Description
CnHm+nH2O → nCO+(m/2+n)H2 (式1)
CO+3H2 → CH4+H2O (式2)
CO+H2O → CO2+H2 (式3)
すなわち、タールと水蒸気から一酸化炭素と水素を得る反応(式1)、一酸化炭素と水素からメタンを得る反応(式2)、一酸化炭素と水蒸気から二酸化炭素と水素を得る反応(式3)である。このような反応の組み合わせを導入ガス、圧力、温度などで調整し、所望の合成ガスを得ることができる。

Claims (6)
- タール含有ガスの改質工程で生じるコークを所定時間毎に燃焼させる触媒再生工程を設けながらバイオマスガス化処理を行うためのバイオマスガス化用触媒であって、 Ni系金属からなる主触媒金属粒、及び、MnO2 又はこれとともにCeO 2 を含む助剤粒の混合触媒細粒を金属酸化物からなる多孔質材料の担体に与えたことを特徴とするバイオマスガス化用触媒。
- 前記混合触媒細粒は、さらにPtを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオマスガス化用触媒。
- 前記混合触媒細粒は、MnO 2 とともにCeO 2 を含み、さらにMgO及びPtを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオマスガス化用触媒。
- 前記混合触媒細粒は、MnO 2 とともにCeO 2 を含み、さらにMgO及びIrを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のバイオマスガス化用触媒。
- 前記Ni系金属は純Ni又はNi合金からなり、前記バイオマスガス化処理は800℃以下の温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちの1つに記載のバイオマスガス化用触媒。
- 前記金属酸化物は、アルカリ土類金属アルミネートであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちの1つに記載のバイオマスガス化用触媒。
