Description

The present invention relates to an infant supplies cleaning composition suitable for cleaning infant supplies such as infant tableware, baby bottles and nipples.

In recent years, due to an increase in consumer safety, high safety is required for cleaning compositions, such as being safe even in the mouth and being less irritating to the skin. In particular, there is a high awareness of problems in cleaning infant food items such as tableware for infants and toys that may enter the mouth, because there are concerns about accidental swallowing of the cleaning agent and remaining in the infant products. When cleaning and disinfecting articles frequently used by infants with low resistance such as baby bottles, nipples, pacifiers, and toys, it is composed of highly safe food additive components from the viewpoint of safety. It is desirable to use a cleaning agent.

It is important that ordinary cleaning agents have excellent cleaning power against oil stains. Infants, on the other hand, have less sebum than adults, and the infant diet also contains less fat than adults. For this reason, cleaning agents for cleaning infant tableware and toys are required to have better cleaning performance against protein stains such as powdered milk and dirt than oil stains. In addition, bacteria, fungi, viruses, and the like are considered to be protein stains, and the cleaning performance for protein stains is a particularly important function from the viewpoint of sterilization and sterilization. Furthermore, since most infant products are frequently washed, if the degreasing power of the cleaning agent is too strong, sebum is removed from the hand skin, which may cause hand-shaking. Therefore, it is desired that the cleaning agent for infants and the like has excellent hand-preventing property by having a sufficient cleaning power against protein stains and an appropriate degreasing power.

Furthermore, from the viewpoints of safety and usability, it is also important that bubbles are quickly blown out during rinsing and can be washed out in a short time. If the rinsing time is long due to poor foam loss, stickiness, or bitterness and odor derived from the cleaning agent, not only the work efficiency is lowered, but also there is a case that the hand is damaged. Accordingly, there has been a demand for a detergent composition that is composed only of components used as food additives and is excellent in rinsing properties, washing power against protein stains, anti-wetting properties, and sterilizing power.

So far, as a detergent composition composed of food additive ingredients, a detergent composition mainly composed of sucrose fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, and polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester has been proposed. .

For example, Patent Document 1 contains sucrose fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, monoglycerin fatty acid monoester, and phosphate, and is excellent in safety, detergency, sterilization power and foaming power, and storage stability. Disclosed is a liquid detergent composition for kitchen with good properties.

Patent Document 2 contains polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyglycerin monofatty acid ester, lauric acid or myristic acid, and water as essential components, and is excellent in foamability and foam persistence, and has sufficient antiseptic properties. A cleaning composition having efficacy is disclosed.

However, it is difficult to say that any of the cleaning compositions have good foam loss, and it may be necessary to rinse for a long time. In addition, frequent washing sometimes caused the hands to feel rough or rough after use. Furthermore, the cleaning power against protein stains is not sufficient, and there are cases where the powdered milk adhering to the feeding bottle cannot be completely removed.

Therefore, a detergent composition that has been composed only of ingredients that have been used as food additives up to now, and is excellent in all of rinsing properties, detergency against protein stains, anti-wetting properties, and sterilization power is still provided. Not.

(3) Detergency against protein stains (detergency test)
Based on the detergency evaluation method described in JIS K3362: 1998, the following was performed. 1 g of each composition was dissolved in 999 mL of artificial hard water (CaCl 2 : 55.42 mg / L, MgCl 2 · 6H 2 O: 43.51 mg / L) at 25 ° C., and artificially contaminated cloth (EMPA11: Swiss Federation) (Obtained from Materials Testing Laboratory) 5 sheets were put. This was stirred for 10 minutes at a rotational speed of 100 rpm using a detergency tester (Terg-O-To Meter). The artificially contaminated cloth was rinsed under running water, then iron-pressed, the reflectance at 550 nm was measured, the washing rate (%) was calculated by the following formula, and the average value of the washing rate of 5 sheets was calculated. Those having a washing rate of 80% or more were evaluated as detergent compositions having excellent detergency against protein stains.

洗浄率(%)={(洗浄後の汚染布の反射率−洗浄前の汚染布の反射率)/(白布の反射率−洗浄前の汚染布の反射率)}×100 Washing rate (%) = {(reflectance of contaminated cloth after washing−reflectance of contaminated cloth before washing) / (reflectance of white cloth−reflectance of contaminated cloth before washing)} × 100

(6) Bactericidal power It performed according to the sanitizer test method of Association of Official Agricultural Chemists (AOAC). That is, 0.1 mL of a bacterial solution adjusted to a number of 10 8 to 10 9 bacteria in Nutrient Broth (NB) medium (manufactured by MERCK) is added to 9.9 mL of the stock solution of each composition. After contact for 30 seconds, 1 mL of the solution is added to 9 mL of a phosphate buffer containing an inactivating agent, and then serial dilution is performed immediately thereafter. The cells were mixed with a plate count agar (PCA) medium (manufactured by MERCK) and cultured at 37 ° C. for 48 hours, and then the number of viable bacteria was measured. The Log Reduction was calculated from the logarithmic difference between the number of inoculated bacteria and the number of surviving bacteria, and evaluated according to the following criteria and shown in Tables 1 and 2.
As test bacteria, Escherichia coli IFO-12734 and Staphylococcus aureus IFO-12732 were used.

All of the infant product cleansing compositions of the present invention according to Examples 1 to 8 had good rinsing properties, cleansing power against protein stains, and sterilization power. In addition, it was found that the hand skin after use was not dry and bulky (hereinafter, generally referred to as “dry” or the like) and was excellent in preventing hand shake.

On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1 in which the content of the component a is large and a + b + c and (a + b) / c are also outside the specified range of the present invention, the foaming is poor and the moisture remains, and the used skin is dried. I felt. In addition, the detergency against protein stains was insufficient. In Comparative Example 2 in which the content of the component b is small, the detergency against protein stains was insufficient. In Comparative Example 3 in which the content of the component b was large and (a + b) / c was also outside the specified range of the present invention, the foaming was poor and the sliminess was remarkable. I felt dryness on the skin after use, partly because the rinse time became longer. In Comparative Example 4 containing no c component, the detergency against protein stains was remarkably low, and the sterilization power was also insufficient.

In Comparative Example 5 in which the amount of component c was large and (a + b) / c was also outside the specified range of the present invention, foaming was poor, the moisture remained, and the hand skin after use felt dryness. In addition, the detergency against protein stains was insufficient. The reason for this is not clear, but by containing an excessive amount of component c, components a and b become solubilized as component c, resulting in high molecular weight aggregates and reduced permeability to dirt components. it is conceivable that. In Comparative Example 6 that does not contain the a component and instead contains the sucrose hexadecanoate ester (HLB value = 16.5), which is the a ′ component, the skin remains dry during rinsing and the hand skin after use is dried. I felt. In addition, the detergency against protein stains was insufficient. In Comparative Example 7, which does not contain the b component but contains the pentaglycerin monostearate (HLB value = 13.0) instead of the b ′ component, and (a + b) / c is also outside the specified range of the present invention, The cuts were poor and the skin remained sticky, and the hand skin after use felt dry. In Comparative Example 8, which did not contain the c component and instead contained the monoglycerin monostearate, which was the c ′ component, the luster on rinsing was severe, and the hand skin after use felt dryness. Furthermore, the detergency against protein stains was remarkably low and the sterilization ability was insufficient.
