Description
Claims (9)
- 手術用切除器具であって、
遠位端および近位端を含む中空ボディと、前記遠位端において側方を向いて配置され、切除エッジを含む切除ウインドウとを有する、第1の切除刃と、
前記第1の切除刃の内側に移動可能に配置され、遠位端を有し、前記第1の切除刃の内部で動くことにより、前記切除ウインドウの前記切除エッジとともに組織を切除する第2の切除刃と、
前記第1の切除刃の前記遠位端において少なくとも前記切除エッジに隣接して配置された少なくともひとつの第1の電極と、
前記少なくともひとつの第1の電極に供給される電力信号を制御するように構成された制御回路であって、前記第1の切除刃に対する前記第2の切除刃の位置、前記第2の切除刃の回転速度、またはそれらの両方に基づいて、前記電力信号を変化させる制御回路と、
を備え、
前記第2の切除刃は前記手術用切除器具の長手方向軸線の回りを回転し、
前記第2の切除刃は、前記遠位端の切除部の少なくとも一部が前記切除ウインドウに面する第1の位置と、前記遠位端の切除部が前記切除ウインドウに面しない第2の位置との間で回転し、
前記制御回路は、前記第2の切除刃が前記第1の位置にある間の時間の少なくとも一部において第1の電力信号を供給し、前記第2の切除刃が前記第2の位置にある間の時間の少なくとも一部において、前記第1の電力信号とは異なる第2の電力信号を供給する、
ことを特徴とする手術用切除器具。 - 前記第1の電力信号により前記組織は切除される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術用切除器具。
- 前記第2の電力信号により前記組織は凝固される、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の手術用切除器具。
- 前記第2の電力信号はゼロパワー信号である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の手術用切除器具。
- 前記制御回路により供給される前記電力信号は単極信号である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の手術用切除器具。
- 前記第1の切除刃の前記遠位端の少なくとも一部を覆って配置された絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の少なくとも一部を覆って配置され、かつ、前記制御回路に電気的に接続される少なくともひとつの第2の電極と、
をさらに備え、
前記制御回路によって供給される前記電力信号は双極信号であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の手術用切除器具。 - 前記第1の切除刃の前記遠位端において前記切除ウインドウを通じて吸引が適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の手術用切除器具。
- 前記制御回路は、
前記第1の切除刃に対する前記第2の切除刃の前記位置、前記第2の切除刃の前記回転速度、または前記それらの両方を検出するセンサと、
検出された前記第1の切除刃に対する前記第2の切除刃の前記位置に基づいて、前記電力信号を変化させるプロセッサと、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術用切除器具。 - 前記制御回路は、
前記第2の切除刃に接続された少なくともひとつの動く電気導体パッドと、
前記第2の切除刃が移動するに従い、前記少なくともひとつの動く電気導体パッドと間欠的に接触する少なくともひとつの固定されたコンタクトと、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術用切除器具。
