Claims (2)

前記ビットストリーム制限情報は、
(1)モーションがピクチャ境界をまたいでいるかどうか、
(2)ピクチャごとの最大バイト、
(3)マクロブロックごとの最大ビット、
(4)最大モーションベクトル長さ、
(5)フレームを並べ替える数、及び
(6)最大のデコードフレームバッファサイズ
のうちの少なくとも1つを定める、
スケーラブルビデオ符号化装置。 - 少なくとも高レベル構文要素を使用して、インターオペラビィリティ・ポイントの組に対応するビットストリーム制限情報を規定することと、
前記ビットストリーム制限情報をビットストリームにエンコードすることと、
を含み、
前記ビットストリーム制限情報は、
(1)モーションがピクチャ境界をまたいでいるかどうか、
(2)ピクチャごとの最大バイト、
(3)マクロブロックごとの最大ビット、
(4)最大モーションベクトル長さ、
(5)フレームを並べ替える数、及び
(6)最大のデコードフレームバッファサイズ
のうちの少なくとも1つを定める、
スケーラブルビデオ符号化方法。
