Description

The present invention relates to a folded plate roof planting facility provided on a folded plate roof and a fixing structure of the folded plate roof planting facility.

In recent years, the importance of urban greening countermeasures has been recognized, and greening has been promoted even on uneven flat roofs. As what contributes to such greening, Patent Document 1 discloses that a base plate higher than the height of the goby portion is formed on a folded plate roof having a goby portion that protrudes upward from the top surface of the mountain portion alternately in the mountain and valley portions. A greening facility is disclosed in which a grounding body having the same height as a body or a goby part is placed on a top surface of a mountain part, bridged between adjacent mountain parts, and a greening unit is laid on the grounding body.

Further, in Patent Document 2, a plurality of planting trays having a rectangular shape and a lateral width set to be approximately the same as the interval between the mountain portions are installed on adjacent mountain portions of the metal folded plate roof, A greening facility is disclosed that forms a greening surface by vegetation that covers a folded metal roof by fixing the four corners of the planting tray with pressing fixtures that are clamped and fixed to the roof of the roof with bolts and nuts. ing.

特開2007−89437号公報JP 2007-89437 A 特開2005−105536号公報JP 2005-105536 A

However, since the greening facility of Patent Document 1 needs to provide a base body on the folded plate roof, the weight increases, the cost increases, and the construction is troublesome. On the other hand, since the planting tray of Patent Document 2 can directly mount the planting tray on the folded-plate roof, this problem can be solved, but it is not assumed that people will get on the planting tray. There is a problem that it is inferior. At this time, it is conceivable to increase the thickness of the planting tray itself, but the weight increases and the cost increases, and the accommodation space for the growth material decreases, which may adversely affect plant growth.

Moreover, since the greening equipment of patent document 1 is the structure which mounts a greening unit on a base material, and fixes a greening unit to a base material, the distance from the top surface of a folded-plate roof to the upper surface of a greening unit is high. As a result, there was a risk of losing aesthetics. On the other hand, the greening facility of Patent Document 2 is provided with a fixing bracket that is clamped and fixed with bolts and nuts, etc., on the seam portion of the folded plate roof, and the planting tray is fixed with this fixing bracket. Considering the space for mounting metal fittings and the dimensions for attaching bolts and nuts, etc., it is necessary to form a useless space between the planting trays, and the upper dimensions are tightened with bolts and nuts. Therefore, the height of the planting tray itself needs to be increased, and as a result, the aesthetic appearance is impaired.

The present invention has been made to eliminate the above problems, and its purpose is that it is possible to grow a good plant, and it is inexpensive, can easily walk on a greening surface, and is easy to maintain and work. As shown in FIG. 2, the base material 10 of the present embodiment is formed in a box shape with an open top surface having a substantially rectangular bottom plate 10a and four side surfaces 10b rising from the outer edge of the bottom plate 10a. In addition, a plurality of ribs 12 are formed on the bottom plate 10a in a direction orthogonal to the mountain portion 1 of the folded plate roof R. In this example, the flow direction of the folded plate roof R (FIG. 2 (a), Y in FIG. 1). Four ribs 12 projecting upward in a direction orthogonal to (direction) are formed. The ribs 12 are provided so that both end portions thereof extend to the top surface of the mountain portion 1 (see FIG. 4). A hole 19 is formed in the top of the rib 12 so that water can be stored in a portion lower than the top of the rib 12. In this example, four holes 19 are formed in one rib 12 on the top surface of the rib 12 so that water can be stored on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 10 a other than the rib 12. With this configuration, excess water exceeding the top surface of the rib 12 is discharged from the hole 19.

The rib 12 is formed to be higher than the bottom surface of the bottom plate 10a of the base material 10, and the top surface 12a has a substantially flat top surface, and an inclined surface 12b (bending and extending downward from both end edges of the top portion 12a) 12b1, 12b2), the upper surface side is convex and the lower surface side is concave (see FIGS. 2 (e) to (g)). In other words, the rib 12 has an inclined surface 12b1 that is bent and extended upward from the bottom surface of the bottom plate 10a, a substantially flat top portion 12a in which the upper end of the inclined surface 12b1 is substantially parallel to the bottom surface of the bottom plate 10a, and It has the structure which has the inclined surface 12b2 formed by bending and extending the edge part of the top part 12a below. In addition, it is suitable that the planar view area of the bottom surface (the portion other than the top portion 12a and the inclined surfaces 12b1 and 12b2) of the base material 10 is set larger than the planar view area of the top portion 12a and the inclined surfaces 12b1 and 12b2.

Further, the ribs 12 are formed so as to extend in series to the side surface 10b rising from the bottom plate 10a of the base material 10, and on the side surface 10b parallel to the flow direction of the folded plate roof R (Y direction shown in FIG. 2A). It extends to. Further, the side surface 10b is formed with a tapered surface with an opening that increases upward, and projecting pieces 13 and 14 that are bent and extended outward are formed at the upper end of the side surface 10b. Yes. The two protruding pieces 13 that are adjacent in a plan view are formed longer than the protruding pieces 14 that are adjacent to the other two sides. For convenience of explanation, the protruding pieces 13 and 14 that protrude long outward are called long protruding pieces 13, and those that protrude short outward are called short protruding pieces 14. That is, at the upper end of the side surface 10b of the base material 10, a long protruding piece 13 that protrudes long outward is formed on one adjacent two sides, and a short protruding piece 14 that protrudes short outward is formed on the other two adjacent sides. It is formed, and the entire circumference is surrounded by the protruding pieces 13 and 14. The long protruding piece 13 is formed at a position higher than the short protruding piece 14.

A recess 15 is formed on at least two sides of the side surface 10b of the base material 10 facing each other in plan view, and the irrigation pipe P is disposed in the recess 15. In this example, the recessed portion 15 is the side surface 10b orthogonal to the mountain portion 1 of the folded plate roof R, in other words, the upper end of the side surface 10b orthogonal to the flow direction of the folded plate roof R of the base material 10, and the folded plate from the center. A concave portion 15 in which the irrigation pipe P can be disposed is formed at a position located on the mountain portion 1 side of the roof R, and the irrigation pipe P can be disposed along the flow direction of the folded plate roof R. In addition, by setting it as the structure which does not provide the recessed part 15 in the center part of edge | side (upper end part of the side surface 10b), the strength of the base material 10 itself can be raised with respect to the pressure from the upper direction of the base material 10. Further, it is preferable to provide the lowermost end of the recess 15 at a position slightly higher than the upper end of the rib 12 having the reinforcing function, and the irrigation pipe P can be supported by the rib 12 having the reinforcing function.

The base material 10 is suitably made of synthetic resin, foam, steel plate, wood, pottery, stone, etc., but preferably made of steel plate, more preferably galvanium steel plate. When the structure is formed by the above, strength, cost, workability, and rust prevention can be improved, which is favorable.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, the growing material 20 of the present embodiment has a mat shape having an upper surface 20a and a lower surface 20b, and has a tapered surface along the tapered surface of the base material side surface 10b at the outer periphery thereof. A side surface 20c is formed. Also, a plurality of circular protrusions 21 are formed downward from the lower surface 20b, and concave portions 22 having a shape corresponding to the protrusions 21 are formed on the upper surface corresponding to the protrusions 21, and the growth materials 20 are overlapped with each other. At this time, the protruding portion 21 enters the concave portion 22 to reduce the bulk at the time of stacking, exhibit a positioning effect, and enable stable stacking. Furthermore, the presence of the concave portion 22 is preferable because the sucked-up moisture does not move upward but helps spread in the lateral direction. Further, a growth material recess 23 is formed at a location corresponding to the recess 15 on the side surface 10b of the base material 10 so that an irrigation pipe P described later can be laid. Specifically, the growing material recess 23 extends from one end of the upper surface 20a of the growing material 20 to the other end facing the one end. Further, the growing material recess 23 is formed in a shape with a size that allows the irrigation pipe P to be laid (for example, an arc concave groove shape with a size that fits the irrigation pipe P externally).

Two protrusions 21 are formed in each of the water storage locations of the base material 10 ("regions surrounded by the bottom surface of the bottom plate 10a other than the ribs 12, the inclined surfaces 12b of the ribs 12, and the side surfaces 10b"). And provided at the center of the water storage location. Further, the distance between the ribs 12 and the diameter of the lower end of the protruding portion 21 are configured to be substantially the same. Thus, by comprising the protrusion part 21, it becomes possible to absorb the water | moisture content of a water storage location reliably. Further, it is preferable to form the growth material recess 23 shallower than the recess 15 of the base material 10, and it is possible to prevent problems such as the irrigation pipe P being cut by the recess 15 of the hard base material 10. ing.

The growing material 20 may be any material as long as it can grow the plant 30, for example, from perlite, vermiculite, peat moss, bark compost, chafcon, wood decay organic matter, zeolite, sewage or water treatment plant. Select sludge generated or incinerated ash of sludge alone or in combination, and further select silicate white clay for root rot prevention according to the type of plant, environment, etc. What is blended in a well-balanced manner to improve water retention and drainage and solidified with a binder, or a light weight growing material such as a fiber material such as urethane, sponge, or coconut shell is appropriate.

And when mounting the base material 10 and the growth material 20 etc. on the folded-plate roof R, as shown in FIG. 4, first, a double-sided tape or an adhesive agent, an adhesive, etc. are attached to the peak part 1 top surface of the folded-plate roof R. The base member 10 containing the growing material 20 is provided on the base member 10 so that the ribs 12 are orthogonal to the flow direction of the folded roof R and the top portion of the top of the mountain portion 1 (the base portion 3). ), The folded plate roof R and the bottom surface of the base material 10 are in a fixed state. Further, as is apparent from the dotted line in FIG. 4, in this fixed state, both end edges in the length direction of the rib 12 of the base material 10 are located on the mountain portion 1 of the folded plate roof R. With respect to the pressure from above, it can be supported by the mountain portion 1 of the folded plate roof R via the rib 12, and the strength against pressure is improved. Further, as apparent from FIG. 2, in the plan view, the base material 10 has an area of the bottom surface (a portion other than the ribs 12 of the bottom plate 10a) larger than that of the ribs 12, thereby ensuring adhesive strength. At the same time, it is possible to secure a sufficient amount of water storage.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, one base material 10 is laid adjacent to each other so that the long projecting piece 13 is positioned on the short projecting piece 14 of another adjacent base material 10. The folded plate roof (including the goby portion) R is almost invisible. At this time, since the long projecting piece 13 extends to the other growing material 20 adjacent to each other, two adjacent sides of the growing material 20 are pressed by the long projecting piece 13, and the growing material 10 itself is scattered by wind or the like. To prevent that.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1, irrigation pipes P are laid in the recesses 15 and the growth material recesses 23 of the base material 10 that are in a straight line along the gradient of the folded plate roof R, and cut grass, etc. The construction is completed by placing a mat-like plant (for example, a planting mat) 30. In addition, the irrigation pipe P is appropriate, such as a porous pipe, a drip tube, and a seepage pipe.

In addition, the planting mat is not limited to turf, and various plants such as tamariu, sedum, ground cover, moss, giraffe, etc., or a seedling in the recess 22 on the upper surface 20a of the growing material 20 It is appropriate to plant the plant, sow plant seeds on the growing material 20, or mix seeds in the growing material 20.

As mentioned above, even if it is a simple structure by using the folded-plate roof greening equipment W and fixed structure of Example 1 of this invention, the pressure from the board | substrate material 10 upper direction via the rib 12 of the folded-plate roof R It becomes possible to support at the top portion (mountain portion 1), and it becomes possible to provide a high-strength folded-plate roof planting facility W, which can improve maintenance and workability, and can exhibit a cost reduction effect.

Further, in this embodiment, since the top portion (mountain portion 1) of the folded plate roof R and the bottom surface (bottom plate 10a) of the base material 10 are firmly fixed by the fixing means 5, sufficient measures against wind pressure are taken. Furthermore, the strength against the pressure from above the base material 10 is further increased due to the fact that it is fixed by the fixing means 5.

[Example 2]
Next, details of the second embodiment of the present invention that differ from the first embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, the folded-plate roof greening facility W of the second embodiment is configured to be placed on the adjacent mountain portion 1 of the folded-plate roof R as in the first embodiment. In the second embodiment, the same reference numerals are given to the same configurations (or corresponding configurations) as those described in the first embodiment for convenience of explanation. In Example 2, the growing material 60 and the plant 30 correspond to the planting part G provided on the bottom plate 50 a of the base material 50.

As shown in FIG. 6, the base material 50 of the second embodiment is a box shape with an open top surface having a substantially rectangular bottom plate 50a and four side surfaces 50b rising from the outer edge of the bottom plate 50a. A plurality of first ribs 51 are formed in a direction orthogonal to the flow direction of the folded plate roof R, which is a direction orthogonal to the mountain portion 1 of the folded plate roof R. Further, a concave portion 55 is formed in the approximate center of the side surface (side surface orthogonal to the peak portion 1 of the folded plate roof R) 50b orthogonal to the flow direction of the folded plate roof R, and the peak portion is formed on the bottom plate 50a near the concave portion 55. A second rib (parallel rib) 53 extending in the direction parallel to 1 and protruding upward is formed. Specifically, the bottom plate 50 a of the base material 50 has a second rib extending from the vicinity of the recess 55 to the outermost first rib 51 of the first rib 51 in the flow direction of the folded plate roof R. 53 is formed, and the second rib 53 supports the irrigation pipe P from below. In the second embodiment, as in the first embodiment, a plurality of holes 19 are formed in the top surface of the first rib 51 so that excess water beyond the top surface of the first rib 51 is discharged. It has become.

As shown in FIG. 6, the growth material 60 has a mat shape having an upper surface 60a and a lower surface 60b, and a growth material recess 63 is formed at the center of the upper surface 60a. The growth material recess 63 has a configuration corresponding to the growth material recess 23 of the first embodiment, and is formed in a shape with a size that allows the irrigation pipe P to be laid. In addition, a plurality of elliptical concave portions 62 are formed on the upper surface 60 a of the growing material 60, and elliptical protruding portions 61 are formed on the lower surface corresponding to the concave portions 62, and are stored in the base material 50. It has a configuration capable of absorbing moisture and has a configuration in which the absorbed moisture is easily spread throughout the growing material 60. Moreover, the elliptical protrusion 61 is formed so as to be positioned between the ribs (the first rib 51 and the second rib 53) of the base material 50 or on the low gradient side in the water storage space between the rib and the side surface 50b. Therefore, it is possible to absorb more water and to have an elliptical shape, so that the pressure from above on the growth material 60 can be supported.

Also, as shown in FIG. 7, the greening facility W is fixed to the folded plate roof R in the same manner as in the first embodiment. The fixing means 5 is provided on the mountain portion 1, and the fixing means 5 is provided on the first rib 51. The fixing member 64 is attached to the fixing means 5 at the enclosed area, and the base material 50 is arranged from the top with the fixing member 64 attached. Here, the fixing member 64 includes a plate-like upper portion 64a, two side surface portions 64c that are bent and extended downward from both ends of the upper portion 64a, and a lower surface of one side surface portion 64c to the other side surface portion 64c. It is formed in a hollow cylindrical shape having a lower portion 64b (a plate-like lower portion 64b opposite to the upper portion 64a and parallel to the upper portion 64a) extending to the lower end. Further, a locking portion 64d that can be locked to the neck portion 3a of the goby portion 3 is provided on one side face portion 64c (the side face portion 64c on the goby portion 3 side). In the example shown in the figure, the locking portion 64d is formed in a step shape in which the lower portion 64b side of the side surface portion 64c protrudes in a convex shape.

The fixing member 64 is engaged with a part (locking portion) 64d protruding from the neck portion (neck portion 3a) of the goby portion 3 formed on the top surface of the mountain portion 1 of the folded plate roof R. The base material 50 is disposed on the folded plate roof R, and then the base material 50 is disposed from above, and the base material 50 is connected to the base 51 by means of the connecting means 100 such as screws from above the ribs 51. And the fixing member 64 are combined to fix the fixing member 64 at least in the vertical direction of the base material 50. That is, a fixing member 64 that is fixed to the folded plate roof R is disposed in a space formed between the folded plate roof R and the rib 51, and the fixing member 64 and the base material 50 are coupled by the coupling means 100. The The fixing member 64 may have any shape as long as it has an upper portion 64a that can be fixed to the base material 50 and a locking portion 64d that can be locked to the neck portion (neck portion 3a) of the goby portion 3. However, it can be inexpensive if it can be formed by extrusion as in this embodiment.

With the above configuration, the flow direction of the folded plate roof R of the base material 50 is firmly fixed by the fixing means 5, and the vertical direction of the folded plate roof R of the base material 50 is fixed by the fixing member 64. Since it is firmly fixed, the wind pressure strength is increased, and a more stable greening structure (greening facility W) can be provided. Note that when a double-sided tape or the like is used as the fixing means 5, the double-sided tape can be firmly fixed against a force in the horizontal direction, and thus a more remarkable effect is obtained. That is, when the fixing member 64 is coupled to the base member 50 by the coupling means 100, the state in which the fixing member 64 is locked to the neck portion 3 a of the goby 3 is maintained, and the strength due to the upward pulling is increased.

As described above, by using the second embodiment of the present invention, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be exhibited, the wind pressure strength is increased, and a more stable greening structure can be provided. Moreover, since it becomes possible to let the irrigation pipe P pass the center of the base material 50, it becomes possible to distribute | circulate a water | moisture content to the whole growth material 60 reliably, and to grow a more favorable plant.

[Modifications of Examples]
In addition to the configurations of the inventions and embodiments described in the solution, the invention disclosed in this specification includes those specified by changing these partial configurations to other configurations disclosed in this specification, or These components may be specified by adding other components disclosed in this specification, or may be a higher-level concept that is specified by deleting these partial configurations to the extent that partial effects can be obtained. For example, the following modifications are also included. In addition, in the following modification, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected for convenience of explanation about the same structure (and equivalent structure) as the structure shown in the Example mentioned above.

For example, the base materials 10 and 50 are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various configurations are possible as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 8 (a), as long as water is not stored, a configuration in which the side surface 50b of the base material 50 of the second embodiment is eliminated may be used, and manufacturing at a lower cost is possible.
Further, as shown in FIG. 8B, the base material 50 is provided with ribs 71 in a lattice shape, a groove 72 for water passage is provided between the lattice-like ribs 71, and a concave portion 55 of the base material 50. The structure which provides three places on 2 sides which oppose may be sufficient. As a result, it is possible to distribute the moisture to the base material 50, and to select three irrigation pipe installation locations according to the construction state, or to arrange the irrigation pipes P at a plurality of locations. Thus, the construction suitable for the construction site becomes possible.
Further, as shown in FIG. 8C, the rib 81 of the base material 50 does not necessarily extend to the side surface 50 b and may extend to a part of the mountain portion 1 of the folded plate roof R. Further, it is not always necessary to make a hole in the top surface of the rib 81, and the irrigation pipe P may be provided with the recess 55 of the base material 50 so as to be arranged in a direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the folded plate roof R. Is possible. Moreover, it becomes possible to fix firmly by the folded-plate roof R and the fixing means 5 with the shape of the rib 81, and also arrange | position the irrigation pipe P selectively according to the position of a water source, and a construction site. Is possible. That is, a concave portion 55 (for convenience of explanation, referred to as “concave portion 55a”) is formed on the side surface 50b of the base material 50 parallel to the mountain portion 1 of the folded plate roof R, and the mountain portion 1 and the bottom plate 50a in the vicinity of the concave portion 55a are formed. A rib 81 extending in the orthogonal direction and protruding upward may be formed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8D, the rib 91 may be formed so as to extend to the upper end of the side surface 50b of the base material 50, and the strength of the base material 50 itself is further increased. Furthermore, the protruding pieces 13 and 14 and the recesses 15 and 55 of the base material are not essential conditions, and may be omitted and can be manufactured at a lower cost. Although not shown in the drawings, the rib does not necessarily have the inclined surface 12b and the top portion 12a as in the above embodiment, and may be a rib protruding in a wall shape from the bottom plate 10a (50a). In that case, resin injection molding is preferred. Needless to say, the inclined surface of the rib may be a vertical surface. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the ribs may be formed in an oblique direction, a circular shape, or a curved shape. Furthermore, the height of the rib is also appropriate, and ribs having different heights may be provided. In addition, the rib does not need to be formed on the bottom plate, and a separate rib may be placed on the bottom plate.

Further, it is not necessary to provide four fixing members 64 for one base material 50, and one or more fixing members 64 may be provided for the opposing mountain portions 1 on which the base material 50 is installed. As long as the number of fixing members 64 is not limited, the wind pressure strength may be set. In addition, the number of coupling means 100 is preferably two for one fixing member 64, and the rotation of the fixing member 64 can be prevented in advance.

Further, as the fixing member 64 described above, members having various configurations can be used as shown in FIG. For example, as shown in FIGS. 9A-1 and 9A-2, the fixing member 65 is formed in a cylindrical shape having an upper portion 65a and a lower portion 65b, similar to the fixing member 64 of the second embodiment. It is good also as a structure which has the locking part 65d which can be locked to the neck part 3a of the goby part 3 in the part 3 side, and provides the groove | channel 65e in the lower surface of the lower part 65b. Thereby, the adhesion surface of the fixing member 65 with respect to the peak part 1 increases, and the effect that fixing strength increases is acquired. In this example, metal, resin, etc. are appropriate, can be formed by extrusion molding, and can be manufactured at low cost.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 9B-1 and 9B-2, it is not necessary to provide one fixing member 66 for one rib 51. The fixing member 66 includes a flat connecting band 66a placed on the mountain portion 1 of the folded plate roof R, a fixing part 66b having at least an upper part 66b1 between the connecting bands 66a, and the side 3 of the connecting band 66a. The structure which has the latching | locking part 66c which is provided and is bent and extended upwards may be sufficient. With this configuration, an adhesive surface is ensured. In this example, the fixing portion 66b does not have a lower portion, but the fixing portion 66b may have a lower portion. In addition, this example is appropriate such as forming by bending a steel plate, injection molding using resin, and the like. Further, in this example, the bottom surface of the base plate 50a of the base material 50 is placed on the connecting band 66a.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 9C-1 and 9C-2, the fixing member 67 is formed by injection-molding the fixing member 65 shown in FIGS. 9A-1 and 9A-2. The configuration may be such that the direction of the groove 67e of 67b is set to a direction orthogonal to the flow direction of the folded roof R. With this configuration, it is possible to increase the strength of the base material 50 against the force in the horizontal direction. In particular, when an adhesive or a thick double-sided tape or the like is used for the fixing member 67, the effect is remarkable.
Moreover, as shown to FIG.9 (d-1) and (d-2), the structure which the fixing member 68 engages across the goby part 3 may be sufficient, and the force to a perpendicular direction is sufficient by this structure. The strength against is increased. The fixing member 68 of the present example includes a lower portion 68a attached to the mountain portion 1 of the folded plate roof R, and a side portion 68b (substantially lower than the lower portion 68) that bends and extends the outer end of the lower portion 68a upward. It has a side portion 68b that is bent vertically and an upper portion 68c that is bent and extended in the horizontal direction at the upper end of the side portion 68b. Moreover, the fixing member 68 of this example is configured to have a locking portion 68d at the inner end of the lower portion 68a so as to straddle the neck portion 3a of the opposite goby portion 3 across the goze portion 3. The locking portion 68d includes a slope portion 68d1 extending obliquely upward from the inner end of the lower portion 68a, and a substantially C-shaped curved portion 68d2 that is curved in a substantially arc shape from the end portion of the slope portion 68d1. The curved portion 68d2 is locked to the neck portion 3a of the goby portion 3. And when using this example, in the adjacent base material 50, it becomes possible to use the rib 51 of the position which shifted | deviated.

The growth materials 20 and 60 may be of any material, shape, and configuration, and may have a granular shape if they have side surfaces, or a mat-like shape if they do not have side surfaces. A thing, a block-like thing, etc. are employable, and these are combined suitably.

The base materials 10 and 50 of the present invention are not necessarily installed on the goby type folded plate roof R, and may be installed on a bolt type folded plate roof, a flat roof, or the like.

Further, in fixing the base materials 10 and 50 to the folded plate roof R, adhesion is not an essential condition and may be performed only by the fixing members 64, 65, 66, 67 and 68, and the fixing members 64, 65, 66, 67, 68 may be used only by bonding, and when double-sided tape is used, the double-sided tape does not need to be provided on the entire length of the mountain portion 1 of the folded roof R, and is partially The configuration to be provided, the configuration to be provided on the bottom plates 10a and 50a side of the base materials 10 and 50, etc. are appropriate. Furthermore, the structure which does not use both adhesion | attachment and a fixing member may be sufficient, and when not using both, it is possible to fix a base material using a well-known goby grip etc. In addition, when using a goblet grip, the upper surface of the goblet grip is flattened, and the bottom corners (four corners) of the adjacent base material (base material 10 and base material 50) are placed on the flat goze grip. A configuration in which the base material is fixed to the flat surface of the goby grip with a screw or the like, or a configuration in which a member that is fixed to the goby portion, such as a goze grip, is used as the fixing member of the present application is appropriate.

Moreover, even if it is the base materials 10 and 50 which have the side surfaces 10b and 50b, the recessed parts 15 and 55 for arrange | positioning the irrigation pipe P are not indispensable conditions, and may be omitted. In this case, the irrigation pipe P is disposed on the growing materials 20 and 50, and the cut grass is placed thereon, or a planting mat such as cut grass is placed on the growing materials 20 and 50, The structure of arranging the irrigation pipe P thereon is appropriate, so that the molding cost of the base materials 10 and 50 can be reduced.

Moreover, in the said Example, although the base materials 10 and 50 are formed in the planar view square, this invention may be a rectangle and all are included if there exists only width.

Further, the hole 19 formed in the base material (the base material 10 and the base material 50) may not be provided, and even in the case of drilling, the top portion of the rib (the rib 12 and the first rib 51) is not necessarily provided. It is not necessary to pierce in the rib, and it is appropriate to provide it on the side surface of the rib, and the shape of the hole 19 is not limited to a round shape, but also a slit shape, a polygon such as a triangle, a quadrangle, etc.

Moreover, you may add the structure which connects the adjacent base materials 10 with the connection material, mutual fitting structure, etc. which are covered so that side surfaces may be covered, and wind resistance strength will increase more. Furthermore, the base material 10 may be installed at intervals.

Moreover, the structure which accommodates the growth material 20 in the base material 10, and provides a deck material etc. on it may be sufficient, and it becomes possible to form the greening area excellent in aesthetics.
