Description
Claims (13)
- 軸方向遠位端とは反対側に軸方向近位端と、底面とは反対側に頂面と有する医療用ハンドピースであって、
細長い筐体と、
細長い筐体内に配置されるモータ組立体と、
モータ組立体と係合し、モータ出力シャフト軸を中心として回転するモータ出力シャフトと、
モータ組立体にほぼ沿って延在する内部流体通路と、
モータ出力シャフトに機械的に接続されるハンドピース駆動シャフトとを備え、ハンドピース駆動シャフトが、ハンドピース駆動シャフト軸を中心として回転可能であり、ハンドピース駆動シャフト軸が、モータ出力シャフト軸からオフセットされ、ハンドピース駆動シャフトが、駆動シャフト流体通路を有し、駆動シャフト流体通路が、内部流体通路と流体連通し、
前記医療用ハンドピースがさらに、
細長い筐体内に配置されかつモータ組立体の動作を制御する制御器と、
制御器に信号を送り、かつ前記医療用ハンドピースの頂面および軸方向遠位端に配置される第1ボタン組立体と、
制御器に信号を送り、かつ前記医療用ハンドピースの底面および軸方向近位端に配置される第2ボタン組立体とを備え、
第1および第2ボタン組立体の配置により、前記医療用ハンドピースを複数の位置で手によって保持することを容易にする、医療用ハンドピース。 - 第1ボタン組立体が第1ボタンを備え、かつ第2ボタン組立体が第2ボタンを備え、第1ボタンおよび第2ボタンそれぞれが、制御器に1つ以上の信号を送ることによってモータ組立体の機能を制御する、請求項1に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 機能が医療用ハンドピースを電力供給するまたは電力供給を停止する、請求項2に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 機能がモータ組立体の速度である、請求項2に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 機能がモータ組立体の方向である、請求項2に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 医療用ハンドピースの底面および軸方向近位端は、外向きに延在する突出部をさらに備え、第2ボタン組立体が前記突出部内に配置される、請求項1に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 前記突出部が、ほぼ平坦な端部で終端する、請求項6に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 第2ボタン組立体が、前記突出部内に埋め込まれる、請求項7に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 軸方向近位端で、頂面および底面が互いに対してほぼ平行である、請求項1に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 軸方向遠位端で、頂面および底面が互いに対してほぼ非平行である、請求項9に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 第1ボタン組立体が、医療用ハンドピースの軸方向軸にほぼ沿って整列された複数のボタンを備える、請求項1に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 医療用ハンドピースが、関節鏡視下シェーバーを備える、請求項1に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
- 第2ボタン組立体が、医療用ハンドピースの軸方向軸にほぼ垂直な方向に作動するように構成される、請求項12に記載の医療用ハンドピース。
