Claims (16)
- インプラント組立体において、
細長いプッシャ部材と、
前記プッシャ部材の遠位端部に結合されたインプラント可能な器具と、
前記インプラント可能な器具の近位で前記プッシャ部材に設けられた電解式に切離し可能なジョイントと、
前記プッシャ部材の遠位端部に固定的に結合された末端の戻り電極であって、前記切離し可能なジョイントから電気的に絶縁された末端の戻り電極と、
前記プッシャ部材に固定的に結合されると共に前記切離し可能なジョイント及び前記末端の戻り電極を完全に且つ周方向に包囲する電気絶縁シースとを具えることを特徴とするインプラント組立体。 - 請求項1に記載のインプラント組立体において、前記インプラント可能な器具が血管閉塞器具を含むことを特徴とするインプラント組立体。
- 請求項1に記載のインプラント組立体において、前記切離し可能なジョイント及び前記末端の戻り電極の少なくとも一方が親水性コーティングを有することを特徴とするインプラント組立体。
- 請求項1に記載のインプラント組立体において、前記末端の戻り電極が前記切離し可能なジョイントの周りを周方向に延び、前記電気絶縁シースが前記末端の戻り電極の周りに設けられることを特徴とするインプラント組立体。
- 請求項4に記載のインプラント組立体において、前記末端の戻り電極がコイルであることを特徴とするインプラント組立体。
- 請求項4に記載のインプラント組立体がさらに、前記プッシャ部材の遠位端部に結合された電気絶縁スペーサを具え、当該電気絶縁スペーサが前記切離し可能なジョイントと前記末端の戻り電極との間の接触を防止することを特徴とするインプラント組立体。
- 請求項1に記載のインプラント組立体において、前記電気絶縁シースがポリマー材料で構成されることを特徴とするインプラント組立体。
- 医療システムにおいて、
請求項1に記載のインプラント組立体と、
前記プッシャ部材の近位端部に電気的に結合された端子を有する電源とを具えることを特徴とする医療システム。 - 請求項8に記載の医療システムにおいて、前記インプラント可能な器具が血管閉塞器具を含むことを特徴とする医療システム。
- 請求項8に記載の医療システムにおいて、前記切離し可能なジョイント及び前記末端の戻り電極の少なくとも一方が親水性コーティングを有することを特徴とする医療システム。
- 請求項8に記載の医療システムにおいて、前記末端の戻り電極が前記切離し可能なジョイントの周りを周方向に延び、前記電気絶縁シースが前記末端の戻り電極の周りに設けられることを特徴とする医療システム。
- 請求項11に記載の医療システムにおいて、前記末端の戻り電極がコイルであることを特徴とする医療システム。
- 請求項11に記載の医療システムにおいて、前記インプラント組立体が前記プッシャ部材の遠位端部に結合された電気絶縁スペーサを具え、当該電気絶縁スペーサが前記切離し可能なジョイントと前記末端の戻り電極との間の接触を防止することを特徴とする医療システム。
- 請求項8に記載の医療システムにおいて、前記電気絶縁シースがポリマー材料で構成されることを特徴とする医療システム。
- 請求項8に記載の医療システムにおいて、前記電源が前記インプラント組立体に直流電流を送るよう構成されることを特徴とする医療システム。
- 請求項8に記載の医療システムがさらに、前記インプラント組立体を摺動可能に受け入れるよう構成された配送カテーテルを具えることを特徴とする医療システム。
