Claims (6)
- 第1端部において、電気外科的発電機に取り外し可能に接続された軸方向に延びる本体を備え、この本体が、第2端部において、電気外科的活性端部を有し、
前記電気外科的活性端部を前記第1端部に電気的に接続する、内部通路を備え、この内部通路は、前記本体の第1端部が前記電気外科的発電機に接続されている時、患者の組織に電気外科的電流を供給することができ、
前記本体と離れる方向に、前記電気外科的活性端部から前方に向けて突出するスプーン状体を備え、このスプーン状体は、凹状上面と、この凹状上面と反対側の凸状下面を備え、
スプーン状体の端部が、患者の組織に適用され、執刀医により、骨に沿い、引き抜かれる時に、骨から、患者の組織を取り上げたり、置換することが可能な、前記スプーン状体の端部を備え、前記凹状上面は、骨から患者の組織を剥がせるように、ほぼ滑らかで、湾曲した形状であり、
前記凹状上面に形成され、この凹状上面に沿って、前記活性電気外科的端部から、軸方向に延び、前記スプーン状体の端部に到達する前に、終端する溝を備え、
前記第1端部から前記第2端部まで、前記本体に沿って延びる導管を備え、前記溝は、前記導管と軸方向に配置され、患者組織の除去の間に形成される物質を取り除くために、前記導管と前記溝は、前記スプーン状体の凹状上面において、吸引が確立されるようになっており、
前記溝は、前記本体の長手軸に沿って、軸方向に延び、前記溝の端部が、前記本体から、前記溝の残りの部分に対して、最も遠い位置にあり、
スプーン状体が、スプーン状体を横切る幅を有し、
スプーン状体の端部が、長手軸に直交する、末端を有し、この末端が、スプーン状体の残余に対して、前記本体から最も離れた端部に配置され、
前記溝の端部が、前記スプーン状体の末端と横断幅の間の前記スプーン状体に配置され、それにより、前記溝が前記スプーン状体の末端と交わらないようになっている電気外科的コブエレベータ器具。 - 電気外科的発電機が作動している際に、組織除去の間に生じる蒸気及び/又は流体を除去するために、前記スプーン状体の凹状上面で吸引が確立されるように、吸引ホースを前記導管へ接触するための接続具を前記第1端部に備えている、請求項1に記載の電気外科的器具。
- 前記電極は単極式電極で、前記スプーン状体は中実状で、その上面及び/又は底面は電気絶縁層で被覆され、前記前部に沿った前記露出した先鋭端部は被覆を有しない請求項2に記載の電気外科的器具。
- 前記電極は複極式電極で、前記スプーン状体は軸方向の隣り合う2個のセグメントに分割され、各セグメントは、これらの分離されたセグメント間に電気外科的電流が流れるように別個に接続できるようになっている請求項2に記載の電気外科的器具。
- ハンドルは、執刀医の手を収容できるサイズである請求項2に記載の電気外科的器具。
- 全長が、約203〜460mm(8〜16インチ)である請求項5に記載の電気外科的器具。
