(6)取付座の車体への取り付けは実施例のものに限定されず、例えば、ネジで取り付けてもよい。
(7)実施例では、軸部の軸棒にフック部の筒状部が外挿されて、フック部が軸部に回動可能に支持される構成を採用するが、フック部が軸部に対して回動可能に支持される構成であればよく、フック部に設けられた軸を軸部に設けられた軸受で回動可能に支持するような構成であってもよい。
