Claims (15)
- 固体支持体に位置する略円形の組織試料の位置を見つける方法であって、当該方法が、
前記組織試料を自己蛍光させる、所定の波長の光を組織試料へと伝達する段階と、
前記組織試料からの自己蛍光のピクセル値を記録する段階と、
前記自己蛍光を用いて前記組織試料の中心位置を識別する段階と、
前記記録したピクセル値に基づく2次元座標系を用いて、前記組織試料の中心位置の座標を前記固体支持体上に相関させる段階と、
組織試料を含む領域を前記固体支持体上の空白領域から区別するために、前記組織試料の前記座標を前記固体支持体上にマッピングする段階と
を含む、方法。 - 前記識別する段階が、前記組織試料からの前記自己蛍光を捕捉して、前記組織試料のデジタル画像を生成することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- ピクセル値を記録することが、前記組織試料のデジタル画像の空間ピクセル情報を空間周波数のスペクトル領域画像に変換することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記スペクトル領域画像が、前記組織試料の前記デジタル画像の高速フーリエ変換を用いて作り出される、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記相関させる段階がさらに、前記組織試料のデジタル画像を、組織試料のサイズ及び形状の単純化された表現を含むテンプレート画像と比較することをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記組織試料が組織マイクロアレイ上に取り付けられる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記組織マイクロアレイが、2つ以上の組織試料を含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記固体支持体全体が走査される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記所定の波長が365nmである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記組織試料に蛍光標識を適用し、前記マッピングする段階で得られた前記組織試料の前記座標を用いて前記組織試料を走査することをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の方法によって固体支持体に位置する略円形の組織試料の位置を見つけるための装置であって、当該装置が、
様々な倍率で画像を取得するための1つ以上の対物レンズを有する撮像顕微鏡と、組織試料を保持するためのステージと、
前記ステージ上の前記組織試料を照射するための励起源と、
前記組織試料の画像を取得及びデジタル化するために前記顕微鏡に接続されるデジタル画像装置と、
前記組織試料の前記デジタル化された画像を記憶することができる、前記デジタル画像装置と通信する記憶装置と、
前記記憶装置と通信し、請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の方法を実行しかつ相関因子に基づいて1つ又は複数の2色マッチフィルタを作り出すように構成された処理装置と
を備えており、前記相関因子が、前記組織試料からの自己蛍光のピクセル値の記録を含む、装置。 - 1つ又は複数の画像を表示するための1つ以上の表示装置と、デジタル情報を離れた位置に送信するための送信装置とをさらに備える、請求項11記載の装置。
- 制御装置と、前記制御装置によって実行されるときに固体支持体上の略円形の組織試料の位置を装置に見つけさせる指示を含む機械可読媒体をさらに備える、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、分析装置の構成要素として組み込まれる、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記分析装置が、組織マイクロアレイの染色及び撮像を行うことができる、請求項14記載の装置。
