Description
(a)担体、および硝酸を含む水性含浸溶液を準備する工程と、

(A)当該水溶液を本発明の試験細片と接触させる工程と、
(B)色変化の存在または不存在を検出する工程と、
(C)色変化の存在または不存在から、当該溶液がエクオールを含むかどうかを推測する工程と
を含む方法である。
(i)当該人からの尿、血液またはその分画を、先行する請求項のいずれか1項に記載の試験細片と接触させる工程と、
(ii)色変化の存在または不存在を検出する工程と、
(iii)この色変化の存在または不存在から、当該人がエクオール産生体であるかどうかを推測する工程と
を含む方法である。
以下の標品のラセミのエクオールの溶液を調製した。
細片を、硝酸の濃厚溶液と層状にした(浸した)。硝酸溶液はアミルアルコールおよび水酸化ナトリウムを含有していた。この試験細片を、種々の試料の中のエクオールの検出のために使用した。5つの異なる試料を、下記の表2に概略を示すように、調製した。
Claims (15)
- 色変化によるエクオールの検出のための試験細片であって、
前記試験細片は、水溶液を前記細片と接触させることにより前記水溶液を分析するための少なくとも1つの反応性薬剤を含浸されており、
前記反応性薬剤は硝酸を含み、
前記色変化は、前記細片がエクオールを含む水溶液と接触するときに起こり、
エクオールの存在は黄色、橙色または赤色によって示される、試験細片。 - 色変化によるエクオールの検出のための試験細片であって、
前記試験細片は、水溶液を前記細片と接触させることにより前記水溶液を分析するための少なくとも1つの反応性薬剤を含浸されており、
前記反応性薬剤は硝酸を含み、
前記色変化は、前記細片がエクオールを含む水溶液と接触するときに起こり、
1〜20cmの長さおよび0.2〜2cmの幅を有する、試験細片。 - 色変化によるエクオールの検出のための試験細片であって、
前記試験細片は、水溶液を前記細片と接触させることにより前記水溶液を分析するための少なくとも1つの反応性薬剤を含浸されており、
前記反応性薬剤は硝酸を含み、
前記色変化は、前記細片がエクオールを含む水溶液と接触するときに起こり、
前記試験細片は硝酸を含浸したものであった、試験細片。 - 前記水溶液は尿、血液またはその分画である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の試験細片。

- 水溶液がエクオールを含むかどうかを判定するための方法であって、
(A)前記水溶液を、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の試験細片と接触させる工程と、
(B)色変化の存在または不存在を検出する工程と、
(C)前記色変化の存在または不存在から、前記溶液がエクオールを含むかどうかを推測する工程と
を含む、方法。 - 人がエクオール産生体であるかどうかを判定するための方法であって、
(i)前記人からの尿、血液またはその分画を、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の試験細片と接触させる工程と、
(ii)色変化の存在または不存在を検出する工程と、
(iii)前記色変化の存在または不存在から、前記人がエクオール産生体であるかどうかを推測する工程と
を含む、方法。 - 工程(i)の前に、前記人は、所定の量のダイゼイン、またはダイゼインを含む製品を摂取していた、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 色変化によるエクオールの検出のための、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の試験細片の使用。
