Claims (5)
- 代替天然ガス(SNG)生産システム(100)を備えたシステムであって、
シンガスを生成するよう構成されたガス化装置(142)と、
流体経路内の流体とシンガスとの間で熱を伝達することにより、シンガスを冷却するよう構成され、70フィートと100フィートとの間の長さを有する放射シンガス冷却器(RSC)(130)と、
シンガスからSNGを生成するよう構成されたメタン生成ユニットと、
を含み、
前記流体経路が、前記RSCから出て、前記メタン生成ユニットを通り、
前記流体経路において発生する流体の圧力及び温度は、前記流体が前記メタン生成ユニットを通過するときに前記流体経路において前記メタン生成ユニットから前記流体に伝達される熱量に基づいており、
前記流体が、蒸気タービン(124)と前記RSC(130)との間の第2の流体経路に沿って前記蒸気タービン(124)から送られる水を含み、
前記メタン生成ユニットが熱交換器を含み、該メタン生成ユニットが、前記蒸気タービン(124)と前記RSC(130)との間の前記第2の流体経路に配置される、
システム。 - メタン生成ユニットは、シンガスからSNGを生成するよう構成されたメタン生成反応器(125)を含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- メタン生成反応器(125)は、前記流体経路における前記流体を750°Fから950°Fの間まで過熱するよう構成された熱交換器(163)を含む、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記ガス化装置(142)が、該ガス化装置(142)の火炎ゾーン(139)への2つの別個の経路に沿って燃料を受け取り、前記ガス化装置(142)から生成されたシンガス中のメタン(123)の量を変更するように構成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記メタン生成ユニットと前記RSC(130)との間の前記第2の流体経路に配置される水−ガスシフト反応器(110)を備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のシステム。
