Claims (2)
- 内燃機関のシリンダブロックのシリンダボア壁の溝状冷却水流路側の壁面に接するための接触面を有し、該接触面を形成する部位がエラストマ又は樹脂材からなるシリンダボア壁の保温部材の該接触面に、水又は不凍冷却水を塗布してから、該シリンダボア壁の保温部材を、該溝状冷却水流路内に入れ込み、該溝状冷却水流路内に該シリンダボア壁の保温部材を組み付けることを特徴とするシリンダボア壁の保温部材の組み付け方法。
- 前記接触面を形成する部位の材質が、エチレンプロピレンジエンゴム、ニトリルブタジエンゴム、シリコーンゴム又はフッ素ゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシリンダボア壁の保温部材の組み付け方法。
