Claims (9)
- 医療デバイスであって、
基端領域および先端領域を有する長尺状シャフトと、
前記シャフトの先端領域に結合され、かつ、外表面および内表面を有する管状部材と、を含み、
前記管状部材には複数のスロットが画成されており、
前記複数のスロットは前記外表面に第1の形状を有し、前記内表面に第2の形状を有し、第1の形状は第2の形状とは異なり、
前記管状部材には、前記スロットに近接して斜面が形成されており、
前記スロットが前記内表面から前記外表面に向かって広がるように、前記斜面が傾斜しており、
前記斜面は、前記スロットの第1の形状と第2の形状との間において可変角度で配設されるとともに、へこんだ曲面状をなすことを特徴とする医療デバイス。 - 前記第1の形状および前記第2の形状が、異なる寸法の幾何学的に類似した形状をなす、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第1の形状が、楕円形、長円形、半円形、半楕円形、半月形およびひし形から選択された形を含む、請求項1または2に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記スロットが、前記外表面に沿って長手方向に列状に連続して配設されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記スロットの少なくともいくつかが直前のスロットに対して反転されている、請求項4に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記管状部材が第1のビーム対を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記管状部材が管中心線を含み、前記第1のビーム対が該管中心線から所定距離偏倚されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記管状部材がニッケル−チタン合金を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス。
- 医療デバイスを製造する方法であって、
外表面および内表面を有する管状部材を設ける工程と、
切込面を有する切込刃を設ける工程と、
前記管状部材に前記切込刃で複数のスロットを形成する工程と、を含み、
前記複数のスロットは前記外表面に第1の形状を有し、前記内表面に第2の形状を有し、第1の形状は第2の形状と異なり、
前記管状部材には、前記スロットの第1の形状と第2の形状との間の移行部を形成する斜面が形成されており、
前記スロットが前記内表面から前記外表面に向かって広がるように、前記斜面が傾斜しており、
前記斜面は、前記スロットの第1の形状と第2の形状との間において可変角度で配設されるとともに、へこんだ曲面状をなすことを特徴とする方法。
