Claims (9)
- 可撓性バイオリアクターバッグ(1)と一体化された光センサー保持装置(11;11’)であって、
可撓性バッグ(1)に溶着されたバッグ取付け部材(31;31’)と、
光センサースポット(13)が取付けられたセンサー取付け部材(33;33’)であって、センサー取付け部材が所定位置に保持されて漏れが最小限になるように、センサー取付け部材(33;33’)よりもわずかに小さなバッグ取付け部材(31;31’)の開口部(34;34’)内に圧入される、センサー取付け部材(33;33’)と
を備える、光センサー保持装置。 - 前記光センサー(13)が、可撓性バッグの内側にある、請求項1記載の光センサー保持装置。
- 前記バッグ取付け部材(31;31’)がポリエチレンで作られており、前記センサー取付け部材(33;33’)がポリカーボネートから作られている、請求項1又は請求項2記載の光センサー保持装置。
- 前記センサー取付け部材(33;33’)に面取り部(35;35’)が設けられている、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の光センサー保持装置。
- 前記バッグ取付け部材(31)の開口部(34)に係止ショルダー部(38)が設けられていて、係止ショルダー部(38)は、センサー取付け部材(33)を開口部(34)に圧入する際に係止ショルダー部(38)を通過した後でセンサー取付け部材(33)を所定位置に保持する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の光センサー保持装置。
- 当該光センサー保持装置(11;11’)が、バッグの底部で可撓性バッグと一体化される、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の光センサー保持装置。
- 前記可撓性バッグ(1)が、支持構造体(3)に設けられる、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の光センサー保持装置。
- 前記センサー保持装置に取り付けられたアダプター(41)と、アダプター内に配置された光ファイバー(7)と、前記光センサースポット(13)に光を導くとともに前記光センサースポット(13)からの光を導くためアダプター内に配置されたミラー(39)とをさらに備える、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の光センサー保持装置。
- 前記光ファイバー(7)が、前記バッグの底部表面に沿って設けられる、請求項8記載の光センサー保持装置。
