70)の前記上面との間に位置して、前記ばねの力を、前記ばねが直接印加するよりも、前記活性要素の前記上面の大きな部分に亘って印加するスペーサ(86)と、
より成り、
前記スペーサ(86)は、ほぼ平坦な頭部が前記活性要素(70)の前記上面に対向し、反対側が細長い前記被覆の軸方向に延び、前記反対側が機械的に前記ばね(76)に取り付けられ、
前記スペーサ(86)の前記反対側(96)の上方部分は、半径方向に外方に延び前記ばね(76)に機械的に結合するリップ(108)を有する割れた管状部材(106)であることを特徴とする、炉心(14)に使用する細長い反応部材(66)。 - 前記ばね(76)は研削捩じりばねであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反応部材(66)。
- 前記ばね(76)の下端部は前記スペーサ(86)に溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反応部材(66)。
- 前記反応部材は原子燃料要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反応部材(66)。
- 前記反応部材は原子制御棒(28)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の(66)。
- 前記スペーサ(86)はほぼ円形であり、前記被覆の内壁から離隔されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の反応部材(66)。
- 複数の原子燃料要素(66)を有する原子燃料集合体(22)であって、前記原子燃料要素の少なくとも一部は、
前記原子燃料要素(66)の細長い全長を実質的に延びる管状被覆と、
前記管状被覆の中心中空空洞部の上端部を封止する上部端栓(72)と、
前記管状被覆の中心中空空洞部の下端部を封止する下部端栓(74)と、
前記中心中空空洞部の下方部分を実質的に占有する一連の原子燃料ペレット(70)と、
前記上部端栓(72)と前記原子燃料ペレット(70)の上面との間を実質的に延びて、前記原子燃料ペレットを前記下部端栓(74)の方へ押圧するばね(76)と、
前記ばね(76)の下端部と前記原子燃料ペレット(70)の前記上面との間に位置して、前記ばねの力を、前記ばねが直接印加するよりも、前記原子燃料ペレットの前記上面の大きな部分に亘って印加するスペーサ(86)と
より成り、
前記スペーサ(86)は、ほぼ平坦な頭部が前記原子燃料ペレット(70)の前記上面に対向し、反対側が細長い前記被覆の軸方向に延び、前記反対側が機械的に前記ばね(76)に取り付けられ、
