Description
Claims (23)
- ヘッドと解剖学的構造を係合するように適合されたシャンクとを含み、長手方向軸線に沿って延在する骨締結具と、
前記骨締結具が前記長手方向軸線を中心にして回転可能且つ枢動可能であるようにして、前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドに連結されて、第1の運動面を画定する連結装置と、
前記連結装置に連結され、前記骨締結具及び前記連結装置に対して移動可能であって、第2の運動面を画定するサドルと、を備えている、固定処置のための多重面骨アンカーシステム。 - 前記連結装置に連結された第1の部分と、
前記第1の部分に連結され、前記第1の部分に対して移動可能であって第3の運動面を画定する第2の部分と、を前記サドルが更に備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 保持クリップ、保持リング、ダブテール接続、又はそれらの組み合わせによって、前記第2の部分が前記第1の部分に連結されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記サドルが少なくとも一つのレールを含み、前記連結装置が少なくとも一つのガイドを含み、前記少なくとも一つのレールが前記少なくとも一つのガイドに滑動可能に連結されて前記第2の運動面を画定している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドと前記連結装置及び前記サドルの少なくとも一つとに連結された係止リングを更に備え、力を受け取って前記サドルに対する前記骨締結具の位置を係止するように、前記係止リングが構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記骨締結具が椎弓根ねじを備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドがチャネルを画定し、前記チャネルを係合して接続アームを前記骨締結具に回転可能に連結するように動作可能な連結部分を画定する接続アームを、前記連結装置が更に備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記連結装置が前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドの周りに連結されるリングを更に備え、前記リングを前記サドルに回転可能に連結するように動作可能な少なくとも一つのウィングを前記リングが有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 支承面を画定する前記サドルに連結される接続アームを更に備え、前記少なくとも一つのウィングが前記支承面と協働して前記リングが前記サドルに対して回転できるようにしている、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- ヘッドと解剖学的構造を係合するように適合されたシャンクとを含み、長手方向軸線に沿って延在する骨締結具と、
前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドに連結される連結装置と、
第1の部分及び第2の部分を含み、前記第1の部分が第1の軸線に沿って前記第2の部分に対して移動可能であり、前記第1の軸線が前記骨締結具の前記長手方向軸線に垂直であり、前記骨締結具が前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドの周りでサドルに対して枢動可能であるようにして前記第2の部分が前記連結装置に連結される、サドルと、を備えている、固定処置のための多重面骨アンカーシステム。 - 前記第1の部分が少なくとも一つのガイドを含み、前記第2の部分が少なくとも一つのレールを含み、前記第1の部分の前記少なくとも一つのガイドが前記第2の部分の前記少なくとも一つのレールに滑動可能に連結されて、前記第1の部分が前記第2の部分に対して移動できるようにしている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも一つのレールと対向する少なくとも一つのガイドを含む第3の部分を、前記サドルが更に備え、第1の部分が第3の部分に対して移動可能であるようにして、前記第1の部分の前記少なくとも一つのガイドが前記第3の部分の前記少なくとも一つのレールに滑動可能に連結され、前記第3の部分が前記第2の部分に対して移動可能であるようにして、前記第2の部分の前記少なくとも一つのレールが前記第3の部分の前記少なくとも一つのガイドに滑動可能に連結されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記連結装置が少なくとも一つのウィングを含むリングを更に備え、前記リングが前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドの少なくとも一部分の周りに連結されている、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の部分が連結ボアを含み、
前記連結ボアが支承面を更に備え、前記リングの前記少なくとも一つのウィングが前記支承面に連結されて、前記骨締結具を前記第2の部分に対して回転できるようにしている、請求項13に記載のシステム。 - 前記連結装置が接続アームを更に備え、前記リングが前記接続アームと共に回転するようにして、前記リングの前記少なくとも一つのウィングが前記リングを前記接続アームに連結している、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのウィングが少なくとも一つのテーパを含み、前記少なくとも一つのテーパが前記支承面と協働して、前記骨締結具が前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドに対して枢動できるようにしている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の部分がボアを画定し、
前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドに連結されるとともに、前記第2の部分の前記ボアを少なくとも部分的に通って延在する係止リングを、前記システムが更に備えている、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記係止リングの少なくとも一部分が前記第1の部分と協働して、前記第2の部分に対する前記第1の部分の移動を制限している、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- ヘッドと解剖学的構造を係合するように適合されたシャンクとを含み、長手方向軸線を画定する骨締結具と、
前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドの周りに連結され、少なくとも一つのウィングを含むリングと、
前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドに連結される遠位端を有する係止リングと、
第1の部分及び第2の部分を含むサドルであって、前記第2の部分に対して移動可能であるようにして前記サドルの前記第1の部分が前記サドルの前記第2の部分に連結され、前記骨締結具の前記ヘッド、前記リング、及び前記係止リングの少なくとも一部分の周りに前記サドルの前記第2の部分が連結される、サドルと、を備え、
前記リングの前記少なくとも一つのウィングが前記係止リング及び前記サドルの前記第2の部分と協働して、前記骨締結具が前記骨締結具の前記ヘッドを中心にして枢動できるようにし、前記少なくとも一つのウィングが前記第2の部分と協働して、前記骨締結具が前記長手方向軸線を中心にして回転できるようにしている、固定処置のための多重面骨アンカーシステム。 - 前記リングの前記少なくとも一つのウィングと協働して、前記骨締結具が該骨締結具の前記ヘッドを中心にして枢動できるようにする少なくとも一つの切欠きを、前記係止リングの前記遠位端が含んでいる、請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の部分は接続ロッドの少なくとも一部分を受け入れる受け入れ面を有し、
前記第2の部分が前記第1の部分に組立てられた際に、該第2の部分は該第1の部分に対し、前記接続ロッドの長手軸に垂直な方向に移動可能であり、前記接続ロッドの少なくとも一部分は前記第1の部分の前記受け入れ面に受け入れられる請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の部分は接続ロッドの少なくとも一部分を受け入れる受け入れ面を有し、
前記第2の部分が前記第1の部分に組立てられた際に、該第2の部分は該第1の部分に対し、前記接続ロッドの長手軸に垂直な方向に移動可能であり、前記接続ロッドの少なくとも一部分は前記第1の部分の前記受け入れ面に受け入れられる請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記第1の部分は接続ロッドの少なくとも一部分を受け入れる受け入れ面を有し、
前記第2の部分が前記第1の部分に組立てられた際に、該第2の部分は該第1の部分に対し、前記接続ロッドの長手軸に垂直な方向に移動可能であり、前記接続ロッドの少なくとも一部分は前記第1の部分の前記受け入れ面に受け入れられる請求項19に記載のシステム。
