Description

Claims (15)
- 減圧によって患者から流体を除去するシステムにおいて、
前記患者から流体を受け取る液受け部と;
前記患者から前記流体を受け取るための前記液受け部に流体的に結合されたキャニスターと;
減圧供給導管と;
前記減圧供給導管によって前記キャニスターに流体的に結合された減圧源と;
前記減圧供給導管に流体的に結合された水分処理装置であって、
入口および出口を有し、かつ、前記入口に入る空気から水を凝縮させる拡張体積部を形成するハウジング、
前記拡張体積部における複数の支持部材であって、複数のアパーチャを有する支持部材の格子を含む複数の支持部材、および
前記ハウジングの少なくとも一部分を形成し、前記拡張体積部中の蒸気が前記拡張体積部から出ることができるようにする第1の液不透過性・蒸気透過性膜
を含む水分処理装置と
を含むことを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記減圧供給導管に流体的に結合された第1の疎水性フィルタをさらに含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記キャニスターが、前記キャニスターに関連付けられた第2の疎水性フィルタを有することを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1、2または3に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の支持部材が、曲がりくねった流体路を形成することを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記ハウジングの少なくとも一部分を形成する第2の液不透過性・蒸気透過性膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項2または請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記第1の疎水性フィルタが前記水分処理装置に結合されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1または請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記水分処理装置の前記入口が、制限された直径(D2)に移り、その後、前記拡張体積部に移る、入口の直径(D1)を有し、前記拡張体積部は、拡張された直径(D3)を有し、およびD3>D1>D2であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記凝縮水を引き寄せかつ前記凝縮水を前記第1の液不透過性・蒸気透過性膜に近接させて保持するウィッキング層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 減圧によって患者から流体を除去するシステムの製造方法において、
液受け部を形成するステップと;
前記患者から前記流体を受け取るための前記液受け部にキャニスターを流体的に結合するステップと;
減圧供給導管を設けるステップと;
前記減圧供給導管によって前記キャニスターに減圧源を流体的に結合するステップと;
前記減圧供給導管に水分処理装置を流体的に結合するステップであって、前記水分処理装置が:
入口および出口を有し、および前記入口に入る空気から水を凝縮させるために拡張体積部を形成するハウジング、
前記拡張体積部における複数の支持部材であって、複数のアパーチャを有する支持部材の格子を含む複数の支持部材、および
前記ハウジングの少なくとも一部分を形成し、前記拡張体積部中の蒸気が前記拡張体積部から出ることができるようにする第1の液不透過性・蒸気透過性膜
を含むステップと;
前記減圧供給導管に第1の疎水性フィルタを流体的に結合するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記キャニスターが、前記キャニスターに関連付けられた第2の疎水性フィルタを有することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項9または10に記載の方法において、前記複数の支持部材が、曲がりくねった流体路を形成することを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項9または請求項10乃至11の何れか1項に記載の方法において、前記ハウジングの少なくとも一部分を形成する第2の液不透過性・蒸気透過性膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項9または請求項10乃至12の何れか1項に記載の方法において、前記第1の疎水性フィルタが前記水分処理装置に結合されていることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項9または請求項10乃至13の何れか1項に記載の方法において、前記水分処理装置の前記入口が入口の直径(D1)、制限された直径(D2)を有し、および前記拡張体積部が、拡張された直径(D3)を有し、およびD3>D1>D2であることを特徴とする、方法。
- 請求項9または請求項10乃至14の何れか1項に記載の方法において、前記水を引き寄せて前記水を前記第1の液不透過性・蒸気透過性膜に近接させて保持するウィッキング層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、方法。
