Description
本発明はさらに、共沸または共沸様組成物を形成する方法を提供し、この方法は、約1〜約80重量パーセントのフッ化水素と約20〜約99重量パーセントの2,3−ジクロロ−3,3−ジフルオロプロペンの配合物を形成し、それにより約0.06MPa(約9psia)から約0.45MPa(約65psia)までの圧力において約0℃から約60℃までの沸点を有する共沸または共沸様組成物を形成するものである。
実施例1
40gの2,3−ジクロロ−3,3−ジフルオロプロペン(HCFO−1232xf)
を60gのHFと混合し、それにより不均質な共沸混合物を形成した。約25℃における
この混合物の蒸気圧は約0.16MPa(約23psia)であった。
2,3−ジクロロ−3,3−ジフルオロプロペン(HCFO−1232xf)とHFだけを含む二成分組成物を配合し、それにより様々な組成の不均質な共沸混合物を形成した。混合物の蒸気圧を約0℃、25℃および60℃において測定し、下記の結果が認められた。表1は、約0℃、25℃および60℃の一定の温度においてHFのパーセントを変えたときの、組成の関数としてのHCFO−1232xfとHFの蒸気圧の測定値を示す。このデータはまた、HCFO−1232xf/HFが不均質混合物であることを示している。
HCFO−1232xf/HF混合物の共沸または共沸様組成物は、気液平衡(VLE)実験によっても実証された。47.64gの2,3−ジクロロ−3,3−ジフルオロプロペン(HCFO−1232xf)を52.36gのHFと混合し、それにより24℃において(目視の観察で)不均質な混合物を形成した。蒸気の組成物をサンプリングした。その結果、共沸組成物は24℃において約60.6±2.0重量%HFのものであることが示された。
Claims (3)
- フッ化水素と2,3−ジクロロ−3,3−ジフルオロプロペンからなる共沸または共沸様組成物であって、フッ化水素は1〜80重量パーセントの量で用いられ、そして2,3−ジクロロ−3,3−ジフルオロプロペンは20〜99重量パーセントの量で用いられる、前記組成物。
- 組成物は0.06MPa(9psia)から0.45MPa(65psia)までの圧力において0℃から60℃までの沸点を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 2,3−ジクロロ−3,3−ジフルオロプロペンと少なくとも1種の不純物を含む混合物から2,3−ジクロロ−3,3−ジフルオロプロペンを除去するための方法であって、該混合物に、2,3−ジクロロ−3,3−ジフルオロプロペンとフッ化水素の共沸または共沸様組成物を形成するのに十分な量でフッ化水素を添加し、次いで、不純物から共沸組成物を分離することを含む、前記方法。
