Description

The present invention relates to a retrofitted double window that can attach an inner window from the indoor side to a window that has already been constructed by simple construction.

In the prior art, a double window is known in which an indoor side window is arranged inside an outdoor side window, thereby achieving a predetermined cold protection and soundproofing effect. The double window can improve heat insulation by providing an air layer between the outer window and the inner window, and can also improve soundproofing. In winter, double windows reduce the amount of heat radiated through the window compared to a single window, and the temperature of the inner window itself is higher than that of the outer window, resulting in less condensation due to indoor humidity. The advantage of becoming In the summer season, double windows have the advantage that the amount of cool air radiated through the window is smaller than that of a single window, and indoor cooling can be performed efficiently.

Originally, it is possible to obtain the benefits of double glazing without any problems if it is a real estate property that uses double glazing for architectural design. However, in existing houses where the windows are not double glazed, There is a strong need to change to double glazing.
Here, it is possible to carry out large-scale window frame construction together with the construction of the building's window part. There is a great need for retrofitted double windows that can be installed with simple construction.

FIG. 15 is a diagram illustrating a state in which an inner window is attached as it is to an ordinary window portion using an existing window frame.
Since the existing window frame naturally assumes only a single window to be attached, the thickness of the window frame is naturally not large. FIG. 15 shows a state where the window frame is forcibly attached as it is. As shown in FIG. 15, the inner window 20 is attached immediately adjacent to the outer window 10. Of course, even in such a state, a merit as a double window can be obtained, but the thickness of the air layer between the outer window and the inner window becomes small. The merit of the double window is obtained by having a sufficiently thick air layer between the outer window and the inner window, so that the effect is reduced by half if the air layer is thin. There's a problem.

Therefore, for example, utility model registration No. 3012725 is known as a conventional double window. FIG. 16 is a diagram showing a double window disclosed in Utility Model Registration No. 3012725 in the prior art. As shown in FIG. 16, the conventional double window has a configuration in which an additional frame is connected to the indoor side end face of the frame attached to the housing opening, and an indoor side window is provided in each of these frames. Yes.

As a conventional double window, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-22624 is known. FIG. 17 is a diagram showing a double window disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-22624 in the prior art. As shown in FIG. 17, a conventional double window has been proposed in which an upper frame and a lower frame are respectively attached to a duck and a sill, and an indoor side window is mounted between these frames.

Shoko Sho 62-22624

As described above, in order to attach an internal window externally while securing a sufficient thickness of the air layer using an existing window frame, ensure that the thickness of the existing window frame is expanded inward. It is effective to provide the inner window on the indoor side as far as possible from the outer window.
The double window in the above-mentioned prior art is to increase the thickness of the existing window frame and attach the inner window for that purpose.

However, the double window in the prior art has the following problems.
In the double window disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-69388, when fixing the retrofitted window frame to the existing window frame arranged in the housing opening, It is attached so as to cover a retrofitted window frame, and an attachment method using dowels or an attachment method using screws is adopted. If you want to make the double window sufficiently thick, the thickness of the window frame to be retrofitted is inevitably large, and if you put a lot of long screws, the external window frame is likely to crack, There was a risk of damage to the decoration.
Further, in the above double window, the weight of the retrofitted window and the retrofitted window frame is often relatively heavy, and a structural strength problem arises only by covering the existing window frame with the retrofitted window frame and screwing it. It can happen.

In the double window disclosed in the Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-22624, a structure requiring a plurality of parts is inevitable in order to adjust the position of the upper and lower frames for attaching the indoor side window. In addition, the structure is complicated, and there is a disadvantage that the range of conformity is limited and the versatility is lacking when constructing a retrofitted double window.

The present invention has been made in view of the various problems of the conventional double windows described above, and attaches the inner windows from the indoor side to the existing windows that have already been constructed by simple construction. The aim is to provide a retrofitted double window that can.

In order to achieve the above object, the retrofitted double window of the present invention is a window frame for an inner window that is retrofitted to an existing window part in which an existing window frame and an outer window are attached to a housing window opening. And a retrofitted double window to which the inner window is attached, and is a member that is retrofitted to each of the existing upper window frame, the existing right window frame, and the existing left window frame, each existing window frame A side support piece along the inner surface side, and a thickening piece that covers a surface on the indoor side of each of the existing window frames and provides a thickness of a thickening portion for providing a duck for the inner window, A retrofitted upper window frame, a retrofitted right window frame, a retrofitted left window frame, and a member that removes and replaces at least a part of the existing lower window frame, and fills the gap of the removed member, A retrofit lower window frame body having a thickness to provide a thickened portion for providing a sill for an inner window, and the retrofit A window frame, a retrofit right window frame, a retrofit left window frame, a moat and a sill for an inner window provided in each of the thickened portions of the retrofit lower window frame, a mower for the inner window, and A double window with an inner window attached to the sill.

In the above-described configuration, the width of the thickened portion located on the indoor side of the removed lower window frame of the retrofitted lower window frame is from the lower region of the rear right window frame. The size extends to a lower area of the retrofitted left window frame, and the lower surface of the retrofitted right window frame and the lower surface of the retrofitted left window frame abut on the thickened portion of the retrofitted lower window frame. It is good to be able to stand up.
Further, in the above configuration, the thickness of the thickening piece of the retrofitted upper window frame extends to the upper part of the retrofitted right window frame and the retrofitted left window frame, and the retrofitted upper window frame is It is preferable that the left and right ends are attached in contact with the upper surfaces of the retrofitted right window frame and the retrofitted left window frame.
With the above configuration, the rear lower window frame is replaced with the original existing lower window frame and directly attached to the window opening of the housing, so the rear lower window frame is firmly attached and supported. If it is in the state, it will be in the state supported stably as a result of attachment and a combination also about the post-attachment right window frame body, post-attachment left window frame body, and post-attachment upper window frame body to attach afterward.

Further, in the above configuration, the range of the original existing window frame to be removed to embed the retrofitted lower window frame body is the entire existing lower window frame, the existing right window frame, and the existing left window. The retrofit lower window frame is a range extending to the lower area of the frame, and is fitted in a state in which the replaced lower window frame enters and abuts under the existing right window frame and the existing left window frame at the left and right ends. It is preferable that the lower surfaces of the retrofitted right window frame and the retrofitted left window frame are supported by the thickened portion of the retrofitted lower window frame.

In particular, in the above-described configuration, the retrofitted lower window frame is replaced with the original existing lower window frame and directly attached to the window opening of the housing, and at the end, the existing right window frame and the existing lower window frame are installed. It is fitted in a state where it enters under the left window frame and comes into contact therewith. Since the existing right window frame and the existing left window frame are originally firmly attached directly to the window opening of the housing, the retrofitted lower window frame is placed below the existing right window frame and the existing left window frame. Since it is inserted and fitted, it is very firmly attached and has high structural strength. On the other hand, both the retrofit right frame and the retrofit left frame are supported in a standing manner on the retrofit lower window frame and are in a stable state. Furthermore, the retrofit upper frame is supported on the retrofit right frame and the retrofit left frame, and all members are in a stable state.

As described above, the upper window frame, the rear right window frame, the left rear window frame, and the lower window frame are firmly attached and combined. The weight of can be firmly supported. For this reason, it is possible to provide at least a part of the duck and the sill for the inner window on the indoor side of the existing window frame.

The retrofitted upper window frame, the retrofitted right window frame, the retrofitted left window frame, and the retrofitted lower window frame are each preferably made of high-quality wood. For example, cypress, cedar, pine, drill, oak, oak, mahogany, walnut, beech, teak, rosewood, ebony and the like can be employed. It goes without saying that other wood may be used. Of course, it can be made of metal such as aluminum or stainless steel according to the user's preference.

According to the retrofitted double window of the present invention, it is possible to attach the inner window from the indoor side to the already constructed window by simple construction. In addition, since the thickness can be taken sufficiently, an air layer with sufficient thickness can be secured between the outer window and the inner window, and excellent effects such as heat insulation, soundproofing, and prevention of condensation are exhibited. be able to.
In addition, you can enjoy the softness and scent of wood against existing window frames such as aluminum sashes, and you can also enjoy the kind of peace that comes with a kind of forest bath.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a retrofitted double window of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, it goes without saying that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific application, shape, number, etc. shown in the following examples.

A configuration example of the retrofitted double window 100 shown in the first embodiment will be described.
FIG. 1 is a view showing the appearance of a retrofitted double window 100 according to the first embodiment and a view of an existing window in a state before the double window 100 is attached. FIG. It is the cross-sectional view which looked at the internal structure of AA in the cross section of the AA line. FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of the internal structure of the retrofitted double window 100 as seen from the cross section BB.
The retrofitted double window 100 includes a retrofitted lower window frame 110, a retrofitted right window frame 120, a retrofitted left window frame 130, a retrofitted upper window frame 140, an inner window mower 150, an inner window sill 160, and an inner window 170. It is the composition provided with. As existing members, an existing lower window frame 210, an existing right window frame 220, an existing left window frame 230, an existing upper window frame 240, an external window sill 250, an external window sill 260, and an external window 270 Are also shown.

As shown in FIG. 1, the retrofitted double window 100 is a window frame for an inner window in a retrofitting operation with respect to an existing window part in which an existing window frame and an outer window are attached to a housing opening. It is a retrofitted double window that is completed by attaching an inner window.

Hereinafter, the structure of each part of the retrofitted double window 100 of the present invention will be described.
First, the retrofitted lower window frame body 110 is a member that removes and replaces at least a part of an existing lower window frame, and fills the gap of the removed member and has a thickened portion for providing a sill for the inner window. This is a member having a thickness to be provided.
In the configuration example shown in FIG. 1, the retrofitted lower window frame 110 is a simple rectangular piece of wood.

The finding (lateral width) of the retrofitted lower window frame 110 is the width of the portion from which the existing window frame is removed. In this configuration example, as will be described later, all the existing lower window frame 210 is removed, and further, the range extending from the lower surface of the existing right window frame 220 to the lower surface of the existing left window frame 230 is also removed. The width W1 is larger than the width W0 of the lower window frame 210 and extends from the lower surface of the existing right window frame 220 to the lower surface of the existing left window frame 230.
In this way, when the retrofitted lower window frame body 110 is found at W1 (lateral width), as will be described later, when the existing original window frame is replaced with the retrofitted lower window frame body 110, The left and right end portions of the window frame body 110 are in a state of being fitted and in contact with each other under the existing right window frame 220 and the existing left window frame 230, and are extremely stable as described later. Become.

The prospect (the width in the depth direction) of the retrofitted lower window frame 110 has a width for providing a thickened portion for providing a sill for the inner window in addition to the depth of the removed existing window frame. . In this example, since all the existing lower window frame 210 is removed, the prospect (width in the depth direction) D0 of the existing lower window frame 210 is covered, and a sill for the inner window is further provided on the indoor side. D1 is added to the prospect of the thickened portion (width in the depth direction).
It is preferable that the rectangle having the width W1 and the depth D1 is made of a single piece of wood. This is because a solid wood without joints can increase the structural strength.

Next, the retrofitted right window frame 120 is a member attached to the existing right window frame 220 by retrofitting. Thickening to cover the side support piece 121 along the inner surface side of the existing right window frame 220 and the indoor side surface of the existing right window frame 220 and to provide a portion corresponding to the width of the duck and sill for the inner window And a thickening piece 122 that provides the thickness of the part.
In this configuration example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the retrofitted right window frame 120 is attached so as to cover the existing right window frame 220, and a thickened portion for providing a sill for the inner window is further provided. It has become a form to offer. In the configuration example of FIG. 1, the lateral width of the retrofitted right window frame 120 is W2, the prospect of the retrofitted right window frame 120 covers the prospect D0 of the existing right window frame 220, and further, an inner window on the indoor side. It becomes D1 which added the prospect of the thickening part for providing the site | part corresponding to the width | variety of the duck and the sill for use.

Next, the retrofitted left window frame 130 is a member that is retrofitted to the existing left window frame 230. Thickening to cover the side support piece 131 along the inner surface side of the existing left window frame 230 and the indoor side surface of the existing left window frame 230 and provide a portion corresponding to the width of the duck and sill for the inner window And a thickening piece 122 that provides the thickness of the part. In this configuration example, as in the case of the retrofit right window frame 120, the horizontal width of the retrofit left window frame 130 is W2, and the depth of the retrofit left window frame 130 is D1.

Next, the retrofitted upper window frame 140 is a member that is retrofitted to the existing upper window frame 240. Thickening which provides the thickness of the thickening part for covering the indoor side surface of the side support piece 141 along the inner surface side of the existing upper window frame 240 and the existing upper window frame 240 and providing the head for the inner window A piece 142 is provided.

In this configuration example, as shown in FIG. 1, the retrofitted upper window frame body 140 is attached so as to cover the existing upper window frame 240, and further provides a thickened portion for providing a duck for the inner window. It has become. In the configuration example of FIG. 1, the width in the direction of finding the retrofit upper window frame 140 is W1 like the retrofit lower window frame 110, and the prospect of the retrofit upper window frame 140 is D1.

In this way, if the position of the retrofit upper window frame body 140 is W1, the left and right sides of the retrofit upper window frame body 140 in the state where the retrofit upper window frame body 140 is attached to the existing upper window frame 240 as will be described later. These end portions are brought into contact with and fitted on the existing right window frame 220 and the existing left window frame 230, and are in an extremely stable state as will be described later.

The inner window head 150 is a rail of the inner window provided on the thickening piece 142 of the retrofitted upper window frame 140, and in order to increase the thickness of the air layer between the outer window 270 and the inner window 170, the inner window It is preferable that the duck 150 is provided on the indoor side of the existing upper window frame 140.

The inner window sill 160 is a rail of the inner window provided on the thickening piece 112 of the retrofitted lower window frame 110, and is provided at a position corresponding to the inner window mower 150. As with the inner window sill 150, the inner window sill 160 also increases the thickness of the air layer between the outer window 270 and the inner window 170, so the inner window sill 160 is located more indoors than the existing upper window frame 140. It is preferable to be provided.

The inner window 170 is an indoor window that is attached to the inner window head 150 and the inner window sill 160.

Next, the procedure for mounting the double window 100 of the present invention and the state of the combination of each member will be described. FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing a procedure for mounting the double window 100 of the present invention.

[Procedure 1]
First, at least a part of the existing lower window frame 110 is removed from the existing window frame at the opening of the casing window at the location to be reformed (step S1 in FIG. 4).
Here, it is assumed that all the existing lower window frame 210 is removed. Further, the lower part of the existing right window frame 220 and the lower part of the existing left window frame 230 are also removed. That is, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (b) and FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (b), a part of the existing window frame is removed, and a gap extending over width W1 and depth D0 appears. .

[Procedure 2]
The retrofit lower window frame body 110 is fitted into the gap in the existing window frame portion removed in step 1 so as to fill the gap (step S2 in FIG. 4). As shown in FIGS. 7 (a) to 7 (b) and FIGS. 8 (a) to 8 (b), a post-installation lower window frame body 110 is fitted so as to be replaced with the removed existing window frame. It will be in the state which protrudes from the wall surface by the thickness of the depth of the thickening part equivalent to the thickness which provides.

[Procedure 3]
Next, the rear right window frame body 120 and the rear left window frame body 130 are attached to the existing right window frame 220 and the existing left window frame 230, respectively (step S3 in FIG. 4).
In this configuration example, as shown in FIG. 9A to FIG. 9B, the side support piece 121 of the right window frame 120 is placed along the inner surface side of the existing right window frame 220 to increase the thickness of the thick piece. 122 is attached so that the indoor side surface of the existing right window frame 220 may be covered. The attachment method may be an adhesive, a screw or a nail.
As shown in FIG.9 (b), it will be in the state which protrudes from a wall surface by the part corresponding to the expectation of the thickening part equivalent to the thickness which provides the threshold and the duck which are mentioned later.
As shown in FIGS. 10 (a) to 10 (b), the retrofitted right window frame 120 and the retrofitted left window frame 130 are provided to stand on the retrofit lower frame 110, The rear right window frame body 120 and the rear left window frame body 130 are also erected stably in the same manner as the rear lower frame body 110 that is supported extremely stably.

[Procedure 4]
Next, the retrofit upper window frame 140 is attached to the existing upper window frame 240 (step S4 in FIG. 4).
As shown in FIG. 11A to FIG. 11B, the side support piece 141 of the upper window frame 140 is placed along the inner surface side of the existing upper window frame 240, and the thickening piece 142 is provided. The upper window frame 240 is attached so as to cover the surface on the indoor side. The attachment method may be an adhesive, a screw or a nail.
12 (a) to 12 (b), the retrofitted upper frame 140 is provided so as to stand on the retrofitted right window frame 120 and the retrofitted left window frame 130. Similar to the retrofitted right window frame 120 and the retrofitted left window frame 130, it is erected stably.

[Procedure 5]
The inner window head 150 is attached to the existing upper window frame 240, and the inner window sill 160 is attached to the existing lower window frame 110 (step S5 in FIG. 4).

[Procedure 6]
Finally, the inner window 170 is attached to the inner window sill 150 and the inner window sill 160 (step S6 in FIG. 4).
The above is an example of the procedure for attaching the double window of the present invention.

Next, the point that each structural member is firmly attached will be described.
First, the lower window frame 110 will be described. In this configuration example, since the horizontal width of the lower window frame 110 is W1, as shown in FIG. 8B, the lower window frame 110 is attached to the opening of the housing in place of the existing lower window frame 210. In addition, they are fitted so as to enter under the existing right window frame 220 and the existing left window frame 230.

Originally, the existing right window frame 220 and the existing left window frame 230 are firmly attached to the window opening of the housing, and as shown in FIG. Since it is fitted so as to be sandwiched between the right window frame 220 and the existing left window frame 230, it becomes a very strong and stable state. That is, the upper surface contacts the existing right window frame 220 and the existing left window frame 230 that are firmly attached to the window opening of the casing, and the lower surface contacts the window opening of the casing and is firmly sandwiched. It will be in a stable state.

Next, since the horizontal width of the lower window frame 110 is W1 and the depth is D1 in this configuration example, the rear right window frame 120 and the rear left window frame 130 are retrofitted as shown in FIG. The lower window frame 110 is present immediately below the location where the right window frame 120 and the retrofitted left window frame 130 are attached. Therefore, since the retrofitted right window frame 120 and the retrofitted left window frame 130 are supported on the lower window frame 110, they are in a strongly stable state.

Next, the retrofitted upper window frame 140 is, in this configuration example, the horizontal width of the upper window frame 140 is W1 and the depth thereof is D1, so as shown in FIG. In addition to being attached to the existing upper window frame 240, it is supported so as to ride on the rear right window frame body 120 and the rear left window frame body 130, so that a strong and stable state is obtained.

As described above, according to the retrofitted double window of the present invention, the inner window can be attached to the already-finished window from the indoor side by simple construction. In addition, since the thickness can be taken sufficiently, an air layer with sufficient thickness can be secured between the outer window and the inner window, and excellent effects such as heat insulation, soundproofing, and prevention of condensation are exhibited. be able to. Moreover, since the attached member will be in the state which was firmly stabilized, structural strength can also be ensured.
In addition, you can enjoy the softness and scent of wood against existing window frames such as aluminum sashes, and you can also enjoy the kind of peace that comes with a kind of forest bath.

In the second embodiment, a configuration example different from the first embodiment with respect to the width of the retrofitted lower window frame 110 is shown.
In Example 1, the post-attached lower window frame 110 was a rectangular parallelepiped wood, the width in the horizontal direction was set to W1, and the width of the depth was set to D1. The range to be removed in the existing window frame is also removed by removing all of the existing lower window frame 210, the lower region of the existing right window frame 220, and the lower region of the existing left window frame 230, and installing the lower window frame 110 attached later. Was embedded.
In the second embodiment, the range to be removed in the existing window frame is limited to the entire lower window frame 210, and the lower region of the existing right window frame 220 and the lower region of the existing left window frame 230 are left as they are. This is related to the construction method. Removal of the lower region of the existing right window frame 220 and the lower region of the existing left window frame 230 requires more work than removing only the existing lower window frame body 210 in terms of construction. It is possible to simplify the construction by suppressing the removal of only the lower window frame 210.

FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating a simple external appearance of a retrofitted lower window frame 110a used in the second embodiment. As shown in FIG. 13, the width of the embedded portion 111 corresponding to the range from which the existing window frame is removed is suppressed to W0. On the other hand, the thickened portion 112 provided with the inner window sill 150 has a width W1. The width of the embedded portion 111 of the retrofit lower window frame 110a is suppressed to W0, which corresponds to the width W0 of the existing lower window frame 210, which is a range to be removed in the existing window frame. The width of the thickened portion 112 of the retrofitted lower window frame 110a is W1, as shown in the first embodiment, up to the lower surface of the retrofitted right window frame 120 and the lower surface of the retrofitted left window frame 130. This is because if the thickened portion 112 of the lower window frame 110a is expanded, the right window frame 120 and the left window frame 130 are supported so as to come into contact with each other from the lower surface, and both can be erected.

Of the retrofitted members, the retrofitted lower window frame body 110a is most firmly attached, so that the retrofitted right window frame body 120 and the retrofitted left window frame body 130 are replaced by the existing right window frame 220 and the existing left window frame 230. If it can stand up on the lower window frame 110a after attachment, it can attach more firmly.

As shown in FIG. 14 (a), the range to be removed in the existing window frame is limited to the entire existing lower window frame 210, and as shown in FIG. 14 (b), the retrofitted lower window frame 110a is used as a gap. Embed. The state shown in FIG. 14B is the same as the state shown in FIG. Subsequent construction procedures may be the same as those in the first embodiment.

Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been illustrated and described above, the present invention can be widely applied as a retrofitted double window.
It will be understood that various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, the technical scope of the present invention is limited only by the description of the appended claims.
