Description
−計量システム中の多結晶シリコンを用意する工程と、

導入された前記多結晶シリコンを含む前記プラスチックバッグの重量を、充填操作の際に測定し、目標とする重量が得られた後、前記充填操作を終了し、
計量システムからプラスチックバッグ中までの前記多結晶シリコンの落下高さを、少なくとも一個のクランプ装置により、前記全充填操作に対して450mm未満に維持する方法により達成される。

Claims (7)
- −多結晶シリコンを搬送する搬送路を備える計量システム中に多結晶シリコンを用意する工程と、
−スクリーニング手段により微粉を除去する前記計量システムの前記搬送路から多結晶シリコンを、前記計量システムの下に配置されたプラスチックバッグ中に直接充填する工程と、を含んでなる、破砕物の形態の多結晶シリコンの包装方法であって、
導入された前記多結晶シリコンを含む前記プラスチックバッグの重量を、充填操作の際に測定し、目標とする重量が得られた後、前記充填操作を終了し、
計量システムからプラスチックバッグ中までの前記多結晶シリコンの落下高さを、少なくとも一個のクランプ装置により、前記全充填操作に対して450mm未満に維持する、方法。 - 前記計量システムが、粗い破砕物用の粗計量溝、および細かい破砕物用の微計量溝を備えてなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記クランプ装置が、前記充填操作の際に前記プラスチックバッグが圧迫され、その結果、前記プラスチックバッグの断面積が最初は減少し、次いで制御下で解放されるように設計されている、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- この種の幾つかのクランプ装置が前記プラスチックバッグの全長にわたって装備され、これらのクランプ装置が、前記プラスチックバッグの充填が増加すると共に徐々に解放される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記多結晶シリコンが、前記プラスチックバッグ中に差し込み漏斗を経由して充填される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記計量の前に、カメラを使用して前記多結晶シリコンを記録し、前記多結晶シリコンの比重および表面特性を決定する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 計量システムからプラスチックバッグ中までの前記多結晶シリコンの落下高さを、少なくとも一個のクランプ装置により、前記全充填操作に対して300mm未満に維持する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
