Claims (6)
- フィルタ装置(16)と、該フィルタ装置(16)の上流側に配置されたプレフィルタ(36)とを備えた圧縮空気供給装置(10)のための、軸線を中心として実質的に回転対称に形成されたエアドライヤカートリッジ(14)であって、乾燥剤で満たされた乾燥剤ボックス(26)を備え、該乾燥剤ボックス(26)が、前記軸線に沿った軸方向(54)で前記圧縮空気供給装置(10)の接続フランジ(56)に連結可能であり、前記乾燥剤ボックス(26)と前記接続フランジ(56)とが互いに連結された状態において、前記乾燥剤ボックス(26)と前記接続フランジ(56)との間に、オイル溜め(62)と、前記プレフィルタ(36)の上流のプレフィルタ領域と、前記オイル溜め(62)および前記プレフィルタ領域相互間をつなぐ流路と、が形成されるようになっており、前記乾燥剤ボックス(26)に、逆止弁として設計されたシール(22’)が配置されており、該シール(22’)は、前記エアドライヤカートリッジ(14)の組み立てられた状態で、前記乾燥剤ボックス(26)と前記接続フランジ(56)との間の前記流路をシールするように働く、エアドライヤカートリッジ(14)において、前記シール(22’)は、フレキシブルなリップ(58)を備えるU字形の横断面輪郭を有しており、
前記シール(22’)のフレキシブルなリップ(58)は、前記軸方向(54)に対して垂直な方向である半径方向(60)に、逆止弁としての機能性を提供するために可動であり、
前記フレキシブルなリップ(58)が、前記圧縮空気供給装置(10)の圧送期間中、該圧縮空気供給装置(10)の接続フランジ(56)と前記乾燥剤ボックス(26)との間の前記流路を封止し、
前記圧縮空気供給装置(10)のパージ期間中、前記接続フランジ(56)と前記乾燥剤ボックス(26)との間の前記流路を通じた空気の管理された流出を可能にする
ことを特徴とする、エアドライヤカートリッジ。 - 前記シール(22’)が、軸方向(54)に対して垂直に一平面を規定しており、該平面内に、オイル溜め(62)として機能する領域が、前記シール(22’)に対して半径方向に間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項1記載のエアドライヤカートリッジ。
- 前記オイル溜め(62)は、前記圧縮空気供給装置(10)の接続フランジ(56)の領域に配置されており、組み立てられた状態で前記エアドライヤカートリッジ(14)によりカバーされている、請求項2記載のエアドライヤカートリッジ。
- フィルタ装置(16)と、該フィルタ装置(16)の上流側に配置されたプレフィルタ(36)とを備えた圧縮空気供給装置(10)のための、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のエアドライヤカートリッジ(14)を運転する方法であって、
‐フレキシブルなリップ(58)を備えるU字形の横断面輪郭を有する、乾燥剤ボックス(26)に配置されるシール(22’)により、前記圧縮空気供給装置(10)の圧送期間中、該圧縮空気供給装置(10)の接続フランジ(56)と前記乾燥剤ボックス(26)との間に形成される流路を封止せしめ、かつ
‐前記乾燥剤ボックス(26)に配置されるシール(22’)により、前記圧縮空気供給装置(10)のパージ期間中、前記接続フランジ(56)と前記乾燥剤ボックス(26)との間に形成された前記流路を通じた空気の管理された流出を可能にする、
ことを特徴とする、エアドライヤカートリッジを運転する方法。 - 前記エアドライヤカートリッジ(14)は、軸方向(54)で前記圧縮空気供給装置(10)に連結可能であり、前記シール(22’)により、軸方向(54)に対して垂直な、半径方向(60)での空気の管理された流出を可能にする、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記エアドライヤカートリッジ(14)を組み立てたとき、前記接続フランジ(56)の領域に配置されたオイル溜め(62)を前記エアドライヤカートリッジ(14)によりカバーする、請求項4又は5記載の方法。
