Description
少なくともガス収集ボディの一部にガス不浸透性層を備えているので、ガス収集ボディによって、ガスのより多くの部分を収集でき、この部分をガス放出ラインと、従って測定装置に供給することができる。なぜならば、ガス収集ボディを貫通したガスは、少なくとも本質的には、ガス放出ラインからを除いて、もはやガス収集ボディからでることができないので、ガス収集ボディのなかを上がっていったガスのかなり大きい部分は、測定装置に供給されることができるからである。
図に示された装置は、キャリアチューブ(図示せず)上のアタッチメントノズル1に固定され、このチューブとともに溶融金属中に浸漬される。ガス収集ボディ2は、ガス交換を行うため、溶融金属中に浸漬される。アタッチメントノズル1内には、ガス連結部3;3’がある。
この装置によって、溶融鋼鉄中の水素または窒素の量も決定されることができる。

Claims (6)
- 溶融金属中のガス含有量を測定する方法であって、
少なくとも2つの異なるガスを溶融金属中に導入し、導入されたガスを溶融金属中に含まれたガスとのガス交換に取り掛からせることと、
交換されたガスを取り出して、評価のために測定装置に供給することと、
交換されたガスのガス含有量を決定するために評価することと
を含み、
少なくとも2つの導入されたガスのそれぞれは、キャリアガスと前記キャリアガスに混合されたガスとを含み、前記キャリアガスに混合されたガスは、その含有量が測定される溶融金属中のガスと同一であり、
導入された両方のガスの前記キャリアガスに混合されたガスの濃度がいずれもその含有量が測定される溶融金属中のガスの濃度よりも低いか、或いは、導入された両方のガスの前記キャリアガスに混合されたガスの濃度がいずれもその含有量が測定される溶融金属中のガスの濃度よりも高いことを特徴とする方法。 - 導入されたガスが、異なったキャリアガスを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記キャリアガスとして不活性ガスが使用される請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記不活性ガスが、アルゴンと窒素のうちのいずれか一つまたは両方である請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記混合されたガスが、一酸化炭素である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 測定されるガスの濃度よりも低い濃度の場合は、キャリアガスに混合されたガスの濃度が、ゼロであることができる請求項1に記載の方法。
