Description

一実施形態では、デジタル画像とテンプレート画像とが比較される。実際の組織の画像とテンプレート画像とを比較する工程は2次元ピクセル画像を出力として提供するがこの2次元ピクセル画像はスケーリング(拡大・縮小)及び記録され、かつ組織試料の中心位置を含。比較工程は、空間領域内におけるデジタル画像とテンプレート画像との間で、ゼロ平均相互相関、正規化されたパワースペクトル密度(PSD)相互相関、又はそれらの組合せを用いることを伴うことができる。
