Description

The present invention relates to a cold insulator that is mounted on a person's neck and cools around the neck.

It is possible to hold a certain shape by accommodating a polymer polymer having water absorption and a C-shaped elastic body in a plan view in a fabric formed in a band shape, and forming the elastic body with plastic or the like. Thus, Patent Document 1 discloses a cold insulation accessory that can be worn on a person's neck without using a string or the like.

In the cold insulation accessory described in Patent Document 1, the first fabric body 10, the second fabric body 11, and the third fabric body 12 are all formed in a band shape, and the entire peripheral region of these members is sewn. The granular water-absorbing resin 3 accommodated in the closed space formed by the first and second fabric bodies 10, 11 and the C-shape accommodated in the closed space formed by the second and third fabric bodies 11, 12 It is made of an elastic body 2 and is wrapped around the neck in a state where water is contained in the cold insulation accessory so that a refreshing feeling can be felt by the action of heat of vaporization when the water evaporates.

In the cold insulation accessories of Patent Document 1, since the conventional cold insulation that has been known so far was formed only of cloth-like materials, those that could not be stably worn around the neck without using a string or the like were used. By providing a C-shaped elastic body made of shape memory resin, ordinary synthetic resin, or metal in the cold insulator, the shape of the cold insulator is successfully stabilized and easy to wear around the neck.

However, since the C-shaped elastic body that stabilizes the shape of the cold insulation tool is literally formed in a C-shape, the cold insulation accessory of Patent Document 1 is formed at the tip of the opening of the elastic body. The sharp parts faced each other in a state of facing each other. For this reason, when the cool clothing accessory is worn around the neck, the tip of the opening is felt to bite into the neck, and a comfortable wearing feeling is not always obtained.

In addition, since the water-absorbing resin for obtaining a refreshing feeling is granular, the cold-insulated clothing of Patent Document 1 may move freely in the space when housed in a fabric body, There was also a problem of being biased.

Utility Model Registration No. 3167405

The problem to be solved by the present invention is a cold insulator to be worn on a person's neck, and it provides a comfortable wearing feeling so that the opening of the cold insulator does not bite into the neck. Both the water-absorbing fiber material sewn and bonded and the cold pack agent to be selectively stored can be used, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cool cooler particularly suitable for the summer period.

The first of the means for solving the problem is that the cold insulator is composed of a cold insulator main body made of a cloth material and a plastic C-shaped core material which is a core material of the cold insulator main body. A water absorbent fiber material having a water absorption function is laminated between the side main body and these members, and a pocket lid is superposed on the back side main body, and these members are sewn together. The C-shaped core material is A straight shape portion is formed in the C-shaped opening and is accommodated in the main body of the cold insulator, and the cold insulator is accommodated between the pocket lid (106) and the cold insulator main body (100). The chamber (111) selectively stores the cold pack agent (110), and the cold insulator main body (100) stores the core material between the front surface side main body (101) and the back surface side main body (102). Chamber (108) is provided, and the core material storage chamber (108) The C-shaped core is formed by a peripheral rivet portion for sewing and joining the surface side main body (101) and the back surface side main body (102), and a central lining portion extending in the longitudinal direction of the cold insulator main body (100). The material (200) is accommodated by being inserted along the longitudinal direction of the core material accommodation chamber (108) from the core material insertion port (109) opening in the core material accommodation chamber (108). It is.

The second solution is, Oite to the first solving means, the pocket lid (106) is slightly shorter than the cold tool main (100) and polymerized to the cold tool main (100), these members Of the pocket lid body (106) and two cold insulation pack agents (112) from the cold insulation material insertion openings (112) formed at both longitudinal ends of the pocket lid (106). 110) is selectively inserted into the cold insulation material storage chamber (111) and stored in a divided state .

Since the water-absorbing fiber material incorporated in the cold insulator is a cloth material having a high water-absorbing function and is sewn and joined between the front side main body and the back side main body, the first aspect is a cold insulating member. There is an effect that the water absorbing fibers can be used in a stable state without being biased during use. Moreover, since the C-shaped core material used as the core material of the cold insulator has a linear shape portion formed in the C-shaped opening, the opening portions do not face each other. Does not feel like biting into the neck, and has the effect of being usable without discomfort.

Since the core material insertion chamber is provided with the core material insertion port for inserting the C-shaped core material into the core material storage chamber, the C-shaped core material is cored even after the cold insulator is sewn and joined. It can be accommodated in the material accommodating chamber, and has the effect of facilitating the assembly of the cold insulator.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the inside portion of the pocket lid is formed in the cold insulation material storage chamber, and the cold insulation pack agent can be selectively contained therein, the cold insulation pack agent can be selectively used as the cold insulation member as well as the water absorbing fiber. The effect of obtaining a cold insulator having a high cold-retaining effect is achieved.

The main body of the cold insulator sewn is shown, (A) is a front view, and (B) is a back view. The C-shaped core material is shown, (A) is a perspective view, (B) is a top view.

In these drawings, the cold insulator 10 is composed of a cold insulator main body 100 made of a cloth material and a plastic C-shaped core material 200 which is a core material of the cold insulator main body 100, and the whole is formed in an elongated shape. .

The cold insulator main body 100 has a front surface side main body 101, a back surface side main body 102, and a water absorbing fiber material 103 formed in the same shape, and the water absorbing fiber material 103 is laminated between the front surface side main body 101 and the back surface side main body 102. These members are sewn and joined by the first central sewing portion 104 and the second central sewing portion 105 that are parallel to the length direction in the stacked state, and are slightly shorter than the back side main body 102. The formed pocket lid body 106 is superposed on the back side main body 102, and the peripheral edge portions of the respective members including the pocket lid body 106 are sewn and joined by the peripheral sewing portion 107. Note that both ends of the pocket lid 106 are left open without being sewn.

The water-absorbing fiber material 103 is laminated between the front-side main body 101 and the back-side main body 102 and is preferably a fiber having a high water-absorbing function. As an example, Teijin Fibers Ltd. “BEL OASIS ( Trademark) ”is preferred.

The cold insulator main body 100 is formed by sewing and coupling the inner portion of the peripheral sewing portion 107 with two central sewing portions, a first central sewing portion 104 and a second central fastening portion 105, which are parallel to the longitudinal direction. However, since the width of the C-shaped core member 200 accommodated in the cold insulator main body 100 is narrower than that of the cold insulator main body 100, a void formed by the first central sewing portion 104 and the peripheral sewing portion 107. Is the core material containing chamber 108. For this reason, the core material accommodating chamber 108 can be formed as long as there is at least one central sewing portion (104). In the figure, reference numeral 109 denotes a core material insertion port for inserting the C-shaped core material 200 into the core material storage chamber 108.

The pocket lid body 106 is formed by joining both sides parallel to the longitudinal direction to the cold insulator main body 100 by a peripheral sewing portion 107, and is formed between the pocket lid body 106 and the back side main body 102. A cold storage material storage chamber 111 for selectively storing the cold storage pack agent 110 is formed in the empty space. In the figure, 112 is a cold insulation material insertion opening formed at both ends of the pocket lid body 106 in the longitudinal direction, and is for inserting the cold insulation pack agent 110 into the cold insulation material storage chamber 111.

The cold pack agent 110 can be frozen in a water-absorbed state, dissipates cold air when left at room temperature after freezing, and can be repeatedly frozen and dissipated. The cold pack 110 is not limited to a dedicated cold pack, but may be a cold pack (which can be used repeatedly) used for selling fresh foods in a supermarket or the like.

The C-shaped core material 200 is a plastic core material for maintaining the shape of the cold insulator main body 100 and has a C-shape in a plan view. However, as shown in FIG. Since the opening is formed with a linear shape portion 200a toward the tip, the tip of the opening is shaped so as not to face each other. Therefore, when the cold insulator 10 is used for the neck, the tip of the opening is the neck. It can be used without feeling uncomfortable without being bitten. The C-shaped core member 200 is inserted into the core member storage chamber 108 from the core member insertion port 109 and stored.

As the front side main body 101, the back side main body 102, and the pocket lid body 106, any plastic fiber or cotton material is suitable as long as it is a cloth-like material. However, since the back side main body 102 and the pocket lid body 106 are in direct contact with the skin, materials having good touch are preferable.

The cold insulator 10 of the present invention has the above-described configuration, and the water absorbent fiber material 103 is laminated between the front side main body 101 and the back side main body 102, and these members are preliminarily placed in the first and second centers. After the sewing connection by the sewing parts 104 and 105, the pocket lid body 106 is superposed on the back side main body 102, and the entire peripheral edge of the cold insulator main body 100 is connected by the peripheral sewing part 107. Next, the C-shaped core material 200 is inserted into the core material storage chamber 108 from the core material insertion port 109 to complete the cold insulator 10.

Next, in order to use the cold insulator 10 of the present invention, first, the entire cold insulator is immersed in water, and after the water-absorbing fiber material 103 is sufficiently soaked with water, it is squeezed lightly to the extent that water does not drip. Correspondingly, the cold insulation pack agent 110 is accommodated in the cold insulation material accommodation chamber 111, and is attached to a person's neck with the direction where the cold insulation tool is open facing forward.

The C-shaped core material 200 that maintains the shape of the cold insulator 10 has a linear shape portion 200a formed at the C-shaped opening and the front opening of the core material does not face, so the cold insulator is attached to the neck. When this is done, the opening end does not bite into the neck and a comfortable wearing feeling is obtained.

In the cold insulator 10, when water is contained in the water absorbent fiber material 103, the water is also contained in the other members (101, 102, 104). Although it can evaporate and exhibit a heat of vaporization to obtain a refreshing feeling, the water-absorbing fiber material 103 of the present invention is a fiber having a high water-absorbing function, and is a fiber that has a long-time effect of the heat of vaporization, so it is comfortable. A refreshing feeling can be obtained over a long period of time. In addition, since the cold insulation material storage chamber 111 is formed by the pocket lid 106 in the present invention, it is more effective to selectively accommodate the cold insulation pack agent 110 in the cold insulation material storage chamber 111. A refreshing feeling can be obtained.

Here, two cold insulation pack agents 110 are used, and when inserted into the cold insulation material storage chamber 111 one by one from both longitudinal ends of the pocket lid body 106, the cold insulation pack agent 110 is divided in the cold insulation material storage chamber 111. It was accommodated in the state that was done. For this reason, when the cold insulator 10 is used for the neck, the cold insulator 10 is attached to the neck along the body shape curved in a C-shape. Rise. The cold pack agent 110 is used after being frozen, and is used after 3-4 hours of freezing in a freezer after sufficient water absorption.

The main body of the cold insulator 100 has an overall length of about 30 to 34 cm, a maximum width of 6 to 7 cm, and is formed with a narrow width toward both ends, both of which have an arcuate end in the longitudinal direction. Is formed. The pocket lid 106 has a length of about 20 to 22 cm. However, the width is the same as that of the cold insulator main body 100.

The C-shaped core member 200 has an overall length of about 30 to 32 cm and a width of about 1.6 mm. In addition, the length of the linear shape part 200a formed in the C-shaped opening is about 30 to 40 mm from the opening end.
