Abstract
Description
しかし、エポキシ接着剤は接着力が強く、冷暖房による木材の収縮や膨張を最小限に抑えることができるというメリットを有する反面、可使時間が短く、初期接着力が弱いため施工の際に不便であるというデメリットを有する。
使用するには適さない。
また、モルタルの粘力を増加させ、壁面への接着力を高めるため、水溶性粉末粘力増進剤をモルタルに添加して使用することもあるが、レンガ、ブロック、板材及び石材などを組積する際、セメント以外の接着剤を使用することには制約が伴う。
また、建築資材が水に濡れている際には使用できない。
また、特許文献2では、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、水酸化アルミニウム難燃剤、赤燐、黄土粉末またはメクバンソク粉末、堅炭粉末、松やにで組成された建築用難燃接着剤が開示されている。
これらの接着剤は、炭などを接着剤に添加して接着剤の臭いや有害物質の臭いを脱臭することを目的としたが、特許文献1は前述の水性アクリル系接着剤の難点を、特許文献2はエポキシ接着剤の難点を有している。また、製造工程が複雑化するため製造コストが増加する難点を有している。
しかし、これらのように、接着剤を構成する組成物から人体に有害な成分を排除した接着剤は、接着力が低く、産業上の利用に制限が生じるという難点を有している。
シリカ1ないし5重量%、および焼成したカキ殻の粉末1ないし5重量%を含む室内建築用絹雲母仕上げ剤組成物を提供する。
シリカ(SiO2)1ないし5重量%、および焼成したカキ殻の粉末1ないし5重量%を含む。
重質炭酸カルシウムは軽質炭酸カルシウムに比べ粒子が大きいため表面積が小さく、また粒度分布が広いため、固化体の亀裂抑制のために重質炭酸カルシウムを使用することが望ましい。
該ゾルは、球状のシリカ粒子が牡蠣殻粒子表面に付着し、表面積を増加させることにより、接着剤組成物の耐久性、耐蝕性を増加させ、また熱衝撃を緩和するため、亀裂の防止に有効である。
Claims (6)
- 絹雲母粉末70ないし90重量パーセント、炭酸カルシウム3ないし9重量パーセント、石膏3ないし9重量パーセント、水和アルミナ1ないし5重量パーセント、シリカ1ないし5重量パーセント、および焼成したカキ殻粉末1ないし5重量パーセントを含む室内建築用絹雲母仕上げ剤組成物。
- 前記炭酸カルシウムが、粒子の直径が1ないし45マイクロメートルの重質炭酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の室内建築用絹雲母仕上げ剤組成物。
- 前記シリカが、イノケイ酸塩鉱物又はテクトケイ酸塩鉱物の粉末であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の室内建築用絹雲母仕上げ剤組成物。
- 前記イノケイ酸塩鉱物が輝石、角閃石、または軟玉であり、前記テクトケイ酸塩鉱物が正長石、準長石、砒石、石英、玉髄、蛋白石、アルバイト(albite)、ソーダライト(sodalite)、輝佛石(heulandite)、または束佛石(stilbite)であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の室内建築用絹雲母仕上げ剤組成物
- カキ殻粉末を摂氏900度以上の温度で2時間以上加熱する工程を経て製造する、請求項1に記載の室内建築用絹雲母仕上げ剤組成物 の製造方法。
- カキ殻のうち多孔性構造のバルキー層部分のみを摂氏900度ないし1200度で2時間ないし3時間加熱する第1工程、および、第1工程にて発生した焼成物を、カキ殻のうち加熱していない板状構造のシート層部分と混合し粉砕する第2工程を経て製造する、請求項1に記載の室内建築用絹雲母仕上げ剤組成物の製造方法。
